this is by far the best drum machine I have used. I can mash samples and make beats quicker and more interesting than in the other stuff I use. The interface is awesome with some deep features I thought I wouldn't get till I saved up enough for a digitakt, conditional trigs, parameter locks, probability etc. One thing I would love to see is cloud storage integration. I would love to be able to just drop samples from my laptop into GDrive and load them in here then export my beats back again.

Sound doesmt work on my xiaomi redmi5, hope this can help. Edit 01: tried the suggestions, still not working. Tried restarting, rebooting, reïnstalling and whiping cache. Other apps have no problems. Edit 02: Got it to work! For some reason it kept muting the app, even after whiping cache, reinstalling and rebooting. Not sure why or what happened there, but I had to manually change it for the app. Now works as advertised, pretty good! @dev, check edit 02, it's fixed! ;)

Lots of options for the price. Very satisfied with its functionality.

This app is phenomenally good. Very powerful piece of kit. I've been toying with the idea of buying a drum sequencer for a little while now, to add percussion to my guitar practice. A potentially expensive experiment. G-Stomp Rhythm has allowed me to do this, and test my comfort level with the software/hardware essentially for free. And frankly, it's so good I may never need to acquire a physical unit. I trialed a number of other apps before this one. This is miles ahead. Great online tutorials.

Just started using the app, but I am super impressed with the depth of features and ease of use. First impression is that it is quite powerful without being overwhelmingly so. Some of the sliders (eg step cond) are tad difficult to use on my phone, so if you have a tablet, then try installing it on there for a slightly better response.

Oh wow...been looking for a drum machine to play with on my phone, and this surpasses any expectations. I will be going premium on the laptop, as w3ll as getting the studio. Absolutely spot on. Good job.

This app is so cool. I can't wait to try studio or producer. I want to be able to make music on my phone like I used to be able to make on my computer a long time ago in software like Orion pro Cool edit and fruity loops

I have had the paid version of this app for a few years now. i have recently upgraded to a new phone. I can no longer access "Android->Data" folder. The only way i can use WAV / Midi files with other apps is thru G-Stomper Rhythum / Share button, which is very cumbersome. Can you fix this ?

Dont sleep on this app if you need to be able to make beats on the go. With features like trackouts, customizing samples, using your device as a Midi controller, and extra sound suites available for FREE, this app has much of what you need to start crafting your own instrumentals. I don't mind the ads because they're for other products in their suite; it feels like this app is meant to get you working with ease. I can't wait to try the Gstomper Rhythm Studio. 10/10 best free producer program!

Amazing app! Started to look at hardware drum machines when I found this! Very easy to start with, very deep to keep going. I will have to get some cables for my Samsung S7 to see how well it attaches to an old MIDI keyboard... this will keep me busy for some time. The only downside so far is the documentation blends all their products into one...

I guess this could be a five, but I can't figure out how to use it easily. The menu at the top has gray buttons. The controls are all gray. The background is black. It is very difficult to figure out how to navigate. At the very least, the menu at the top should be easy to use. Green for play button. Yellow for pause. Read for stop. I don't see why the icons for the mixer or the exit or any of those items needs to be gray. A little icon would be perfect. A little color. Something to make it eas

Best free production app in the market place. Decent sampler and excellent sequencer.. just wish you could apply different timings to each track.. like maybe 32nd notes on 1 and for instance 8th notes on another. Just a thought. A boy can dream can't he. Great app if you take your music seriously enough to warrant production always being at your fingertips.

First off, I support music apps that support Ableton Link, which G-Stomper of course does (and does well). A feature rich app, you can choose to use just the basics or you can dive deep and use this app like it was the center of your dream studio. The learning curve is very reasonable and, though you should of course read manual, you can pretty much download it and within 15 min create a decent set of techno or house or gabber loops. Most importantly, the export abilities are exceptional.

BEST. DRUMPAD. APP. EVER. A novice may be intimidated by the user interface, but anyone with some experience using DAW software will figure it out easily. The ads are just asking for ratings and trying to get you to check out their full production suite. Easy to click past and no locked features. I am a guitarist singer /songwriter without the time or patience to find a drummer to practice regularly with, and this is a godsend. Also perfect for on the fly freestyle rap beats. 9000 out of 5.

I have really enjoyed diving into electronic music production. I have always (in the past)been a stick in the mud, believing that real music comes from real instruments...but not true, real music comes from real people, a tiny portrait of what is inside of us, whether electronic, electric, or acoustic I have enjoyed creating using this platform, and have composed several memorable works, and don't plan on stopping! Possible improvements: Maybe a tiny bit of info on How to Create User made Samples

Okay, this is a powerful and flexible drum machine... but it is a sixteen-step sequencer. If you set the step timing to 32 the time signature adjusts to 2/4; if you set it to 64, the time signature becomes 1/4. To create a whole measure of 4/4, at this resolution, it seems that you would have to chain patterns together in G-Stomper's more-power ful Studio app. But I will just have to try that out at some point, won't I? 👍

This is a really solid beatmaking/rhythm sequencing app. It has decent sample editing parameters and audio export for individual tracks and mixdowns. It's easy to use for beginners with enough editable functions for the advanced user. Plus, it is really easy for users to import their own samples and has a section dedicated to them in the load menu for the pads and step sequencer. And it's free without requiring a purchase of anything to import or export audio files. It's basically a beast.

This app is insanely good. I have hardware drum machines, and this thing is easier to use than those. Sounds great too. Obviously it's just a phone, so the touch screen isn't as nice as knobs or buttons, but it's super fluid and changing up patterns on the flies totally doable, and even easier than on hardware. This could possibly be used for live performance, and if not, it's just great as a jam tool or idea creation tool.
