I'd give it a 5 star rating except there are too many "featured challenges" - 14! - popping up before you can get to the game itself. The occasional video ad is OK and I accept those as necessary but I think I'm going to get to the point where the popups make it too annoying to keep going. That's too bad, because it's a fun game.

Played for as long time. But lately the ads cause the game to lock up or crash. Seems there is no real desire by the developer to address ad-related bug issues on any of their games, including this one. No bug fixes have been introduced since the relentless ad update a couple years ago. Just sad.

TOO MANY FEATURED ADS...Now previously I rated it 5 stars BUT since the last update it is just annoying just to play. I have to click on the X for EVERY game offer to get them to go away. ALL of the featured games that Storm 8 has to offer are asking me to play them to get gems. I have to go through a minimum of 15 game offers just to play the 1 I'm in. Then on top of that have to watch 2-4 video ads to get extra points even during the middle of the game it will stop to show ads. FIX IT PLEASE!!

Good game, but bad programming and presentation. Wastes as much time on the ads as you spend playing the game, screen orientation changes cannot be disabled, and "processing" between levels makes it quicker just to completely go out of the app and back in again.

It is honestly a good game but the maker is very greedy with the ads. It went from watching ad for more moves to ad every time you start EACH game. These are 15-30 second ads and a lot of time they are tricky as in it will automatically send you to play store and hard to dismiss. I uninstalled it after I noticed it took me longer to watch ads than to play the actual game. This is only after 2 days. Also avoid Hungry Babies Mania from the same maker.

recently the game has changed to become unplayable and a waste of time. More specifically when you open the game you have to close between 7 to 10 popup ad windows before you can even begin. then after each attempt at a level fail or win you have to watch another ad. i will be removing this game from my list.

The latest update has completely ruined this game for me. the endless stream of ads when you open the app is ridiculous and the lagging between games (due to more ads?) is frustrating - losing my hearts because of it is really annoying. I loved this as my guilty little "time-waster" before the update however it is now just a total waste of my time. I have been playing and enjoying this game for years but if this doesn't improve then I'll be uninstalling it.

I used to play this game long ago when it first came out. Recently downloaded it again but it's no good anyone. It freezes after each round and i know it's the game because my phone is new and every other game works perfectly. The ads are also annoying, with so many free games out there why would 1 continue to frustrate themselves over a game that won't load. Uninstalling.

i absolutely luv this game. Im really good with puzzles & its extremely challenging. plus i havent ran out of boards yet like on other games. Just got updated version & the ads are ridiculous. Plus when I play the challenge board & receive free time the processing of the ad takes so long my free time gets burnt up & I don't get the free time I'm suppose 2.

DON'T INSTALL THIS GAME. The ads are horrible. You have to dismiss 3-5 ads just to play. The ads between games are huge videos that take forever to load and keep you from play. The game will tell you that if you purchase something, the ads will go away. But those are just lies because the ads are still there. FRAUDS. If I could give zero stars, I would.

update sucks. was at level 709 when tried to open game few weeks back. constant loop of install now, play now. thought was just odd. closed game and played others. until today when read from other reviews 14, 15 + times to get to the game. so tried again and counted. 18 ads before loaded (that's how knew what level I was on)!!! sad played for years on several different devices and this was my go to time killer. Alas will give a short amount of time to fix this, but not much longer.

Addictive game but amount of ads is ridiculous. Ads are popping up every couple of minutes, you have to sit and wait till it's done. A lot of times it even freezes the game including when you click to watch a video to earn more moves. Once it freezes you have to close out the game and lose everything. It is highly frustrating. I had to update the game yesterday and now after playing it once it freezes while saying processing and i have to shut the game down. This needs to be fixed quickly

thank you for creating such a great game with Frozen frenzy mania i have been playing for 4 years...but there's one glitch that needs to be fixed recently in the past few months every time I win a level the next level screen gets stuck on loading, freezes and the screen just says processing and it never processes anything it just freezes and I have to start over and I also lose a heart .... this should be addressed immediately. thank you from a loyal player anja

This game was a lot of fun, but not so much anymore. It's completely annoying. You have to go through at least 10 screens to download other games before you get to play. Most of the games they want me to download either I have or I did and deleted because I didn't like playing them. So why keep asking me to download something I already have or don't want. Then when I win a level, before being able to play the next level, I'm being forced to watch some stupid video! It's extremely annoying when I'm trying to play during a break from work, but it's still annoying when at home. I hate watching these videos. I don't want to watch them. And again, I don't want to watch something I already have (but will be gone along with this game before long if this keeps up), don't want to download, or have no interest in. Before it was an option once in a while. I am so close to not only removing this game but all others from the same company. I also changed phones recently and when I logged in on the new phone, I have to start at the beginning. I was way up there in the levels and can't get back to that level. I was already frustrated and that was before the way too many pop-ups and forced video watching. I'm going to give it a couple of more weeks, because I really do like the actual game, and then will delete it. I gave it one star because they have to loose all these pop-ups and videos.

it was a really fun game, until the latest update. Now you have to close out exactly 15 pop ups, just to play. It loads one game, then videos either interrupt the game, or it says "processing" with the game background faded out. Beat a level, the game freezes. Watch a video to earn moves, game freezes. Too frustrating, this latest update ruined the whole game.

This is a fun game. However, after a while, the ads are ridiculous!!! They even pop up during game play. It takes 15 ads just to OPEN the game! I like the extra moves. Don't mind watching the ads for extra bonuses. Sometimes the game freezes. Sometimes, it says "processing. ..." screen is dim, you can still play, but you are playing blind because the screen never changes, so you're guessing at the moves. THAT'S challenging. Not fun. Add'l 11/17/20: I guess if you complain, they remove all the ads, don't give you any snowflakes or bonuses at all and let you advance totally on your own skills.

the new update is freezing way to often and causing me to lose lives. Everytime i lose a level, i hit try again button, and the level screen comes on but i cannot make any moves. This has happened at least 10 times. i have to restart game, and i lose a life because of it!! PLEASE FIX!!! I love this game! And i will give a higher rating once this glitch is fixed!!

Overall I like this game. It has good mix of challenge level puzzles. The variety or puzzles keeps you engaged. The only problem I have with the game is that it jumps to the ads when you're In The Middle Of A Move, Very annoying. I have no problem with ads between games or even between lives, but ads inserted between the player making a move and the game completing the move...Rude and Annoying. Seriously people, you need to fix that. Otherwise, it's fun to play. ME

UPDATE April 8 2020. Still playing game. Still love it, but game still crashes at different times. Sometimes during game, sometimes we earning a life, and sometimes when earning the game points. I would give 5 stars if these things didn't happen. So it still give it a 5. Love game. As of 8/21/19 I still love game, however when I installed the upgrade, the game will just quit. I will loose a game.while playing it. When trying to get extra.lives it will just quit. The ads are just crazy. Very disappointed.

I have been playing for a long time. It did an update and in order to get ad free you had to make a purchase. I had done so about 18 months prior. That couldnt be applied. So i made a small purchase. That got rid of the in app ads. MY PROBLEM. Get rid of the 14, yes FOURTEEN, feature challenges that you have to close out BEFORE you can play! ANNOYING!!!!!!
