Works well while I'm searching pictures, but if I click to watch my collections it starts to bug and is impossible to see what I saved. It shows some pics and then when I scroll to watch the others, the app returns to the first one.

I already had a flat icon premium account. And that account was associated with an email address that was not a Gmail account. Thus I was unable to log in. This app requires a Gmail account to login. Which does not serve its premium customers. I will probably go with icon scout next year. I shouldn't be paying this much only not to be able to log in.

Still can't login my premium account here. This application is actually connected to an email account for login, but we can't type it manually. Application login bar is not available. And actually, if you login to your Google account, there is a dot or without dot, it will be the same, so what if this application can't log in just because you can't type a dot? Please provide login bar to type manual email and password. Thanks

Was so excited to try this app out, but less than 10 seconds of opening, I'm asked to sign up using my Gmail & not having a choice to use another email provider. Regardless, I go ahead & pick the Gmail acct linked to the app store I'm currently signed into & up pops an "ERROR" msg. No other words, no reason listed as to why. Just "Error"

I wish I can give star in negative remarks. I had trust in this site so i bought premium subscription and after 3 days i wasn't able to download that i want. I lost lots of projects. I instantly informed them, they keep telling me they are working on issues but they had no solution even after 45days. I keep mailing for update, and never heard any response from them. I asked refund but they offer me another subscription on a stupid discount price. And closed my issue without solving it.

Make psd text editable on the app, with option to save on custom size. Also to save on png, that's without background. For mobile phones designers

This is one the few best photo, vector, all design apps. Would easily give it a 5 ⭐ review, but not, due to vector logo design edition issue I just wonder why I don't have an edit option on it when one wants to design logos, vectors etc, and we have to use an external app like Adobe Illustrator ( which now seems defunct). Why not have edition option incorporated into your very app??

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY IT FOR THE AI IMAGE GENERATOR, I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT. I BOUGHT THE ANNUAL PLAN PRIMARILY TO USE THE AI FEATURES, BUT MOST OPTIONS ARE LIMITED TO ONLY 20 PER DAY. EVEN THOUGH SOME OPTIONS ARE ADVERTISED AS UNLIMITED, THEY STOP WORKING AFTER A CERTAIN TIME. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THIS ISSUE, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A PROPER RESPONSE FOR THE PAST SEVEN DAYS, EXCEPT FOR AN AUTOMATED COURTESY EMAIL. THE AI IMAGE GENERATOR IS SUBPAR

at first I was faced with an error when downloading hd video assets ! update: thanks to the prompt response from the devs, yes as it turns out a media player download did resolve the issue.

Please create an Fibonacci sequence design for us amateurs, either from a photo or when we use drawing, painting feature. Then I'll buy. I sent a suggestion but the reply mode doesn't have a tick box for what I requested. I get to no I'm not a robot and it sends me that you don't have an answer. Of course you don't have an answer yet... it's a suggestion out of the box of tools.

I think this app has the worst customer support I've ever met. Be careful on subscribing to the annual plan because no matter what you choose, they will NOT cancel your plan. Your cc will still be charged, and you can still be able to download premium files even after you cancel the renewal. Now, what will happen if you contact the support? No solution, & They will try their very best to find fault on you, and you will still need to pay for another year. You will never get refunded.
