App picks up movement and sends alerts outside of the designated motion detection area. Would like to see app updated to allow for irregular selection of detection area instead of the present rectangular/square choice. App randomly records videos even at a close distance. Seems to record/detect motion every 3-4 minutes with gaps in between those times. App stops recording motion partly through transit zone.

11/9/19 Now the app isn't working for my HD Greet Doorbell, no ringing?! 9/4/19 It seems I can't get into the site now to view my cameras and I have paid for this service for both cameras thru 2020! Whats the problem, it worked this morning now I can't get into it at all. 9/7/17 Now will not work on my iPad at all, get black pictures, yet it us giving alerts and recording, but when I p ull up alerts they then turn black! What the heck have you done? 9/6/17 Update will not install on phone!

I'm pretty lazy so I never rate or review things on here but I really like this app it does it's job and it does it good one big pro is that it gives you a free trial and when that's up and over you have two different payment levels as in being able to pay for a full year right then and there and not having to worry about it or do the three month option and if you don't want to / can't pay then no problem because they also have a free version that works just as good (ran out of characters) lol

The system is down, cannot connect to cameras they keep saying server error etc. Not acceptable when some of us are paying subscriptions. Update: Cameras good quality the app just sucks in general can barely connect to cameras, video recording? No use for it when it skips every couple of seconds, devices are constantly offline

Having serious problems with cameras staying online,also reconnecting cameras is a nightmare. It's telling me 3 of my 4 cameras is linked to another account already which doesn't make sense because I use same cell phone number. Now 1 cameras comes up on my phone ,2 on my wife's phone and the 4th is giving me issues connecting to both phones. It's very annoying and difficult to deal with. Definitely need assistance reconnecting all cameras to the same account again!!! All in all not very happy!!

This app is junk. I have no problem with the cameras I have already set up. I have no problem viewing my cameras. I have no problem accessing the cloud recordings of my cameras. The app itself is junk. I can't connect any new cameras to my account. Funlux wants you to pay an individual subscription fee for each camera. F this app and Funlux.

Where do I start? Let's see, they charged me double what they said they were going to charge for my cloud service!!! Charged for a whole year rather than a month so my bank account was overdrawn. Customer service refused to make it right and was very rude. Updated my device software versions and now the notifications aren't working!!! On top of that half the time when there is motion it doesn't register as an alert.

I decided to try a subscription for one camera, immediately decided I didnt want to continue and tried to cancel it. I reached out for support to make sure it was cancelled, only to be ignored. And then another payment was taken. I'm at a loss for what I need to do to get my last payment refunded, let alone getting the subscription cancelled. Funlux support, please contact me.

The new version is backward compatible with an old wired system of cameras and recorder made by the same company! And can finally access all 8 cameras streams there! Thank you! But the alerts don't seem to work anymore as I never got any notifications.. That's a major flaw still :(

It's an ok app and a good camera system. When you go to playback or to an event. It does not load you have to go back and touch the option again. Than it takes you to a different time so you have to go back one more time and re open it. Sometimes it freezes and starts working at a different time. If you need help from them they never get back to you and you have to figure it out on your own.EDIT THIS IS ALL JUNK. DO NOT BUY THE CAMERAS

The service is ok, constantly freezing up and jumping forward on recorded video. Had someone break into my vehicles and tried to look at the video and it freezes and jumps forward random times. Video starts with person already in my car. Could not tell which direction they came from. I've been paying for these services and I do expect a better quality of service.

Very inexpensive solution for home security on any budget. After updating the cameras four months ago, I can't use the motion detection without getting tons of ghost hits. I have chatted with CS, but it feels like they do not know how to fix my issue. I guess CS is waiting for my warranty to run out. **UPDATE: After almost a year, the camera updates have fixed my issue with ghost hits and are working correctly.

Worst app pairing, is very frustrating, I had to go through the process a half a dozen times and still could not add the camera. I work on computers for a living and thos is by far one of the worst wifi camera setups I have ever done. There needs to be a better way to set up the camera, like through a computer instead of by wifi. I do not recommend!

On the phone app I was able to speak into it so my kids could hear me when I'm at work. Now my kids can't hear me almost at all the speak isn't putting out sound to any of my five camera's. Which is super frustrating when it was amazing before. We have unplugged and plugged them back in, reset them, and updated the app and nothing has helped with the speaker's. Other than that huge speaker issue they are great.

it used to be an okay app but with flaws. i would say buggy for the most part. motion notifications work well. to get the live video i have to swipe over and swipe back and then it loads. this has been an issue for a while. also for a few months i can no longer view my hard drive footage. i used to be able to view this just fine before. im limited to my 10 to 15 second videos and cant investigate further. updates are very infrequent.

I really thought there would be a longer record time when motion was detected. It gives me just enough time to see what or who triggered thr device but i cant see what they do after. UPDATE....So....if you add the subscription you have have 24/7 video saved for 7 days which is a great thing. The thing that I don't like is that you have to pay individual subscription for each device. However, yearly discount is good. No multi device discount. Video quality is good and all seems to work fine.

So far it's been working good for me.. I got a 4 channel system and I actually took it to Mexico. I installed it without any problems. Pretty straightforward. Im able to log in and see whats going at my mom's house in Mexico from California... I was a bit skeptical at first.. I do like the system a lot. The only downside is that I cant log on to the DVR through this app... I have subscribed to the cloud service but its so much biggie I can't play back the date nor the time I need yo check.

It used to work passably, but now the Wi-Fi connection fails with these devices only. It fails in multiple ways. Sometimes it won't recognize that ZMD_SAP is connected, and sometimes it connects and can't find any Wi-Fi, and won't work manually entered either. I reset all devices, cleared cache, reinstalled app, but it seems these devices are all a waste of money now.

Horrible interface, if you accidentally tilt your phone any way it defaults everything to the live view. No way to full screen a previous day. When i click on the calendar to pick a day my screen goes black, i can still pick a date but i can't see anything. Never had that problem till recently like the last 2 months. Its a guessing game on which day I'm going to pick. I just use the website because at least i have full functions. Horrible app and that's just one complaint i can fit on here.

When I first got our camera's....it went fine. But as soon as I switched my WiFi password....I have had the worst time trying to get them working again. I'm not very Tech savvy, but tried googling multiple things... To no luck. It's very frustrating when you have both parents working and a teenager remote learning that pushes all buttons. I tried for hours tonight with no luck. I have to hope for the best tomorrow, because it's too late to buy something now.
