The app is not worth investing in unless loss of money is your objective. No up tick just straight down. They say hold for 5 years but not worth it. Many social media influencer gives link so they can make money themselves be alert

Was good, feels like shady "improvements" attempt to hide bad returns. Years ago, you'd sign in to the app and immediately know what gains/losses accrued since your last login. With a few presses you could find annualized and quarterly returns, percentages according to appreciation and dividends. Now, you sign in and it seems to be a gain/loss based on a randomly generated date. You can still find annual and quarter gains etc, but the granularity is intentionally obfuscated. Makes me want to Q

Garbage. Invested with them before real estate went through the roof and they still managed to do nothing but lose money for me.

the app works great! I really enjoy watching this account grow. I get consistent gains with Fundrise, I consistently get around 10-15% gains!

Seems promising but I joined in 2021. Put $100 just to see what would happen. Since then my invest has lost -$18 for my portfolio being 100% real estate. Im glad I didn't more money into it. You're better off investing in crypto than this. At least you have a better chance at gains than a portfolio you have no control over and has lost money in the biggest market someone could invest in. Reminds me of a sophisticated rug-pull that's drawn out. Earned 11 dollar in dividends since and still down..

If i was going to throw $160 into a hole every month i don't think I'd do it here. Just want to add that after a year in this app i lost money...i wonder whose pocket it fell into

I have been using this app for 3 years. The app itself is fine however the investment medium is sub optimal. I would reccomend either the stock market or dirrect realestate investing (directly own the properties yourself) fundrise is a middle ground approach that didn't really pan out and doesn't offer any real advantage over either of those options. But that is just my personal take on the platform. The app itself is fine.

It was an easy setup I mainly downloaded the app for the affiliate marketing it comes with and you can find out more @ themoneyapple.blogspot. Com even giving it's readers a free website to start

Service is a scam. It will show you your investment is gaining money but if you attempt to sell you will lose all your "gains" and probably a portion of the initial investment. Showed me a $300 profit along with the initial 1k investment after 4 years of having the money invested I redeemed. Had to wait approx 3 months for money to be credited and received about $750 back. Very bad investment stick with stocks if you want real-estate exposure invest in REITs through a credited broker.

Overall, a scam. Nice interface and app mechanics and blah blah. The real estate industry has been booming for the past 10 years, and this company has lost me money. Since the companies founding its hit big in revenue and investments however it's customers have been sold short on the profits / investments by not returningthe investments or giving very small dividends of a $1. I should've been up $600 to $800 in the past few years but ended up being under / losing money. Don't get this app.

The app works well, I just wish the fee was lower as you could invest the money into the s&p500 and do better or the same as fundrise in annualized returns with almost no fees and better liquidity... but it's great to get into real estate with almost no work involved 👍. Also there needs to be an option with monthly dividends return instead of just quarterly!

This app is beautiful, but it’s immediately apparent that it’s incomplete. Some functions must be done on the site and takes you out of the app. That’s far from a seamless experience. I was also prompted to create a PIN first before biometrics. Anyone with a phone with a fingerprint reader knows that biometrics is preferable to a PIN. If biometrics support is detected, the app should offer biometrics first and maybe skip the PIN. I use apps on public transportation; I don’t think a PIN is safe.

Lately the app is not working, it kicks me out of my biometrics login, then if I try to input my username and password, gives me a message that I need to fill both areas (that I just filled in) but keeps kicking me out. Then I try to enter thru a link in my mail and the app turns crazy restarting quickly multiple times with no ending. Before it works great, very easy to use, check where my money is invested, how much I had invested and my return was just starting to ramp up this year.

It is an ok start for the mobile platform for now. Some features like making changes to your Account Settings and Documents still take you out of the app and have to log into the mobile browser which isn't as nice. I still prefer to be able to do this within the app. Also it would be nice to be able to change your Core plan (Supplemental, Balanced, Long Term Growth) and be able to make direct investments via the mobile app instead of just the desktop platform. I am hoping that Fundrise will continue to make improvements over time and will readjust my rating when these changes are implemented.

So far a very smooth experience using the app. Makes it easy to update, invest, set up auto-investments based on specific goals, etc. I also like the project updates in the dashboard, rather than having to dig through my emails. Feels pretty secure (for example, doesn't allow screenshots when using the app). Overall would recommend the app if you have a Fundrise account obviously.
