Really liking the app. I made custom views to make the app more manageable, however from my short time using the app it appears that notifications are not syncing with the web app. If I mark them as read on my laptop when a new notification comes in it shows only new, however on my cell it shows everything until I mark them as read there too (a bit annoying when 3/4's of my screen is taken up as a notification). Also would be great if you could add the discuss feature to the mobile app.

App immediately needs tons of work. So much so I'm not gonna list them. Lets just say its glitchy and painful to use. I'd rather use the mobile version of the site(which has also gone downhill) due to the poor UI and flow of the mobile app. Not sure who exactly is in change of app design but the need replacing.

App has been broken for several days now. I can not modify tickets (like selecting a building) so I can not close tickets through the app. All it says is that an error occurred. I tried wiping all of the data and cache then uninstalling, restarting my phone and reinstalling. Unfortunately this did not work either. Will not work on several different wifi networks or over LTE. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it is the longest it has gone without being fixed.

The functionality is there, but this is by far the most unstable app that I have *ever* used. If I try to read a ticket, it'll probably crash. If I try to respond to a ticket, it'll probably crash. I usually need to open/close the app about 3 or 4 times for it to even launch properly (else it is just a white screen). And then when im done with the app, i'll get a notification within 5 mins telling me the app has crashed in the background.

Hiding the reply/forward buttons so I have to just tap around in seemingly random places for these buttons to finally show is grade A UI design, well done. Additionally, just tapping "done" to send said reply at the top of the keyboard definitely won't lead to any accidental sends in the middle of changing a typo when the response is still being written. No, none at all. It doesn't need to look pretty, it just needs to work well. Currently it's infuriating. Notifications are better though

The app used to be passable (but the notifications have always been broken, I just recommend muting those), but now it's borderline unusable. It will freeze on the fresh service logo and never load the app, requiring you to force kill the app on the settings before re-opening it. That usually fixes it temporarily, until it decides to freeze again and you have to repeat the cycle.

I use this app for business. Every day I get the error "something went wrong, please try refreshing the page or leaving the app and try again". Yesterday I tried logging out and logging back in, but I got the same message when I tried to log back in. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work (which is ridiculous that that's what I had to do to get the app to start working again). Today the same issue happened. The app itself works fine but this is just annoying and disappointing

It does an okay job. I wish it would list the building and room number on the main queue and when you select the ticket. The only way I can see them is if I go to edit the ticket. It also doesn't notify me when a new ticket is created even though I set it to do so.

Notifications don't come in consistently and when they do it's an entire days worth all at once. Recently, the ticket can't even be viewed. I select a ticket and it goes to an error loading page. Happens to my coworker too. This makes it impossible to help with urgent matters since it requires manual checking and doesn't even load the ticket

Widget just keeps refreshing, never stopping, never working. Also, not all notifications come through, making this app totally unreliable.

Every time I try to view a ticket in this app it says "sorry, an error has occurred please try again later." Changes seem to work fine. I have reinstalled the app to no avail.

Unable to view responses on service requests in the app which is a huge issue.

'Sorry, an error event has occurred' problems since the 8.4 update was applied yesterday. Reinstalled - no change. Installed on another device - ditto. Notifications are ok. New issues appearing fine. Attempts to open existing issues or create a new issue ends with the same error message.

Would be a 5 but... When entering time, ":30” starts a timer at zero while "0:30" submits 30 minutes. The ticket search isn't sorted by date. It's sorted by "relevancy" (random).

Needs a lot of usability fixes, haven't seen a lot of bugs yet though so that's good. NEED the saved ticket and tasks views to sync from the website, the fact it doesn't is nuts. the default selection doesn't even make sense let alone should be the only ones pinned at the top. the fact the bottom bar isn't customizable is nuts, there are many workflows and I don't use changes or assets but I do use tasks and tickets all the time so those should be available at all times not stuck in a menu!

I use this daily and primary over logging in to the desktop. It works but is clunky and missing features. Notifications are awful. Does not sync with read notification in the desktop app. So yes, duplicate notifications on your desktop and then in the app all day long. Projects module is not in the app? Why? Makes module useless. Filtering of tickets is bare minimum. Have to scroll to the very bottom of the list to see active ticket count. Good start but needs more work.
