Would give it zero stars if I could 🤷🏼♀️ After attempting to cashout twice, both times for very small amounts, I never received either one. I contacted them and they said they detected images without merchant names or totals and asked me to resubmit every receipt. That is INCORRECT because the app will not even accept a receipt without a date and total. And nobody saves their receipts for that long, it is negligence on their part to not review those images. Never again 👍

Im using the app for the first time today. It has been over 10 minutes and my accounts still scanning emails and rewards. It keeps freezing. I was so hopeful this would be a wonderful app. I even invited 2 people before I used it myself. Now I am doubtful That it is even worth my time. Well I hope all these kinks get worked out or this app will fail. Maybe I will try again in a month or two. Hopefully things will be fixed. By the way its still scanning...ugh

THIS APP IS GARBAGE! I use almost all of the receipt scan apps, and I can safely say this is the worst. I have scanned roughly 300 receipts in the last month, and maybe 30 of the receipts were considered valid receipts. This is the crappiest and pickiest receipt scan app ever! It's a complete waste of time and the makers of this app should be ashamed of themselves.

Earning is easy, and you earn CASH, not gift cards. Although they work on a point system, you are not required to get 100 or a thousand points to just receive a penny. I was referred in and I refer others. Quickest way to earn the money is to play games.. best receipt app I have used.

I like the app but honestly is so slow to accumulate some type of money because they give you 5 points every receipt the highest I have gotten was 20 points Even with the bonuses so far I have 2$ ill be updating when i get more and test out the cashout process . But is not a Bad app so far .

I'm enjoying this app. still trying to get the hang of it so I can get points faster. Bit over good concept, easy to navigate through, not alot of extra ads or glitches.

I just downloaded this tonight so I'm very unsure. Why on earth are you asking for our bank account info if that's not even a way to cash out? That's pretty sketchy- I did NOT add my info. I searched & couldn't find ANY info explaining cashing out. Is it really either a g.card for Amazon or Visa, and that's it?? App seems very easy to use, just wish there was more information/explanations. I'll give it a try but I just read a bunch of recent reviews that were NOT great.

It's a scam! Don't waste your time. It doesn't pay out. I cashed out at $2.90 for an Amazon giftcard just to see if it does payout. But it doesn't. It's been like over a week and nothing. And when I tried to link my bank account, it wanted access to ALL my bank accounts not just one.

The app doesn't accept 50 - 60% of the receipts scanned. It states that there is a problem with the date or total even though it shows that both are recognized. I just seems like a way to not issue points.

Every time I use this app it needs an update. Leave it alone while it works ! It's always freezing and force closing after trying to hit submit. Takes so long for the app to finally work that my receipts expire by the time it's working. It's not fair. I loved the app when it first came out, now it is pretty useless because it NEVER works.

Pros: This is actually a great app and you get more rewards than with Fetch. You will get your rewards WAY faster, sometimes immediately, Fetch takes like 3 days. CONS The recognition of Dates and TOTALS is really bad. If it says Amount or Sub-Total it will NOT work (specially with receipts like restaurants were you have a TIP line) If the date is not numerical, it will not work. If the receipt is out of ink, don't even try it.

This app needs a lot of work. I downloaded the app, created an account, linked my bank account and linked 4 loyalty cards. Now it doesn't want to work. I can't get anymore loyalty cards to link; it states login failed but I checked the UN & PW that I'm entering and they're are correct. I can't get any receipts to upload and thats the main feature of the app. Also, consider adding a 'remember me" feature, gets old entering your UN & PW over and over again. I'm uninstalling this app now.

App needs alot of work, has great potential. Needs an option to review receipts when rejected, when week starts & ends and resets. More accurate reason of why a receipt is rejected instead of grouping all together as a whole, bonus options, able to see what cards/accounts we have linked. Customer service also needs to improve tried to redeem my points for a gift card, came up with an error on their end, zeroed out my account and customer service is not helpful in any way shape or form.

Would rate this app a zero if I could. The point system is so bad. You get fractions of a penny for scanned receipts. I was only able to cash out successfully 1 time. The 2nd time was for $19 & they never paid me. After emailing them, I was told their app is fairly new & "we are still working on our algorithms used to verify receipts." They want me to re-upload 3 receipts from at least 2 weeks ago, to verify my account. I get rid of my receipts a few days after successfully scanning them. SCAM

the app itself is very easy to use and understand. the point system is a little basic. but you accumulate quickly. but, I cashed out $15 a coupe weeks ago and it says it will send to my email in 2-3 days. i have not yet received. I can't find it anywhere. and it says on the app that my points were used for gift card but no way to go to it or check it. still waiting /searching but no luck. ):

Very glitchy. Scanning multiple receipts back to back is a pain, only the first one goes smoothly. I also pissed away a lot of time trying to connect loyalty accounts. I verified my login info for HD, Meijer, Dick's, Kohls and Costco and none of them work in the app, it says "login failed". Of the four accounts I was able to connect I have to reconnect them every time I open Frisbee. There are better apps out there. Avoid this one.

There is a problem scanning receipts frequently. Today the merchant is very clear and it keeps saying no merchant is shown. Getting very frustrating when so many receipts can't be used. And I notice it's always the receipts for larger purchases. With merchant name very clear. 12/31/23 edit It keeps disconnecting linked accounts and you have to link almost every day. Again had issues even information on a receipt was very clear. Not worth the time or aggravation.

update-cashed out, received reward quick & now deleting app. It's not worth it. Took over 4 months & 100s of receipts to get $10. DOES NOT give more points than other apps. 5pt=2-3cents. Problems: Most receipts give the "there's a problem" screen. They removed store names, but still won't register receipts. You have to be particular with snapping pics as it doesn't register numbers very well. It takes 2+ pics. Won't register every receipt from the same store. Too many issues, very finicky.

I've been going through and adding my accounts with retailers in the app. It works for some, but on others, you'll get a pop up that tells you to enter the verification code you were sent, which I then do, and the pop up then just stays there, like it opens the retailers app within the Frisbee app and there's no way to then actually get it to connect or do anything else so you have to just back out and try again and it does the same thing over and over.

It opened the first time I set it up, but now that I've tried to go back in and scan my receipts, it won't even open. I was really hoping it would work because it does look like a good app. Hopefully, it gets fixed whatever the issue is. I would like to use it. If the issue gets fixed. I will review it again and give higher score. Update: They did fix the issue, and I love using the app. Make a little money on the side by redeeming my reciepts.
