Maybe it's just me but opening new wings of the hospital is annoying. I get the levels necessary but lack the blue prints. I need more rooms but don't have the space so patients are dropping like frozen iguanas.

Lack of guidance in improving the staff's ability. Lack of working speed of the staffs. Too much expensive in unlocking slot. Not balance in slots, too crowded because of big space in one room. Rooms(treatment and equipment) are too expensive and too big. Useless runes, too expensive. Patient's patience is too fast. 2 star only for the game animations/graphics.

This was my favourite mobile game. One day my account didn't work. I had access to another user's accounts instead. I contacted the help team. They asked for proof that it was my account such as screenshots which I sent over and asked if my account was bound by Facebook. I had not changed devices so that shouldn't matter. They have stopped replying to me. I spent money on this app. I am so disappointed because the game is great but my experience was awful. It is now uninstalled.

This is not as fun as its name says. Installed this app, but I couldn't even go all the way, it keeps on laoding and then an error with server appears. I have a stable internet connection but it isn't able to connect with it. Idk why! I tried activating my location services and changing the server manually but to no good! I am really disappointed ☹️!

Love this game, very similar to the original but it's very buggy. Often loses connection, characters move wrongly sometimes, very hard to select a character when busy, cannot see a queue on an already selected character not on a room and many other features missing. Nevertheless, a game I play frequently and enjoy very much. I just wish they'd notice the bugs and start fixing them.

I love this game, but I restart the app more than 20 times a day because of this error – unable to connect to game server. Seriously! I've sent an email to have this checked, but I got no concrete answer. Please fix this, it's really frustrating and infuriating at times, especially when I'm in the middle of the challenge and it restarts then I lose my progress. Please, please, please fix it.

After my 1st account got wiped, I thought I would try again. 2nd time seems better. Whatever updates they have done seem to be working Update: I have a black screen when I try to log on. It is the last day of the tier run and I can't complete it now as the stupid app won't work. Waiting to see if it ever starts up again. Hope I don't get kicked out of my union for this! So inconvenient and unreliable for an app!

Was loving this game but now won't load just keeps looping from the start up to clicking start over and over. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same. If not working by Monday it's being deleted. Shame really as I was enjoying it. As for the dumb response of log in using WiFi, what do you think I was logging in using lol. All up and working after a good long break from it. Wish gems were easier to gain.

Pretty good but still room for improvement. You only see the graphics from one angle so it's hard to see if something is in the way (there's no snap to in an ideal position too). I do find it annoying that it is so pricey to change a person's name (I find it annoying that all the best doctors have the same name, Hannibal, Huff etc and it gets awkward telling the difference between them).

Good game, but it kinda pushes too much on the spending money side. I don't mind having to wait a bit to spans the hospital, but the exp goes up too fast, and then you only get patients with diseases that you can't yet cure. Would be nice if you controlled the type of patients coming in, I'm lvl 20 and I rarely get the curable diseases any more. Please fix this and it would be a very fun game. Make it so we get more of the initial patients.

Overall it's addicting, but one thing that i really hate about this game is too many reload. When i open other app and return to the game, my patients are all gone. When i visit another hospital, my patients timer all back to start. It's really annoying, maybe if you can fix this gameplay, the game will be more phenomenal. Sincere thanks

It wasn't a bad game but the bugs ruin it. Now I'm stuck where the game just keeps having to reload which causes me to lose progress. I just bought some gems on offer, they've vanished, I'd nearly completed an emergency but several reloads later and I fail to save anyone. I can't do the current events now because it keeps reloading. I'm going to contact Google for a refund.

Very glitchy. Constantly says no connection and boots me from the game. Hard to click on the people when there are others walking around. Walls in the way of vision, expensive items that constantly have to be bought bc no one waters plants. 1500 a plant. I can keep going but... The game is fun though. There are timed emergencies to do for bonuses. Over all, it has a ton of potential to be a kickass game. Needs a lot of changes though

i was very excited to play it after I saw the ad, but after I installed it, it is loading forever. it doesnot go ahead of the loading screen. wow nice game you made there. good luck. oh and look. It seems like I am not the only one who is having the same problem. what is the point of having a game in play store that cannot be played? lame lame lame.

i give this a three star because there are a glitch that if i put another room and i cant press it i need to go close the app an then it will be installed same as when i moved the room it doesnt work and then when i close the app the room is already installed and MY PATIENTS IS SHORT im literally angry whil3 playing that imagine that you play and close the app and go back again i dont like yhat its a great game but annoying!! thats why j give this 3 star i hope im not the only one having this!!

I like the game itself. It keeps glitching out, though. I had to close the game and reopen it three times because suddenly all of the patients are cold even though there was like 30 heaters, and then the the game would tell me there is no bathroom when there was. I also found it really frustrating trying to add things into the small space that you start with, and it was hard to know where things were landing when you're buying them. Cute game, but frustrating to play.

Found this game was fun. BUT the problem of missing money, diamonds and account was logged by other device never solved. I had send message to their official fb messenger but no any response. All the games progress will suddenly dissapeared. Another problem is I'm a new player, but I realized the games shown that I have many different account in ALL servers. 👎

I enjoy the game but the glitches need to be fixed. for example sometimes the cash money doesnt read right or when i buy something it wont let me move it around. alot of the times i need to restart the game to fix the issues. just wish i didnt have to keep going in and out. when these are fixed i will rate higher.

I do adore this game, however there are glitches that make me crazy. Sometimes I'll lose staff, sometimes the cash or patient count isn't accurate, or other times it'll have to restart. The latter is very frustrating. All that being said it's a very fun well thought-out SIM game. The patients are great. The room and staff leveling up is also enjoyable. Please try to get it glitch free, appreciate it.
