Doesnt open! Keeps asking for email verification,says thanks for joining, then when i b try to go in the app to look for workers,it takes me right back to verify email!!! Forget it! If theres problems already,its not worth it!!

I had a technician spend 90 minutes with me helping to troubleshoot my refrigerator. The service was fantastic. For $25 per year this app is a no brainer.

Clicked on the ad because it promised a focus on what appeared to be a highly intuitive floorplan designer that allowed the creation of multiple story flooplans, even showing graphic screenshots of designd. I installed that app but it seems that there's no such tool--this is just an app for ideas to fix your house. I know how to fix houses--I just want to create some flooplans to save as PDF, which is what this app promised. 1 star, deleted. If I'm wrong, devs, show me and I'll update my rating.

Horrible app, it freezes and says sorry about the inconvenience. Tried updating it but still won't work. Would love to use it for several projects around my home but can't even get past a page or two.

I know nothing about appliances but the person that helped me, made me feel so comfortable with fixing our dishwasher. It was so easy to start the call and work the app. They have a forever customer.

I love this app!! I have a hard time being able to pay someone to come help me with what I don't know while finishing installing my whirlpool bathtub. I have a suggestion that would be wonderful for bigger jobs like this... I would love the ability to request someone I have already been working with. That would be awesome!!

As someone with pretty fair fix it skills but not a lot of experience, this app is a game changer. Being able to have an expert help me troubleshoot or just validate my hypotheses is incredibly useful.

I will pay $25 a year to have an expert give me a 5min verbal rundown of what to do. I will update my score after a few uses but on the first free call, 5/5. Mike was great. Edit: After about 4 or 5 uses, I gotta say, I am very pleased. I get exactly what I wanted. It is like being able to ask questions of one of those YouTube tutorials. The ability to show them what I am seeing with my camera is exactly what you need to turn a 30 minute conversation into a 5 minute one.

I did not have high expectations but I was proven wrong. very knowledgeable tech, easy to understand and guide me. I have to order a part so I can't proclaim "problem solved" yet. But he even found the part online and sent me a link to it. I am optimistic. FYI was working on resolving an air handler on which the fan would not shut off except by the circuit breaker. Much appreciated Mike P.!

Doesn't seem to work on Galaxy S10? The app just flashes the logo and freezes at a white screen. Will change review once fixed.

Fantastic. Definitely a game changer and super helpful. The Frondoor technician spent nearly an hour with me walking me through step-by-step on how to fix my HVAC issue.

I like the idea that they're bringing telehealth to the real estate or home care area. When I was using one session to video call an expert they did provide notes and a link to the product that I should purchase at a local home improvement store. The hyperlinks don't work 5/1/24: changing my review from 2 to 1 ⭐. Frontdoor responded with an email address. I emailed them and they didn't respond. Horrible customer service

I usually don't bother with reviews but this service is incredible! I just got off the phone with an actual expert who helped with troubleshooting via a face to face connection. He was knowledgeable and friendly and confirmed my thought processes and went beyond with his expertise. He did all this - taking over an hour with me during my initial free call. I was very impressed. I will be spreading the word, and the service charge is only $25 for a year. They've got a new client in me!
