what kind of app causes crash all of system ui? and it doesnt resolve until i reboot the phone. sorry but you're not with me.

Doesn't find my subscription. Can't watch, can't cancel. No easy google, fb, apple sign up option

Good on mobile but not on TV. I have mi tv stick which slow but able to run major platform apps. Gain TV app doesn't work on my android tv right now. I want these good contents on my TV ASAP.

No offline viewing. Customer rep. Says it's because of my phone,but my phone works fine with YouTube premium, Netflix and Amazon prime on the subway

Platform is real nice, nice shows and everything. But the user interface is HORRIBLE, really difficult to use, needs a lot of improvement.

Good Content, TERRIBLE UX! Honestly, this app has the most ridiculous interactions ever and it is missing some essential functions found in other streaming apps. Edit: No sign of improvement yet. STOP WASTING THIS APP'S POTENTIAL!

Bandwidth and ux. Buy some bandwidth and don't force this unusual user interface. You are neither apple nor Google and user experience is unbearable now, even without ads. Content doesn't matter if it's unusable. Bye for a couple months until I check for the last time whether you've learned from users or not.

Nice content, terrible app. The designers of the app certainly have no clue about UX design. The app is so bad that even though I force myself to watch more, I get tired of the interface and give up. Also, the sound when you open the app is just creepy.

An outstanding exemplary EPIC FAIL of how a digital streaming service app must not be. It is not only lacking the most essential and basic features and capabilities such as buttons for previous-next episode or brightness, but also abruptly radiates the complete disregard of UX all over the app. An absolut nerve recking experience and mockingly disrespect to the customer. This is not a design or technical failure but the matter of mis-management of overall process.

App is not very good: often doesn't play the video you want. Also the muscle memmory and finger habits I have from other apps does not match with the Gain resulting an annoying experience. They even make an initial video to explain the finger moves. This is quite sad because this means the Gain people also aware of the UI is annoying. Hope they make it right!
