Its a great app, does wats its intended to do. But a small problem is it's screen freezes and app crashes several times. But the most annoying thing is when app shows device is not connected but device shows it is connected.

The most frustrating watch app, ever. You jave to jave a plug in for every model of the samsung watch that you may own. Why not just integrate all these plug ins and have one app that works with all theor watch series? I guess that would be top logical .

So for all of you who updated it and got the "!" Theres still a way to use it, it won't be the same but I found out a way if you go to account and backup and restore if you have a copy of what it use to be and you restore it everytime it shows the "!" Mark you can still use it kinda when i first got it I tried to update it and the stuipd "!" Was there its very annoying and it never even updated and it won't still update this is so annoying and we should all get our money back and something free.

Its just a plugin for users that do not have a samsung galaxy phone. Its not an app that opens like other apps since it just plugs into the users phone for the samsung benifits so everyone can use it. Also try downloading Samsung health, it tracks so many things from ypur fit watch or whichever wearable you own thats samsung.

I was able to use this 1 time only.. because I click software update on the app. now, I can only see an exclamation mark.. very disappointing! and the store would not like to replace it saying it is software problem not the watch... this software update is a trap! Please do not update by any means.. it cost me 12k yen and was able to use it for just 1day from the date of purchase...

I like the different screens and setting the allarms. Doesn't show any of the stored data and keeps telling me to download samsung health even though my operating system doesnt support it. Can't turn off the notifications.

Updated and lost the ability to save timer values. Now each time I want to do a countdown exercise, I have to re-enter the values in minutes and seconds each time. It used to work and carry over. Now it's gone and it's a PITA to enter it each time.

Had enough of Galaxy Fit and going back to my old watch / app ! I can't download even though I cleared 5 times the space required. Annoying as had to clear another app I use to do so. Still doesn't allow me to do it ? Why can't this app go on external storage ? I don't mind updating but not when it the previous one was OK but it says if you don't update that you can't use it at all so might as well throw my wat h in the bin as not buying a new phone just to keep it.

Does not work. Does not record pulse while walking, running, cycling or any other activity. Record pukse only when resting ! Error is steps recording. Mobile & band interface just confuses each other as mobile & band record activities diffrently. Mobile will record walk amd cycling seperately, band wont. Result: Its a useless gadget !

The "watch" I purchased 9 months ago worked great until I tried to update. Update went to %2 and then bricked my watch now it's only an unamusing reminder to me and the 10 other people that tried for over A month to get it to turn back into A watch but to no avail. When I called "support" he proceeded to telling me how it was my fault and run through the list of "fixes" that have already been tried dozens of times and he too failed then told me to buy another.. I will now never purchase samsung.

Wechat app Need to support galaxy watches and also some smartwatches.because have many bugs like vocal messages can receive but the beginning of the sound not clear also when someone call in wechat you can hear only the ringtone one time and then will stop.i hope you can improve this app because it's one of the best app. WhatsApp have not issues is working well thank you

It is annoying! Samsung Health always manages to connect to my band for the heart-rate monitor when I start an activity, but it's not able to upload steps or sleep-infos from Wearable app. Every single day I have to delete Galaxy fit plugin from my phone, re-start the phone, re-install the plugin and only then can update steps and sleep-info!!! Could you please find someone capable to make this app work! It can't be that difficult as Samsung Health manages to connect for the heart-rate stuff!

I rated one star just to be able to say how ridiculous and frustrating this app is which I guess wouldn't be possible if one doesn't give some kind of rating. It's horrible. It doesn't work on all phones which is pretty bizarre, there shouldn't be such a thing that an app won't work on certain brands of phones these days, and it doesn't even let the user know that, u'll think u r missing something but it's the app that doesn't work!!! So it just frustrates u for long periods for nothing

Please push more update to the galaxy fit. With the latest update, when I press the Do not disturb button, my galaxy fit hangs for 4,5 seconds unrespond. It's very annoying. Update: after latest update, all problems are fixed, added watch faces is a plus, music widget makes my band perfect! Thank you Samsung, five stars.

The slowest app in my phone. Everything about this app is slow, when i use this app, i feel like using windows of 90's. each and every click will take 20-30seconds to get next page. Consuming huge power from phone always(running in background is ok). Even after running in background, sometimes it will fail to autoconnect to my watch. If i press "CONNECT", this app will not "LIKE" and it will try connecting for 2-3 minutes and will say cannot connect to watch. But sometimes it will connect by itself after sometime. This app, i tried in multiple brand phones(Samsung/Huawei/MI) in last 2 years. and everywhere behavior is same.

new galaxy fit is full of glitches and its high price doesn't make any sense. 1. Band goes to auto pause mode as soon as i start exercise, even after starting it back manually doesn't help 2. it says 30% of my sleep, I was awake which is totally wrong 3. Band stops monitoring heart rate randomly for a full day 4. when starting the exercise from phone, the map doesn't load and cant see the path 5. the sensor light keeps flashing even when the band is removed and kept on a table. its quite annoying at night

Absolute piece of garbage. It is virtually impossible to connect to the band (fit e). On the rare time that it does connect it will disconnect right away and then it will not re-connect no matter how many times you try. Worked most of the time before update now it is just wasting space on my phone. If I wasn't past the return date for my band it would be going back to the store. Samsung I can't believe what a piece of junk your band and this app is. Avoid at all costs .
