This website is essentially a scam by chances. Here are some warnings if you still choose to use it: 1. Think twice before making a deposit. There is no way to get a refund. 2. Freelancers should avoid using this site as a trusted platform. If possible, use PayPal or other secure methods for large amounts. 3. If you must accept money through this site, withdraw it as soon as possible. Consider using reputable sites like Upwork instead.

This app is s scam. After authenticating using my card and debited an amount, it still is asking to authenticate again. The bids from clients are repeating since 2-3days ago.

This makes me feel bad really for being trying for years with no avail.

Transactions transactions transactions! You pay for the work, we'll take some commission yes please, and a whole lot of it! You do the work, we'll just sneak in five dollars ourselves without telling you before and make sure you're in loss before your first payment! Money hungry platform exploiting freelancing to outrageous and unnecessary money deductions. Can't work for reasonable prices here because they'll eat most of the hard earned cash.

I'm "sorry, not sorry" to say, this is kind of a very horrible app. I was invited to their website by a hiring app (which shall remain nameless) offering "remote work", and they did not specify that you are actually competing with a virtually limitless number of other applicants that are trying to claim the same "contracts" as you. The minuscule payouts for these "contracts" aren't even worth the time and effort it takes to try to "win" an opening. Download & "apply" at your own risk.

I'm working on freelancer since many years, I have freelancer app installed on my phone but i don't use it, because its not friendly and smooth. It takes more then a minute to open even on fast internet. From past many years freelancer app has not been updated as compared to other freelance sites i.e. Fiverr and Upwark etc. Freelancer should be updated to make it friendly and smooth. Humble request!

It's an app that shows promise but there seems to be a problem with scammers. A real problem! Freelance acts as the middleman between you and the 'employer' ensuring you get paid via PayPal. Be warned: any employer that asks you to contact them via Telegram, it's a SCAM. You've been warned!

It would be great if freelancer do some screening who is really a designer or someone who only using AI for entries. As simple as you asked a portfolio to verified if they are qualified as a freelancer or not. As someone who create it from 0, my work always got covered with A BUNCH of AI work. Even the contest holder already said "NO AI" but these people still submit AI work or stealing work. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

Everything is good. But the app interface is not user friendly. Takes too much time to load pages. Many options are not available on app which are available in desktop. For example the bookmarks option is not available in the app. Please improve these as soon as possible.

Been using them for years. One piece of advice is to make a google doc written plan with screen shots and details as to what you want done. Dont just tell a freelancer and get them started without exactly what you want done. Otherwise they want more than project scope and both sides get frustrated.

This freelancer app has been a game-changer for my business. The variety of skilled professionals available is impressive, and the vetting process ensures that you're working with top-notch talent. The project management features are intuitive and help keep everything on track. Plus, customer support is always quick to assist with any questions or concerns. This app has saved me time and money, and I will continue to use it for all my freelancing needs.

I am a regular Freelancer on here. The customer service is AWFUL. If you need help or have a problem, they do not help, they just recite their rule book nonsense. Also, they take A LOT of commission for projects. I would stay away from this website and use Fivver or ANYTHING else. The app is terrible and does not have withdraw features and is missing a lot of features that the desktop site has. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!!!

I think the concept is very cool and helpful, it gets complicated when trying to explain exactly how you want things done with out verbal communication. it would be way better if you could talk directly to the designer instead of messaging. also my friend referred me and neither of us got the $20 credit, I emailed and never got a response. the customer service is a bit difficult to work with as well. I think 3 stars is more than fair.

I don't ever rate anything, but this is straight up fraud! I was offered a job/project pretty much instantly after setting up my account and my "payment" was a fake check. So having an instant negative experience I went to cancel/close my account, but because of the payment verification required, the .90 cents charged for authorization is still available as "funds" in my account, I cannot close unless my "balance" is withdrawn and it'll take 3 weeks for the .90 cents to be withdrawn and who kno

not too excited, but not bad either. not that user friendly, not too sure about the milestone payment method. biggest issue i currently have is customer service (or lack of). been 2 weeks since i submitted a concern and haven't heard back yet except that they're busy. i also read some of their refund policies (or lack of) and have lost hope because i paid Ramneet for a cover that she wasn't able to deliver. still awaiting being contacted and the results before editing this review.

Roundabout way of getting to contests, and then the ranking interface renders it unusable. Rejecting a project causes view to jump back to beginning (as though the entire list has to be reloaded -- design flaw). Star rating was finicky and didn't always take. I will not be able to use this app for very basic purposes, so I'm not keeping it.

well for some reason it tends to display something other than US currency for me. there doesn't seem to be an option in the settings other than what I already have selected, for US dollars. but my biggest concern is that there doesn't seem to be a way to report or flag a false or misleading project. Only an option to "share" it. and it would be great if we could filter our searches... Like search viewing least time remaining first or highest paying job first... this app has potential for sure!

The app is slow. Whenever I opened the app, it would load for a long time. The app should be able to open instantly. Even when just simply switching apps, it loaded slowly. It was frustrating to use it. The search result disappeared when just jumped out of the app. It took a good amount of time of doing useless steps to check the project. Not good. It made users not want to use it.
