Perfect app as it IS free ! Works great. In back round. W other apps on, or alone. Set tone and just listen. Adjust to hear even low levels as slight backround to whatever u r doing. 963 hz has been playing at night, and during day while spotify also. So mix it up. @ First it seemed annoying, but adjusting volume to ur surroundings is definitely helping calm things down for me, anyways. Good things are happening !! Good Luck!

The app is great and it does what it's intended. But the only issue I have that's really starting to tick me off is that I wanted to download the sound so I paid for the pro version. When I hit export it immediately says export completed even though it's about 20 megabytes which takes a lot more time than instant. But also I can't find it anywhere in my phone. I've searched every file. It's not in a music file like it says it would be. It's nowhere. I can't download anything.

App is nothing spectacular due to improper display when in landscape mode, volume control does not work. Random volume fluctuations is extremely annoying. Why would volume suddenly & increase a lot just by normal use of my phone? Such as when I open another app the volume shoots way up. Makes no sense. Also, volume randomly changes when nothing else is happening. C'mon guys - please pay attention and get it fixed and you'll be on top of the heap.

This is a well constructed and featured app. I have a few minor wishes (easier access to freq. increments), but it is very good as-is. Adding White and Pink noise would be welcome. I wanted this for use as an input signal source, both line input (via headphone jack) and Bluetooth; I also used it to estimate my hearing range; tried finding tinnitus frequency. I assume the smartphone speaker capability etc... may be uncontrollable factors. Very nice!

Turkey vultures apparently don't like it 😈, which means I can use it for other things than those for which I had planned. So, I REALLY like it! 😁 Had a thought: Not sure about the frequency response and fidelity of Chromecast; but, it would be neat to check frequency response (even if just eyeballing) of my THX home theater and Chromecast would be an easy link. Plus, it would make it easy to annoy others at volume - preferably those vultures!

Great app. Please update the app with Saving frequencies with Google account. Ability to add background noise and sounds. And mixed frequently, playing 2 or more at the same time with adjustable volume and etc. I really love the look and feel of the app and easy to use, ability to save the frequency and export them, sweep mode is fantastic.

Excellent customization, i just downloaded this app and it is just what i was looking for. I've recently been benefitting from binaural beats but felt I was looking for something else, something simpler that I could dial in for me. I have been listening with headphones and the sound is amazing and clear. I would like to also say I downloaded this instead of others due to the open communication the developer seems to take with users over reviews and concerns. Nice job.

3 stars because it will not allow me to lock my phone while the app still plays. You have to allow the app ţo run in the background and then when it runs in the background, the app will be closed out and you'll still hear the frequency you were last listening to. So you have to go into the app settings to turn the usage for background off too completely shut off the app. It's a little annoying, but the app for the pleasure of listening to frequencies is awesome.

I think this app needs more debugging done to it. I paid for pro and it said payment was successful and I didn't get ads for a few hours. I went back to using it later and I started getting ads at the bottom again and every time I exited certain menus. I closed the app, then reopened it and it started working again as though I paid for it. I hope the ads don't start popping up again. Also, I can't find any difference between Logarithmic and Linear control/display. They both look the same. Ns..

A very simple and customizable tone generator. You can choose between a sine wave, a square wave, sawtooth wave or a triangle wave. Not to mention that you can adjust the output volume as well. Other apps restrict you by forcing you to use a sine wave or with a fixed loudness. This one gets 5 stars for implementing all basic features a tone generator should have. :)

I think it's useful in finding the frequency of your tinnitus or reasonably close enough so that you can demonstrate what you hear to someone else. Ask first though. Compared the frequency of other apps to this app and it sounds spot on. Settings allows you to enable or disable running in background. Sitting through a 30 second ad was worth it.

Really solid frequency generator app! Works well and it's pretty feature Rich even without the paid upgrade. My only feature suggestion would be that the sweep mode should have an option to (in addition to looping) only sweep up or down as well as up and down as it already does. Currently the only way to sweep in one direction is to turn looping off, which may not be the desired result.

Does exactly what it says. Doesn't have other features found in more advanced function generators (e.g., noise, loops, or oscillations) that I happen to need at the moment but keeping this app for when I just need tones because it's absolutely perfect for that purpose. Only ad I came across was when changing theme color (the only non-critical setting), and it was just a short video ad after agreeing to a polite request to view it to support the developer and am glad I could. Cheers.

So far from what I've seen, it's very useful for what I'm looking to do. If I could suggest an addition, I'd say to add the ability to set the frequency to different ears. For example, set the left ear to 144HZ and the right ear to 186HZ to get an interpreted frequency of 42HZ. All in all well made and I love the fact I can have it playing when I'm watching other things with audio.

One of the best audio generators on the playstore. The timer function (ability to play a tone for a set number of sec/min) is really handy for confusing your enemies into thinking you are somewhere when you are not, and the sweeper function is able to counter any possible sound frequency your opponent is hitting you with long enough to escape. All in all, a wonderful app for counter-intelligence. I would like customizable home screen widgets for faster access, but can't have it all I guess lol!

It worked great for the first few months. Now when I go to the sweep settings, it won't scroll down to start the sweep. I have uninstalled and downloaded several times over the last 2 months and it's still stuck. Would like for this to be fixed so I may use this app again! Please and thank you!! (I have used 3 different phones, different models & different manufacturers.)

It's a plain and simple frequency generator. No useless junk. Just an easy way to verify your crossover's cutoff points & hear if your cutoff slope blends the frequency ranges effectively. Great for running car audio. As far as I'm concerned, an unheard of ability to be able to choose your own price for the pro version. Just remember that these dev's spend a lot of time on this, so choose hook them up because they could have just made a price up, but they didn't, which is awesome! Great job!

Extremely happy with the app in the most part. As a audio enthusiast I use it quite often when tuning stereo systems. I just find it difficult when I'm plugged into Android auto that I have to back out of it and strictly use it through the Bluetooth option in order to make it work. Also the lag time between starting and stopping tones is a lot longer than I feel it should be, hitting pause shouldn't take 5 seconds before it goes silent.

This app has done exactly as I had hoped it would. This is after trying and removing several others. The ads are not invasive, as far as forcing you to watch multiple ads before continuing using the frequency generator app. There does seem to be a slight hiccup when changing the duration on the sweep generator. It doesn't do it every time the duration is changed, but every 4th or 5th change of duration or so, when you press play, it plays as a single tone and not a sweep. Just press play again.

I like the app very much so far. Limiting the freq, range is quite helpful. Here are a few ideas for new features that I hope you will consider. 1. Quick access on the Home screen to saved frequencies. 2. Add a gradual fade out to the timer shutoff. 3. Generate multiple frequencies from saved list, and individually position them between the left and right channels. For tinnitus sufferers, this may provide them with more targeted relief. All in all, it is a well designed app with great potential.
