Why is fresh menu cancelling order at lost moment after waiting for 1 hour. No reason given, no compensation given. I have left with no option for food now. Horrible support. There is no way to complaint for wrong items or missing items. It does not matter what you order, they just deliver what they like. Ordered hariyali tikka and ghee roast. They delivered same dish with one item garnished with greens

I had placed an order(FM31529812) at 3PM IST yesterday(11 August) and had to cancel the order as the status page was showing no progress. in fact, the order was in the "Confirmed" status for 1 hour, without any change. I tried calling the helpline and the stupid automated message kept saying the order is confirmed and will be delivered by 3:52PM, when the call was made at 3:56PM!!. There was no other option available and I finally had to cancel the order. This is extremely PATHETIC!

They need to keep food in stock. I was keen on trying this app because it had menus that looked both healthy and indulgent. But I was disappointed. I don't usually bother giving bad reviews but this was beyond annoying as every single time I opened the app everything was sold out. Do they NOT account for people ordering in the afternoons/evening etc? What is the point of this app, if whenever I want to order you are sold out. And this isn't even at odd hours - its DAYTIME! Ridiculous!

Freshmenu has an outstanding algorithm. So basically, I can't raise an issue with order not being delivered on time, until the time on the order tracker runs out to 0. And I have screenshots to prove that their timer stop at 5 mins left! I am basically stuck with an order, which is not getting delivered. And since no delivery person has been assigned, I have absolutely no way of reaching out to Freshmenu. I don't know how you are staying afloat without any customer support!

If you're in the Marathalli area in Bangalore, be aware that you'll never get your food on time. I've ordered multiple times, and had to cancel my order after 45 mins every single time, and order from other service providers, because these guys just don't deliver. Worst experience with this company. took more than an hour to deliver an order from 2km away. No customer care services available. Can't cancel the order as well. Basically it's a trap in guise of a food delivery app. I don't think they have a customer service team at all. All the calls go on voice mail. No body to pick the calls or reply to your chat. Also they keep sending me spam SMS and emails after repeatedly telling them to stop these. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Food is definitely good here. But 3 stars because of the delivery time and the customer care service. Sometimes the delivery guys has to delivery to a location close by which not actually close by and you are getting your order late then expected. If you are not happy with any of the service or food from fresh menu, you cannot contact anyone easily. For all the mistakes made, they will say sorry and do nothing for it.

I have paid for my order through GooglePay and it was confirmed on Google pay as well with the amount being deducted from my account. Just because the app didn't receive a notification, I had to pay through lazy pay. It is so pathetic that the amount is not even refunded after a failed transaction and your help center has nothing that outlined a refund for a failed payment. And for the love of God, just find a way to make it easier to contact customer support through the app.

While the app is alright for placing orders, it doesn't have an easy option to contact freshmenu. The contact helpline is hidden in some FAQs. My order was in confirmed state for an hour, and i had no way to contact, even the phone helpline didn't have an ivr option to talk to anyone. The other option is to write an email, which is the last thing one would do while waiting for the order. Overall, a frustrating experience

I used Freshmenu because it assured of safe handling of food during Covid times. However, my experience was not at all pleasant because of the following reasons: (1) Very frequently their app is unable to take orders. One common problem is it shows "No items in your cart" when you click on "Place Order", despite having selected items. I have heard some of my friends face this problem as well. I have to get in touch with their customer support and it takes a day to resolve the issue. (2) Their feature of "Pre-Order" is extremely disappointing. 9 out of 10 times, if I place a 'Pre-Order' at night, it gets cancelled in the morning citing reason as 'Item not available.' (3) The customer support and support on social media is very unsatisfactory. I mailed them for bulk order 3 days back, and they have not completed the order. Apparently, they are "checking about this". (4) They lack variety and have a limited number of dishes (especially in Veg items). Besides, they run 'Out of Stock' very soon. There are some selected restaurants on Swiggy and Zomato that are following safety protocols. My experience there has been 100x better.

The absolute worst food I've ever had. Ordered food thinking that since it's Freshmenu, it will be of some decent quality at least. A potato starter item was so stale, it was atleast a day old, and re-heated. One more item was cheese garlic bread, which was a joke. It was literally a pinch of cheese put on cut pieces of brown bread. I'm not kidding. I wish I was. Never ordering food online again. Never trusting these online food ordering apps ever again.

Okay so here are the issues I observed. First the menu is hard to navigate. There is no way to organise by veg/non veg, high to low etc like Swiggy and Zomato have. Second is that the ALLNEW promo code mentioned in the app does not work. The app also says to use the referral code to get a discount. Nothing happens when I input the referral code.The referral code does nothing. The feature does not work. I tried calling the helpline but they said to send an email. So that was a waste of time for me to get the referral code in the first place.

FreshMenu's customer support is not accessible. They just show the delivery executive's number (which is usually switched off) and no way to contact them. They have an FAQ which simply asks you to email them but nowhere in the app it tells you their email address. Given that there is other competition that goes out of their way to ensure good customer experience, FreshMenu should really improve their game.

Freshmenu was my daily food option once , with it's faster delivery , great food and good delivery riders. But for the past 1 year, they care less about the customer. They are never on time. The app sucks. It shows 45 min at first , then after 45 min automatically shows 10+ min. And keeps on going until it gets delivered. If you try to call the customer care, you can only get to know the status, which as usual says the food is on time and will be delivered at a time, that is already crossed.

I would like if you guys can add the nutrition fact on each menu. Just to make sure that I can choose the best stuff with the right balance of nutrients. Re-rating. The quality of service has gone down drastically. No more personal connect. Delivery executives aren't assigned till last minute and a pre-recorded msg plays with no possibility of reaching the customer care.

Good food but coupons never work. They sent a coupon by email and 2 minutes later when I tried to use the coupon it says "expired" Why offer coupons if they don't work. Update: order took forever and wasn't getting shipped at all. Tried to contact bit no one picks up the call. So basically you're at the mercy of the brand. You can't even cancel your order because no one picks up the phone. Customer care sucks... no doubt.

order food, but the order got cancelled last min at the time of delivery. upon reaching customer care they asked me to reorder food and wait for another 40 mins. although contact details are available over profile, they need the contact details everytime the food is order. Bad experience. glad that I selected COD otherwise don't know how many times I would have had to contact them to get my refund.

I recently placed a food order through this platform. While the application's interface is satisfactory, the order was not delivered. Despite waiting for two hours beyond the initially estimated arrival time, there was no communication regarding the delay. Furthermore, the application lacks a direct order cancellation feature, requiring users to initiate this process via email. Compounding these issues, the application does not provide readily accessible customer support.

Easy to use app, nice ux, intuitive experience, simple and graphical choice, actual food service is tasty, based in variety, expensive for the service, but as of now good discount offers keep the cost manageable (but on specific days). If offers go away, this isn't a dependable choice. Suggestion: reminders are way too often - I don't want to be reminded everyday I need to take lunch from here, that's a problem Android is creating and encouraging , if it's too much we would one day uninstall the app.

The quality, quantity and packaging is great compared to the price of the items. The issue is with delivery. As per my experience the delivery takes more than 1 hour even if you are 400 meters away. Sometimes you may choose to pick up from the cloud kitchen and you'll discover that cooking takes hardly 10 mins so yeah its the delivery issues that kill the experience.
