Okay. It does work and I was able to connect to the cameras while many miles away from home. Directions could and should be much better. Should be more detailed and step by step. I would probably give more stars if this was the case. They suggest it is compatible with TF card. I have yet to purchase one to see if it works. P.S. The directions do NOT explain how to set up motion detection for recording. I will be trying a different app soon. Probably YI loT.

Not impressed with image quality but I was infact able to get 2 cameras connected to my internet, and I'm able to use/view them without being connected to the WiFi myself. I connected to the internal WiFi on the cameras (which let my phone connect to them) and then while connected to them in this way I went into settings on the app for each camera and went to "WiFi" settings where it allowed me to enter my home wifi name/password. After that, they were connected.

Camera will simply NOT record anything unless you manually start a recording. Picture quality is very poor but for the price its barely acceptable. Turns out it's useless for me because I need it to RECORD all the time. Changing settings constantly testing different settings and nothing works. Will NOT accept any SD card more than 32gb unless it is formatted to FAT32, which im not sure its possible. Spend a few more bucks and shop around... this app is borderline useless

Well I have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get these Cam's to sync with my Cell Android and so far its a no go. The directions are small print to the extreme and difficult to follow. I will add updates if I have any brake throughs. Thinking wasted money, going cheap always costs more in the long run, in this case the short run.

Picture quality is great. However, unless you keep the app open, when you go back to check camera feed, it is offline. Have to physically remove camera and work with it and the app to connect again. Very, very frustrating. Almost makes it not worth getting the camera.

1st of all, I went to the website and was looking to start w/ 2 cameras to see how it worked. I never purchased it, I was just on the site. Then left the page, NEVER checked it put (paypal) Then all of a sudden, my bank account showed I purchased this, amd not the "2" I was originally looking at, but 4...so that was super weird. Anyways, when they came, I tried setting them up and can't get them set up at all. Says my wifi is unsupported & it takes me to settings but doesn't do anything.

Unable to use the app. A pop-up notification appears when opened stating that the app requires access to File Read/write, Camera, Network and Location. All these permissions were allowed. Uninstalled and Reinstalled several times, it just wont open. Showing the same message everytime. There is no other app that works with my camera and I just spend a bunch of money on something I cannot use. Regrettably I have to score this app zero. No starts if I could. Not helpful at all.

Believe the reviews. If you just bought the camera, send it back. This camera is nooottt good and the app is the worst part. I can never connect properly. Takes 5 to 10 minutes every time. Which isn't helpful when someone is outside. I had an SD card, it got jammed in the camera I had to get it out with tweezers, so I can't record. And yes, it dies very fast.

As many other's have already stated, this app matches the camera perfectly, both are a POS! Setup is a mess, not at all great. Horrible process. Connectivity to the camera when finally working is very glitchy. It's there and then it isn't! Camera uses an onboard built-in battery that barely lasts half of a day. Bottom line, what a mistake this was. Immediately, if not sooner, return it and dispute the charges. You'll never get you money back working through their non-existent customer support.

The camera often wouldn't load. I would have to switch off the power to the cameras in an effort to get the cameras to work. When they do work, often too, when you open the App, the cameras' view settings have gone, and you need to reset them. NOW, THE LATEST UPDATE HAS STOPPED THE APP FROM OPENING AT ALL! Taking the cameras down and replacing with something else.

The adds came up first wanting a credit card. I cancelled out of that. Finally got to the setup and had to give permissions for location and access to photos and sound files. Couldn't get past the message to accept the permission for photos and voice files. I can't get the app setup to use my new camera. This app SUCKS!!!!!!!!! 😡

Saw a decent deal on small cameras for monitoring indoors and outdoors, so I grabbed six. I've set up Ring, Blink and many other cameras with no issue in the past. I'm following the steps, included with the hardware, and so far, the cameras do not seem to function or be found on the AP after reboot. They're disconnected, offline. So there's no way to actually view anything. I'm uncertain if these actually function outside in weather and so far do not function inside with perfect weather LOL

Very small lens, almost blind in dim light. It loses its battery every half day, then needs recharged, rebooted, and reconfigured. Every reboot loses all settings. Actually, everytime you change pages on the app, your previous settings will return to default. New settings cannot be maintained. The features on the device, other than requiring daylight and the poor battery life (12 hrs) are fine. They were inexpensive. It's the app that just doesn't work.

It sucks, unable to connect to my phone. Why do it want access to contact, pictures , ect. and when I clicked while using app only wouldn't connect. They also want me to join a member ship with Mediahyve. Didn't join so I assume because I didn't join I am unable to activate the camera. Couldn't go any further without putting in your bank card information. I put in a card. A prepaid Visa card. Still no camera. By the way the power button doesn't light up when I turn it on . Will return.

I had hopeful moments as the thumbnail of the nice living room was crystal clear. In reality it isn't. I can barely see me.Grainy doesn't begin to describe the low quality. The initial setup sucked, finally figured out how to connect camera & app & phone was complicated even tho I followed instructions.There aren't any options in the app to format SD Card, adjust motion or anything. I don't currently have a device to format fat32 so I guess I'm stuck & cant use camera,my SD Card isn't recognized

This app does not work very well I could never get the camera to connect. I opened it to try again and immediately got a notice that there is an updated version that I need to install. once I installed the updated version it continues to tell me that I need to uninstall all versions of the old app (which I have), and it continues to tell me the same thing. I can't get past that error to even attempt to load the camera.
