when I clear all tabs in my phone. my watch gets disconnected. I'm tired of reconnecting. and often it asks u to reset your watch, if you have something that's not synced. it's gone! you cannot connect without reset.

incompatible with my phone, very frustrating I have had my fit3 for months trying to set it up and been unable to do so as initially it stated it did not need app for basic set up which was all I need it for and now I can't use an apple device to set it up or an android as the OS is too new. incredibly frustrating I have a brand new smart watch that can't be used

Despite granting full permissions—including calendar, contacts, and location—the Samsung Fit 3 consistently displays the wrong date in the schedule view, typically off by one day. For a device that’s supposed to integrate seamlessly with your phone, this is unacceptable and undermines trust in its reliability.

This app not working in iqoo neo 10, earlier I have used s20 fe recently i changed mobile when I am trying to connect galaxy fit3 band it's not getting connect from iqoo mobile and showing not compatible with new version. samsung such a gaint org cant check small bugs ?

I just bought Fit 3, connected the device to my mobile phone only to find out the apps are not functional. they were made for an even only Android version then my archival mobile phone

Only software issue I am having is when someone calls, Fit 3 shows call screen with caller name but sometimes it keep showing the call screen even after the call has ended. Please fix it

Doesn't work with my device. The app should be used for a Galaxy fit3 that I bought, but apparently it is not supported by the new android versions. Fix the app or allow some other type of device connection

Frequently, it crashes on my device . Fix it ASAP. It crashes if I clear the recent apps and suddenly (!) while running in the background. Can't use my Fit3 properly :(

This app doesn't work on my IQ0013 device. Apparently it works only on older Android versions. I bought a Samsung fit 3 and it doesn't turn on unless this plugin is supported. Request Samsung to release an updated version of the app.

I can't speak for the App, as I don't seem to be able to use it. But the general system that this app is a part of, isn't worth buying. I bought a new Galaxy Fit3, synchronised it, etc, and the following morning noticed nothing synchronises anymore. App said to reinstall and reset everything. So I lost a weeks worth of data. The watch/thing seems to work fine, but (I guess it's) the app, is a total failure beyond the first day. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all the apps and nothing works

Loses connection 131 times a day with my Fit3 despite my phone being less than a metre away from the tracker. Been unable to find a solution anywhere. Maybe this will get a response because I've been going round and round in circles trying to fix it. Done all the usual stuff, off and on, firmware update, phone updates etc. I don't want to have to hit reconnect several times a day because it won't automatically connect if I don't.
