This app is very laggy and does not work. Everytime we open it up, it lags very bad then stops working. This is my daughter's favorite show & she gets so upset because the app is not working properly. Will this ever be fixed??? It is a very cool app, but it needs to be worked on.

To quote my 4 year old "This game sucks." It's difficult to navigate, there is a bunch of cluttered items that don't actually do anything or contribute to the game, the instructions ask you for items that aren't even an option and there is no way to refresh the options, and the instructions are just confusing bubbles. This game really does suck. Was expecting way more from this franchise.

Well. . . It works for us but, some of the games are pretty counterintuitive. There genuinely isn't the correct option to pick on some of the sorting style games, but don't worry they give you credit anyway? I'm pretty confused about how this is teaching anything with that logic. As an adult I was confused through some of this, although my son Still had fun watching me, I'm not sure this is a game I would choose for him even though Gabby's dollhouse is his favorite show. Please, fix this.

It used to be fun for the kids, but now the game crashes as soon as you open it. IDK if it was update or what, but it even randomly opened and crashed while playing a different game. Hopefully this problem is fixed soon.

I'm having trouble with the sound on this game. It was working for a while when I first downloaded it but it stopped and no matter how I adjust my phone or the sound settings in the game it hasn't come back on. Otherwise, my daughter really enjoys the game and all of its mini games.

It constantly was asking for a purchase it should have better stated in the description that you need to subscribe to enjoy. I probably would have purchased at that point. I'm personally tired of games not saying it's a subscription and when I go to test play for my child it wants my credit card info.

It glitching on my kids phone and we cant even use it anymore and on another phone it exists out before it even loads fully. Hopfully its fixes because my.kids enjoy the app overall (when it works) and the ad popups are difficult for my kids to navigate out of unfortunately. Could be alot better if these problems where fixes

Same as many others.... As soon as the app loads it requires you to click the camera icon only (it will not let you click on or go to anything else on the app, not even settings), then once you click the camera icon it opens the camera for a few seconds & then the entire app closes out. This happens every single time. I checked my storage & permissions for the app & it is all enabled & OK. Other reviews mention the exact same problem going back months! My child is upset! When will it get fixed?

Upsetting. They updated the app and it no longer works. It freezes on the front title. My 2 year old loves gabbys dollhouse on Netflix and this app was more interacting. I uninstalled and installed again but it still freezes. Hopefully they'll fix it or remake another app

Its a great game app for my daughter who loves Gabby and the show.💖 Its educational, adorable, and fun, plus my daughter loves cats too!! However, it constantly freezes up after minutes of playing and she had to start over again. This bug glitch needs to be resolved. Please fix!!! This game is so nuch fun and she loves it alot. Thanks!!

Wish I could rate it zero. I'm not the targeted audience for this game but I still tried it and it was a horrible experience it froze and lagged every second. Then your kicked of of the different rooms after about 30 seconds of play also very boring for me. Again im not the target audience but the game play and what you can actually do in the game was very disappointing. Even if its teacher approved or editor's choice always look at the reviews first.

Hardly works. Takes at least a full minute to load but 75% of the time won't load at all past the initial screen. Tried it on two tablets and one doesn't work at all. My daughter used to love this game. Idk what y'all did to it but you need to reverse whatever it was. all her other games run great. I've done all the trouble shooting steps y'all suggest to other reviews. IT'S NOT US THAT'S THE ISSUE, IT'S YOUR GAME. why put all the effort into making a game and not fix it when it breaks???

This was a fantastic game until this past week when suddenly if you tried to enter rooms in the dollhouse and it directed you to leave and the only places you could access were a place to take photos of QR codes and view merchandise that I guess is available now. The videos would also freeze and crash the app. I tried clearing the storage and the problems kept recurring. Removed from my phone and do not recommend unless you want a glitchy app you can't play that just wants to advertise to you.

The Game worked well until the update today. Now it just hangs. I cleared all data and restarted the game, and a blank pop up comes up. If you press the bottom button you get some stars and circles. If you click anywhere else the pop up goes away and the game just hangs. So unusable now. It's a shame, it's one of the few games that my kid really liked. May have to uninstall if no fix comes up in the next day or so.

My daughter loves this game, but it hasn't been working like it used to. I've deleted it, re-download, and it still won't open. I have plenty of memory space for the game but it still won't work. It's just the open loading screen then it freezes. There isn't even an option to update it which is weird. I hope this issue gets fixed soon so my daughter can play it again because she's been bothering me about it lol

It is a very fun game but one problem that the rooms are pretty messy and when I organize them they become messy again! I will give you five stars if you make my progress or what I mean is if I put something in a different place I don't want it to change its place! Get it?? Also I dont se it educational for kids so if you can explain what is the educational part then definitely 5 stars!On the other hand it is a very good game. Thank you for making this amazing game!

Same as many. Starting the game and being forced to go through the process of clicking the camera (and if given access to my camera watch it lurch to a halt basically freezing) and after entering a room for the first time forced to pull out a cat and put them into the elevator. Just removed the camera tutorial or automatically disable it after the first time it is done. Same with the elevator tutorial. My child (and I too!) love the app, but going through this process EACH time is the worst.

Was a great game, my daughter loved it. Now totally broken. When you enter any room, it will only let you leave (an arrow hovers around the Back arrow button, and that is all you can click). Other times, it asks you to look at a privacy policy, which opens in your phone's default browser (ie Chrome) - but when you go back to the game, the only option is still to click on the privacy policy. This all started when they updated it to be able to scan QR codes from physical toys.

Make a scanner for the surprise toys. I don't want to play the game to find out if it goes to your product or a different toy product. A pleading mother.

Edit: Big thanks to the developers for fixing the issue right away! Ive got a happy daughter, so I am one happy mama! No ads or in app purchases- which is a huge gift in this day in age! Fun and interactive games and lots of different things to do. From memory, to counting, colors and numbers, and problem solving! Great app! My daughter is OBSESSED with this game. However it no longer gets passed the loading screen! Super disappointing! Go back to the version before this last update! PLEASE!
