Why are you even wasting your potential in PPIW segment? Nowadays, UPI is very popular. And free charge provides it very efficiently. As wise, you do have your own wallet which is somewhat not up to the point, inactive. Here, I want to suggest that convert your wallet to a PPIW. Register yourself with Axis bank and so that you can start Free charge wallet UPI (PPIW) which can eventually can replace UPI lite in this app! Most important, users can use your wallet.

Hello I am registering this is to be awareness that you don't load full cash on wallet and instead you can check by adding just rs 10 if transaction is processed correctly then you can continue...because no proper response to connect with help desk

Application is good for recharge and bill payments but don't provide attractive cashback. Also the gift card section of the application is not good no good offers and some brands are missing.Showing repeated brands with different gift card value.

Total cheater app, Their cash back offer is fake, this is not cash back, they give useless coupons of some other offer, no one should do recharge or bill payment through this.

INTERNATIONAL FACILITY Please give? 1) Very Slow, Need to fast transaction history when shows. 2) Payment history, there is no share option,please give share optuon. 3) Same party paid, view history option need, how many times you paid to party. 4) Another point is profile photo always automatically deleted, pl do the needful action. 5) In payment history, already paid members, not option available for repayment. 6) Rupay credit card by default option not available for merchant payment, please g

Very bad experience in credit card bill payment, as per app it says amount credited instantly to account and in 2 days it reflect in statement but they credited 4 days later and bank charge late payment fee. So you are not trustable. Don't use it for credit bill.

Worst experience now a days, As no cash back given even after recived of gaurrented cash back at the time of trasection, app says no need to apply any promo code.. nd then after completing transaction there is no any cash back.. it makes us fool. Faced the same twice.. for both my last transaction. 👎👎👎

After recent update APP is not opening. It shows an error msg that App has a bug. Trying to open App from past 2 weeks but still bug persist

I will definitely give you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but due to data not encrypted issue. I gives you only ⭐⭐. If you will encrypte end to end then I will download again your application and use it as before. Also I have requeste to change your name like freebies products. Thank you very much. 🙏🙏🙏

Very bad customer service. Btw app has clean user interface and it's a faster app, faster payments. But missing frequently paid payees grouping like phonepe, paytm and gpay. I have to link my accounts again when I reinstall the app.

how many times I have to tell you that this app is worst ? every time this app is having some or the other issues.. now I am not able to do Recharge for the mobile..it is just buffering at the payment option.. such a pathetic service..why don't you upgrade to a better server ? it's an every time issue...there is no 0 ratings otherwise I would have given you 0 instead of 1 facing unnecessary inconvenience every time..

Hi, After the last update, I'm not able to open the app. When I click on the login id, the UI disappears and close the application. Kindly fix the issue ASAP. Secondly, the experience was excellent and swift before, but the cash back is very low. Everyone needs cash backs instead of irrelevant vouchers and coupons. Kindly bring these fixes ASAP. Keep growing guys. Thank you.

This application is the biggest third class application, which I have seen for the first time in my life. Only data is collected. No loan given, no use after 1 year of trying, not a good app. Don't waste your time on this kind of useless app. It does not give any credit. Pick some of the best helper apps on Playstore. Third class helpline.

don't release discount codes(offers) if you're anyway going to deny its validity. even after fulfilling the criteria your app denies the coupon codes/offers. either its a glitch or whatever, fix it. Worst experience.

Why does it often says that the sim card has been changed and need to be verified for UPI eventhough the sim card hasnt been changed. There is no such requirement in other third party UPI apps. Pls look after this issue. It is very hard to trust Freecharge when traveling outside the country.

What is this trash app? I'm trying to change my number but it says already exists in another account. And when I try to login to that number, there is no account. I try to contact the customer support but why the hell if I try to write down on the blank space it selects the background list instead. After that I somehow write it and then they need an image and when I try to select the image icon, it selects the background questions list again. Fix your app!!!

The APP is quite useful. However, for last couple of weeks, if I enable "unlock with screen lock" the APP does not open in full screen lock. As soon as I start the app it goes into background. I am using pixel 7 pro with Android 14 which is updated to date. Also Frecharge APP is upto date. Please see to this problem and resolve.
