Very bad and untrusted company, Especially if you are an immigrant. they will always try to trick you. I did terminate my contract, because i was looking for a new phone. I asked for a letter or an email confirmation. They told me it's not necessary and that my contract is terminated. I called after a week to make sure if it's true and they told me again its terminated ! I even had received calls from them for new offers.. now i found out, that my contract is being prolonged 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

STAY AWAY!!! Everything they have is totally rubbish. The internet connection, prepaid, monthly contract etc is all useless. Please if you want good internet with a good contract, then search for something else. Mobilcom debitel is completely rubbish. It's really a waste of time, they are very deceiving and very manipulative!!!

First contract was perfect, internet speed was so good. After brelonging the contract, it's definitely a bad decision. A bad coverage and a bad internet speed. Is it because they changed from Mobilcom-Debitel to freenet. I don't know! I'm definitely not gonna brelong my other contracts.

I have extended my contract with mobilcom debitel (I did worst thing) and the representative told me that you will have 180 Euro offer and that means you should not pay for the next year and then you have to pay 15 Euro per month for the next year. We agreed on that and then after 6 months they have started to withdraw 15 Euros per month every month. How sad!!!!!!! I never want to buy this product and do not recommend anybody to go with MOBILCOM DEBITEL!!!!!

I called the Freenet Support to inquire about my bill and they asked to say that I am ok to receive a survey to rate the support and if they can send email with Waipu TV. After a month, I got a notification from the bank to pay 8,60 euros... Anyway, I spoke again with CS and apparently you can "buy" a service like that, via phone call...no account open with my email, nothing! Ofc, had to pay! *Edit 😂 what is this response, this was all after talking with your CS😂 Don't just copy/paste replies.

No English language support, I just don't get it, is the German only language in the world or what? Absolute discrimination and nazi behavior by considering only 1 language. English should be an absolute standard

In total the app is alright and easy to use. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is that the used data is not shown properly but delayed. So you don't have live view of your data use but a delayed one which is kind of annoying and which holds me back buying additional data and rather turn my data off instead.

For just some Megabite of data, they charged me about 60€ without any caution before or informing me for roaming. I checked my bills, and I saw that they're charging me with 2.5 extra money per month for one GB 1 month that I booked for JUST one month, but they continued to charge me with the money. Last year, they were cutting money for Anti virus service (that I never applied for that). FULL OF FRAUD, be careful, and never sign a contract with them.

Impossible to register. Impossible to contact the company through mail. I need a new puk/pin, which means I can't use a phone to call them and Freenet Registration in App or browser is a nightmare.

One of the worst service providers in the world. I changed my residence location and the internet speed reduced significantly, Although I contacted the company many times but there was no change at all. And besides all these problems, I signed a contract of 2 year, which by the salesman I was told that the cost would be fixed 35 Euros, but each month I am getting different invoices and sometimes even I have to pay double of what I have contracted.

Unfortunately I used the Vodafone app before this one and it was a lot better. This app is fairly slow to update data usage. For example I received an email this morning that I have used 80% of my data but the app still shows about 30% twelve hours after I received the email. In addition it does not give a breakdown of how much data is used per day.

For one thing the freenet/vodafone network is REALLY BAD. Always have problems connecting to LTE. Second the app needs to be redesigned because it just looks old and 9 out of 10 times when I open the app it says it can't connect. FREENET you shoul really work on the network to give customers better reception and just make your app more stable and modern.

Probably the worst app I ever used. I have to log in twice every time I want to see my account, and I have to do it every single time. Sometimes I'm also logged out randomly at some point. Sometimes instead of seeing the page when I'm logged in, I get the login / register widget, and then the login widget is actually displaying the page. Gotta see it to believe it. But you can only be amazed by it until you change the tab or go to some options, because at that point you will be logged out again.

The app just gets worse over time. Just got kicked out of the app for some reason, and found out that my account got deleted for some reason, even though I STILL HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM. I had to register AGAIN, after creating the account all over again, I CANT USE THE APP ANYMORE CAUSE IT SAYS I DONT HAVE A CONTRACT, but somehow am still being billed regularly, THAT they never miss, but fail CONSTANTLY when it comes to providing any sort of reliable service.

I have a prepaid line. This app doesn't show any details. There are only invoices that show that I loaded money. There is no English language option. The website doesn't show anything either. Utter disappointment for a tech company.

I would never recommend them to anyone. I have learned not to respond to calls from companies like this. They send me a second contract without my approval, with high cost and it is unethical behaviour. All I asked for was to receive information about the contract to review what she was explaining, as my German language skill is not good. Instead they sent me an approval contract.

everytime I open the app it just says I can't use it with a VPN on my phone. Thing is I have never used a VPN before and even deleting and redownloading doesn't work. They bill me tho. I never know how much cuz the app doesn't work and if I try to log in online it doesn't load.

I changed my contract two months before the ending of the actual end date of the contract. My contract ended on time but the new sim which i was supposed to get beforehand is not yet received. I already went to their shop three times and people don't even know what they are doing there. Its more than two weeks and no information is there. I would strongly suggest not to go with them because in the end you will be stuck with a contract.

Such a worst customer service. They charged 55 euro for 1 month. I should have opted for mega sim. In verivox, they have mentioned a connection fee discount of 39.99 Euro, but it's just a lie. They charge you the whole amount. When I tried to call and cancel, which is also one of the worst experience because they say it is for confirmation. After waiting for 15mins, their customer service guy spoke only German and said I'm in Germany and I should learn German. What about tourists then?
