Absolutely LOVE this app. I don't have to leave and spend an hour or more going through my photos at a kiosk to then pay way more than just doing it at home and waiting for them to be shipped to me. You can order duplicates, differemt sizes, different finishes, more items besides just photos, PLUS you get 80 FREE PRINTS a month. My mom also uses this app and loves it as well!

As a fine-art Pro Photographer, I'm blown away by the matte finish option and how well the color matches. I am fully calibrated with the latest greatest X-Rite, and even a pro would be hard-pressed to see the difference. If I sold anything besides fine art products-I'd use freeprints for clients, even with their name stamped on the back! Want printed proofs or mini-Reveals and no money for 50 pro images...no need to go digital, go here and order matte finish (even tho they sent semi-gloss-puke last time) instead!

Edit- sorry! I thought this was the review for the Free gifts app, the shipping is a bit higher there. If you are only getting your free prints, which are awesome and I love that they do that, it is extremely affordable, but when the shipping does go up to 9.99 it it can be a game changer for less fortunate people (myself included) I love the quality of the pictures and how many options there are though.

I love FreePrints. The app is super easy to use, and the photos are great quality. It is so exciting to be able to get pictures from your smart phone to printed. I'm mean free! Seeing the 85 free prints remaining a month makes my heart happy. Having that many doesn't last long though. I order them practically as soon as they're available. :) Also, if you want a picture bigger than a 4x6 or more than the free 85, it's not very expensive. Thank you FreePrints!!

New: Can't choose photos prior to this year. Old review: Editing photos could be better in that instead of going back to the photo, it advanced to the next photo. It takes several steps to save edits. I wish I could order smaller sizes like 2x3 or the old 3x5 or digital 4.5×6 w/o needing to crop the photos. That's my biggest complaint, that and not having easier navigation within photos that you are buying. You have to go one by one through the selection instead of a grid.

Wonderful app! 85 4×6 photos every month. Photo books, help to create an album, tapestries, personalized photos to show your favorite photos and videos. I love the picture can be restored to look very nice. You have more than one of the most important cameras 📷 you can find! Many more designs and accessories are available in the app. Don't miss any of your memories with FreePrints. I've never regretted anything with this app.

I really enjoy this app. It keys you know if a picture is not going to come out nice because of size or something. There are a little too many emails, and you'll constantly get "get your free this!" then it's asking you to download a different app. Otherwise I really like this and constantly order prints for my photo albums and such. The shipping is really fast too. Customer service has always been wonderful as well.

I like having the motivation to get some prints made. But, today I decided to order a photo mug... there's no guidance as to what photo size can be used, the preview picture is weird (front and back views are the same,) it looks like a huge part of my photo will be cropped off but I'm not sure and have no idea how to fix it if it is, there's no way I can see to ask for help, and the app is really trying to automatically order the stupid thing... I'm so frustrated and confused!

When I first saw this application advertised on Facebook I didn't really think it was any good. Finally I decided to give it a try. I ordered the matte finish on my photos and when they arrived I was surprised how well they look. I would have given the FreePrints app 5 stars, but not happy that part the bottom part of the photos are cut off. It appears the pictures are enlarged slightly causing the cutoff of feet or bottom edge of the photo.

App is functional, more than I can say for most platforms these days. You will be paying a $7-10 shipping fee, but for 85 photos + $8 for a set of duplicates to give to family, this is one of the best deals behind Shutterfly. I haven't had any issues with quality, although a small handful of my photos were a little bit closer than I had initially cropped. It didn't affect the quality of my photos, it only made two similar shots look exactly the same, however.

I've been using this app for about 4-5 years now and I absolutely love it! Perfect photos Everytime, also perfect deals too! I've gotten a new pop-socket for my phone with my dogs photo on it. I love this app, i highly recommend (Edited.. so my last batch of 85 photos didn't even have dates on the back like they normally would. I tried to email the support team and ended up with a error message.. I don't like not having dates on the back so I took a star away) definitely need to fix that.. ASAP

Customer service is absolutely the worst! The AI virtual assistant on the app is useless, all it does is give you vague answers that provides no help. When you try to email support no one gets back to you for a week, and when someone finally answer your email they give you the same generic answers as if they don't even read your messages but just copy and paste pre-set responses to shoo you away! Very frustrating!

It says free prints and yes the prints are free. But the app is deceptive cuz you have to pay a minimum of $10 for a certain amount of photos. So I think it's a little clique baby to call it free prints because there's nothing free about it. You might not be paying for each picture but they shouldn't be advertising free when you have to pay $10 minimum shipping.

I don't hate the app overall but sometimes I do have to Uninstalle to get it to work right. Had a mug made & even after help, it still added copies of the photos in a space that was supposed to be empty. Got it in time for Valentines Day so I will have to settle for the mess up but over-all just not impressed with the way that product worked out. It is also a heat reveal cup that quite honestly doesn't reveal for several hot cups & only partially at that. Other than that, great prints & fast.

I have multiple family members behind bars so printing pictures is always some sort of fiasco. but, this app makes it so much easier and smoother. I have printed hundreds of pictures through free prints and never once been disappointed. I will recommend this app to EVERYONE that ever needs to print pictures and or give gifts. the photo books are amazing as well. I've made multiple books and blankets. ❤️

This app is an actual disaster for selecting and organizing photos to be printed. There is a select all option but not an option to deselect unless entire album is added. In order to deselect a few photos, I had to select 17k photos, only to be able to deselect them to clear it out to properly select. Ultimately, ended up just downloading another app for photo printing purposes. Now,I can quickly select my options. Hassle free.

Good, sometimes I get double or more of same photos!!! + all the apps for free prints. You have to pay a shipping fee for each of these.??? They ,the prints, the photo tiles, the, photo books, and all the other free gifts that they have for you every month, comes with an individual shipping fee. All are good quality. If I order all my free gifts every month. I pay a big shipping fee.!!!!.

The prints came in a reasonable timeframe. I got the ten free 4x6's to see what type of quality they would be. The quality is poor. Even the high resolution shots aren't great because there were lines in the pictures. Some were very grainy and/or pixelated. I plan to get them redone at Walmart to see which are better. I understand these were the free ones, but how can I spend money on larger prints if I can't trust that they will be good quality?

Up to 85 4x6" photo prints each month for just a modest shipping charge is a terrific deal. I think it's only fair to accept the upsell attempts that come with it. Most of those are pretty good deals, too, and I have been known to indulge in one or more every so often. My only complaint is that it's challenging to correct mistakes as you're selecting photos for an order and harder than it should be to start over when necessary.

I like how it says free shipping on certain things, then adds "free" photos as complimentary gifts for the purchase. You can't take them off, but you have to pay a shipping fee for the photos. So really, you're not making the purchase with free shipping. I also got an email that said I would get a few free magnets for coming back to the app.. lied to. It was a lie, clicked the link and did everything it said, still wanted me to pay the general price. It's the principle in this case. Otherwise 👍
