I had a problem with a company that I canceled a subscription with and they can't even block future transactions from this retaler or try to help you get your money back from not receiving the goods and I don't like that. They have no protection services. Watch putting your money on this card. You will lose it and they are not going to do anything to stop it or try to get it back for you. It's the worst banking app I've ever used.

It let me add an account but now when I go back into the app, all of my information is gone and it asks me to put in another passcode and then doesn't show me the card i just ordered or the account i linked. I've tried uninstalling it and thats not working. When I try to transfer the money to my bank, is says theres an error. every single time.

Honestly this would probably be an amazing app of you guys let me sign up properly but I've been trying to sign up and use this app for almost 6 months now and I just am stuck in an endless loop of me putting in my phone number or email just for it to say "this phone number/email is already associated with another dailypay account, if this is your information please log out and try again" and then that's when the loop gets started. There's more to it than just this but I'm running out of room.

Absolutely garbage app, I can't even get into it. Like many others stuck in an absoloute loop of entering number an email for it to say account already exist. You don't even give an option for existing accounts (apparently) to sign in. And yes my employer absolutely offers daily pay and Friday or I would have never ever heard of this app. Just another way to feed false advertising and mess with one's time

Complete waste of time & space . Been well over a month. Reinstalled 1st in over a month waiting for issues to be fixed & still can't login. Number issue got fixed yet I still have no access. Some bs about disabling proxy or VPN none of which are in use and they already know this.. Would have removed all stars if possible.

Up until yesterday evening I would have given 4/5 stars but now the app won't load and I'm unable to access my account.

I'm not a fan of daily pays fees and some of their practices...I was forced to get this card to avoid all the fees, but it's convenient and the apps work together seamlessly and I really see being a tool to help me reign in spending. I'm saving fees on withdrawals from daily pay and also ATMs, and bank fees. So far I've had no issues using the card, the app has worked perfectly and it took me all of 15 seconds to order the card and activate it.

No fees, instant, the only negative thing I can think of, for a prepaid card(technically, even if you get DD it is still considered prepaid) is, no savings account, however it is new and that may be something they are working on adding, I'm definitely enjoying the no fees because now I can get paid everyday like severs/cashier's who get all those tips when I need it say after paying bills or unexpected expenses

Have tried for four days straight to get the app to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times and the problem still can't be fixed. Called customer service numerous times and it's always being escalated and someone would call me back. They never do. I'm just getting the same error message that my email or phone number is already in use and that I need to log out and log back in again. The app does not work.

I repeatedly have issues opening the app. Usually uninstalling and then reinstalling works. I have already stopped having money sent to this because I have no way to check my account. Ridiculous. Reinstalling did not work today. Once I am able to transfer the rest I am done with this. Edit: I'm able to log in now.. but this happens often. My time is too valuable to deal with it.

My card has not been working for the past 3 days. It keeps saying uh-huh it seems like a Monday. I uninstalled, rebooted my phone, checked and made sure there wasn't a VPN on and made sure my Google Apps were all updated. Which in turn made my have to download my Dailypay app and pay the fee for a transfer! I need that refunded!

Usually excellent once I finally started using it .. was a pleasant surprise to be honest. But now it kee Update dropped to one star because Ive spoken to at least 6 or 7 different ppl from support and nobody is doing anything to help. Some says give it 24 hrs some says 1-3 business days, and now I'm supposed to wait for email from a specialist but noone has emailed me. Only auto generated emails. Very very shady , zero customer service and tons of background noise where they work from home.

Simply put not a good ap to use.u can't access your account,can't unlock or lock your card and sometimes u won't even get to money on time So not use

Stay away from this app cause here we go again it's been 3 days this app has been down it's not my phone and everything is up to date but still the app won't load you people need to do better this is uncalled for people have emergency and ya can't even get the app to load to do anything SMH is there another app out there that will not flake out

Been overcharged by a hotel because of this company wanting to charge more for holds. Been lied to for 2.5 weeks for a provisional credit and now I'm out of money and they won't pay or do anything to get my money back. I currently have a lawsuit w this company and they need to be investigated by law enforcement and shut down! They customer service have some of the nastiest attitudes and you'll be playing yourself trusting them. I wish I can give negative stars!

Keeps glitching and sometimes some restaurants and stores having difficulty with receiving payments and transactions are not showing up even though money has surely been taken out for more than what was supposed to, all and all this pay card needs help

I have used daily pay for a couple of years, and I switched phones. Now I can not see the balances or transactions. My card still works, and my paycheck was deposited there, but I'm told I don't have an account there.

I like it ....easy to use ... And everything is available in the app if you need help 24customer service available.. at first i didn't see customer service number but I took the time to explore the tabs in the app and everything was there.

For an up used as a transition, I was expecting difficulty. NO WAY. Friday makes it quite simple and quicker to make transactions to and from. Well deserved 5 ⭐. Edit: Changed to 2 stars. I have lost count how many times I've had to pay late fees and have not been able to make payments. Is this a real bank or not??!! Account# Routing # But how many accounts actually take payments?!?! Financial resentment.
