money gone but no subscription , today, I just subscribed the app. The amount is deducted from my account but the app shows error and I am not able to use VIP at all. And to confirm the subscription. I need the notification or need my account be updated to VIP. But my account didn't updated to VIP. And there ain't any notification asking for confirmation. My money is gone without any result. GIVE ME THE VIP! I paid for the subscription, and nothing changed. I was still the general account!! At least just fix your problem. This issue was happening in many people. YOU CAN SEE IN THE REVIEWS!!

the app has some serious issues; 1. it freezes often. 2Glitchy subtitles 3Advertise despite being vip. 4. when you are streaming on chrome; if you by any chance swap app, phone locks itself or simply you don't have app open all times, the streaming pauses. It's really well..lacking to put it polite

I paid for a quarterly VIP subscription. My card was already charged for $13.99 but the VIP features never activated. I don't know what's up with this. This is the 1st time that I paid, got charged and never got the premium benefits for a streaming service! I already sent a form via their website for a complain about this, not even an acknowledgement that they got my inquiry. No service invoice for my $13.99 either.If you're thinking of availing the VIP features, just don't. Pls refund me!

Excellent BUT please when you press back when in any category like MOVIE and pressing on a video....Please make it remember that you were in that category instead of resetting back to the ALL category. it's just annoying when I want to read the summary of each movie when I have to constantly return to the category after deciding the summary was not the movie I was interested in. OTHERWISE I LOVE THIS!!

It's a VERY NICE APP SOMEWHAT. but for people who are not VIP, we can hardly watch anything.. and I get that they have to get their money. But I think they should give people without VIP a little bit more/better options. You also said the app was "free" when we still have to pay. Stop click baiting. 🗿 This app is not free it's a 7.99 susperction per month. Then the things that are free we still have to pay for. Give the people who r not VIP a little more leeway.

Horrible streaming. The app is very slow. It turns off your subtitles every episode and the continue watching just brings you back to episode 1. You have to go back to whatever episode you stopped on the get it to play where you left off. The skip back/ahead doesn't work very well. The content is great, but the app makes watching annoying.

The app is not quite as I expected it to be. I thought it would be a well established and functional app but it is not that at all. I was disappointed by many things such as having an entire section for "free" series and only having 1 free episode per series. I would much rather watch ads than pay. Also, skipping to certain parts of the video is absolute hell. I was stuck in an eternal loading screen and couldn't watch anything. Very disappointed, I expected more.

Was my other review deleted what in the world??? Anyways, this app is too buggy for use. It has a great selection of short films and indie films, but it's not worth downloading unless you pay the subscription. There is a bug in the app where the ad will not go away after it ends. The movie just plays in the background. Gagaoolala devs, you can respond to this review the same way you did to my last one, but it won't change a thing. If yall need help developing the app, just say that.

New problem how come the videos does not have a rewind or fast-forward button. You guy really need to work on that font placement and size issue. You need to move it up some, so its not so close to the bottom. And still be able to keep the default side. I like the default size cuz I wear glasses and need my letters to be some what big. But can not use it cuz the sentence get cut off. And I cant read it. So can you work on that please and thank.

The app was working pretty well at first until it came to the continue watching section. It doesn't save the episode or timestamp that you're on and you always have to search for the show because it rarely shows up in that section as well. I also had problems with using my subscription. I wasted $7.99 on a subscription that never even worked for me. I couldn't watch any of the locked episodes in the shows I've been wanting to watch for the longest time. I don't recommend downloading the app.

The app feels like it is still in Beta form, but Beta form from the mid-aughts and in 2023, should be a lot more advanced. The menu bar stays bright white & doesn't go away when watching in landscape format. It doesn't remember where you left off either while watching show, if you exit out, or what episode you left off. No skipping ahead or behind function. Not casting to the TV. No changing quality or speed. Fix it and Do. Better.

I have been a VIP member for about half a year, the only complaint I have is another of times, the shows/movies I want to watch won't play, and I can't ever get any response, so it's really a hit or miss when I use this site. The membership fee is reasonable, I think 7.99 for access to everything....I have a lot of subscriptions so might have it confused, but it's either $7.99 or 11.99, either way they have a ton of stuff to watch so it's well worth it.

I've loved using this app but in the past couple months, I keep having more and more problems. The subtitles are cut off if there is more than one line of text if I'm in landscape mode. Even in portrait mode, i can only see 2 lines of text. I can't cast it to my TV using chrome cast. Now in the app,I keep getting all these pop up ads all the time every time I click anything. I pay for the vip subscription. Why am I getting ads now? Maybe it's time to cancel it.

The majority of the free movies are shorts between 8 and 17 minutes and I've already seen most of them on YouTube. Not having a fast forward/skip 10 option is a big deal for me. Hopefully they will add this feature. Also, there doesn't seem to be a rating system. Genre and tags are not always correct. Movie tagged as "erotic" was not. Edited- There is full screen.

The app is horrible. The search engine doesn't work. Whenever I put in a title, it loads, but nothing populates. I've even put in titles i know is in the app, and nothing happens. I save shows, but when i log in on my tv, they're not there. Now, the app across all platforms doesn't recognize my account type/subscription. I pay through play store and its not connecting. I have a paid account but i cant access the features.

it's a good app when it decides to work correctly. Not a large collection of Asian BL dramas and movies. There are some good ones but not most of the popular new releases. I purchased because of the roku app but that is hit or miss. I find it a waste of money because it's either playback error or subtitles don't work. I don't watch on mobile but I did try. it either gave me an error on changing the quality or it just crashed. it a bit disappointing because I really love the bl short dramas

The constant issues are starting to make me not like this app. I can't watch on my mobile app because subtitles are not loading, although I manually select it. Now my TV app always logs me out and I can't log in because the pair website is glitching. I've had this subscription for years but it might be time to let it go along with the stress it causes.

I love GagaOOlala, but I'm very frustrated. I purchased the annual VIP subscription (instead of the monthly plan) and attempted to use a code for the free 7 days. The fees were charged to my card for subscription and conversion (USD) fees, but it isn't reflected in my payment history in my account . It still states that I have a general subscription. I have used their contact form twice, but still, there is no response. I will update my review once, if, this gets sorted out.
