Pathetic experience, aap is auto closing when trying to login. I have forex in my account but can't see statement in this app. Really disappointed. This is what TC is giving to customer in exchange of their money.

Easy to navigate and simple to use, list of documents available for smoother experience. All type of forex and money remittance services available at the click of few buttons. Really happy with the service!!

App sends opt of 6 digit to mail but to enter it's ask 4 digit, when we enter 4 digit it say invalid, there is no sync between app n opt length sent, basic testing not done..

The app crashes everytime I try to log in. And this issue was pointed out to the related personnel 4 weeks ago. And there's no resolution till now. App is completely unusable. Zero stars.

Come on Thomas Cook... People have to use this app to manage their card when they are in a foreign country. I want to change the transaction limit as I have to make an important payment, but the app keeps crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but to no avail. Do you understand how frustrating and embarrassing it can be. I don't think this company is responsible enough to be allowed to work in this domain.

Keeps on closing the app after entering the mobile no. Tried multiple times, same issue, even after having siffiect space in mobile, full internet coverage and tried multiple times of uninstall and installation of the application

All in one app, could find what I was looking for. Best feature was the rate card, I could easily track the fall and rise in rates and buy when rates were favourable. Truly satisfied with the entire functioning of the app!!

Better Rates with Better Service. Accessible on Phone for any issue related. Delat with Ms. Yamini at counter, she helped and cleared most of the doubts. Card can only be swiped abroad, there will be charges applicable on ATM withdrawal (Applicable with most FX card providers) Pros: Instantly issued the Card Con : They will verify all applicable documents without which impossible for you to get card Purely rules oriented my Goodness 😜😜👏👏👍👍

It is one of best app which includes Live exchange rates for a wide range of currencies. The ability to buy and sell foreign currency,forex card and remittance at the best rates. Ability to freeze the rate for a limited period of time. Option to home-delivery or pick-up from nearest Thomas Cook branch. Easy and secure online transaction.

Their customer service is terrible. The app doesn't reflect transactions even after a day. Representatives lie to customers about 24x7 and unlimited filling of money in card. Once issued you get to know that they operate like a government office.

Don't go for this Forex card some reason: 1) terrible app can't even load balance in it. 2) terrible customer support at branch 3) Although they say we can load money from anywhere anytime there are no such documents/tutorials only you see bunch of ads.

Very slow application. I have restarted my phone twice after trying to open the application. Once you click on the app icon it keeps loading and doesn't let you access to the dashboard. Travelling tonight, highly worried if my card features will be enabled by that time. Do something fx now - Thomas Cook team and fix this now ..

The app is good and has good usability. However, when you need it, it will not open and just keep loading till infinity. Please look into the issue as it becomes difficult to deal with it and degardes the user experience.

Utterly bizzare app I don't understand why the reload option is provided from the country of origin! If I have to go throught the stupid process of negotiating with the sales team, who will always provide me a rate always higher than the one marked on the website?? That's just u processional. Why don't we have the provision of loading the app with money on an existing/running card? You have already done the process of KYC so just let us load the damn card from the app!!

This app is full of bugs, don't know how my company trusted them for forex. ATM, Swipe, etc. options remain off even after I turn them on. Received an email saying my transaction was declined because these options were off (I had not turned them off and there was no issue at the shop where I swiped). Setting transaction limit gives errors. Can't see all my transactions under card summary. Setting dates to view transactions gives errors. Transaction history option also does not show anything.

Can't top up the card online. One needs to visit the branch again to complete the process! While selling me the card, the salesperson confirmed that I can top up the card online through this app. While selling forex, you need to accept the branch's rate, and not Thomas Cook's rate on the website (which is lower than their peers anyway). Predatory practises. Avoid.

Pathetic and terrible app. After submitting the foreign currency order and making payment, the error comes that something went wrong and try again later. When I visited the branch to collect the currency, the office staff said that the order is not visible in the system and made me wait for more than 1 hour and took all the documents again. This is a useless app.
