I have used this app for years and it's been mostly great. Lately the app or website doesn't work correctly on my phone. I can't see most product images or update payment info. I've tried all the things and even have a customer service ticket in. I'm at a loss. I can still place orders but I'm not trying new items if I can't see what they are. The app also logs me out more often. I've reset my phone and reinstalled the app. ????

Used to be a 4-5 star app. Now it's a 1 (literally a useless app). Since the last update (once they got fully merged over to Kroger), the app sinply doesn't work. Can't log in any more. If you do get lucky that you log in, you get logged out randomly and can't log in afterwards.... Super frustrating especially that I use the app while shopping in-store. Coupon clipping can still work in the browser website... for now... But no point in having this app that doesn't work.

Honestly the apps are the same. A minimal amount of work goes into. Glitchy, the quanity buttons are annoying items glitch back into your cart. The selection of items to choose from is always inconsistent. The available pickup Vs delivery always changes, something as simple as milk too. I will never Store my Debit card on the site, safety measures are not there. also having to sign in to check out because the sign in is no longer supported by what they are using. 2.5 to 3. stars.

The graphics are overwhelming & transitioning between tabs/screens is choppy. Trying to find a certain substitute for your items is difficult, you can only pick through the options they give you & can't closely review said options. If you try & search for a substitute item 9/10 nothing comes up. To input a card you have to re-sign in & put in all your info. Also times you out at the checkout point if you leave the app for more than a few mins, making you do the whole process AGAIN. Frustrating!

The app was much more user friendly before last update. Now, i have to log in upon opening every time, it constantly sets my store to a far away location, and trying to search for products or coupons is useless. Filter options selected to show in store items, but I get delivery only results every time. Product searches bring up no results even when im looking at the product in the store, app says no results found. Also, lately the produce quality has been awful! Rotten lettuce, molded fruit.

App went through an update and whilst in middle of making a delivery order. Was prompted to sign back in with no luck, hit with the app not targeting within itself to sign in, force opening within my browser it would give me "bad request". After numerous reinstalls and cache clearing. I tried to create a new account with my own account info. Prompted again to sign in using it, Doing that I was able to sign into the app. Crazy but it worked. Crazy bug, hope they fix it.

This app used to be great. It was easy to use, easy to make a shopping list, and relatively easy to save digital coupons to my Rewards card. Recently, the app began "forgetting" who I am. "Keep me logged in" continues to be checked, and there has been no change in devices, logins, passwords, or any other account details. Still, it began making me login with each and every use. Now, it won't let me login at all. I'm relegated to the website, which is most decidedly not mobile friendly.

This app needs a reboot. First the good. The digital receipts are a great way in real time at the store to confirm the prices of items I purchased (too confusing at the register and the receipts are cryptic). Also the fuel rewards are fairly visible (only a few clicks needed) and the "savings" carousel is easy to clip from. Now the bad. Boy does this app frustrate me every week! Clipping *digital only* coupons from the app could not be worse! Safeway's app does this so well, copy them please!

The new interface is terrible. Each new update it takes more clicks to add coupons, items, or even find the valid items for coupons. It feels like you have to run and ad but don't want anyone to actually be able to use the savings. The new ad layout is trash. Edit: the new ad layout is actually a week behind the old layout in what it was showing yesterday.

Update: The ad savings were great. I noted that some improvement has already occurred for the ad navigation. Instead of the system giving me every item in the general sale (too many choices), it gave me what I clicked upon. I hope this continues. Choosing replacement items is still difficult; selections were for brands I didn't want. I would type in an item I knew was available, and it would tell me it was not found. I hope site navigation continues improving.

Used to like it. Easy enough to navigate through to find coupons. Super big issue is how long it takes to start up the app. Even bigger issue is it takes up to a minuite or more to for products to load up on a search or add. This happens no matter where I am located. Home, on the go, or even in your stores. This app is supposed to be a corner stone of your business model, and it fails expectations.

Half of the time I scan my membership number, the coupons I have clipped do not apply during checkout. The receipt still shows up in the app, so I know it is registering my membership, and I have double-checked to make certain the coupons are clipped in the app and the products I am purchasing are the same as the coupon offer. I'd rather go back to paper coupons, since this method is so unreliable.

The app is poorly designed and either logs your location out or puts you into store mode so it's frustrating to create a pickup order. I only want store mode if I select it, not because I'm in the store and it decides to switch itself. I don't want to create a list I want to put things in a cart. To switch things over to pickup or to select things for pick up when you are in store mode is a multi step process. DIt ddn't used to be this way either. I find it fustrating like I said.

I had this loaded on my phone for several years and it worked very slowly! Two months ago I opened it up and it had signed me out. When I clicked on the sign in it kept giving me a red box that said "unable to access the authentication service. Please try again" I figured it was a glitch so I tried several times at different times and days. I finally uninstalled it. I just tried installing again only to find it is still giving me the same red box notification. I can't use this app anymore.

I have been using my FM Rewards Card since Day One. And, every time you change something, you make it worse. Since you stopped sending out ads via mail, your app does not show everything on my phone. The checkers at my store are getting frustrated. I have several friends that shop elsewhere these days because your app is just too difficult. Because of the problems I have had, we have been shopping elsewhere also but have not totally given up. Stop trying to make something better by making it

This app used to work fine some months back in fast start up, scrolling and clicking response, and saving 'list' items without sometimes disappearing. All of these functions are now lacking in performance and consistency to where the user experience is negatively impacted. Recommend focusing in addressing some of these software issues for better overall customer service and trust in this app.

SLOOOOOOOW!!!!! love the store -- hate the app because it... is... so... slooooow. It's been this way for years and gets slower with no performance improvements. I just spent and hour and a half creating my first delivery order. In store it dies the same, then to change from list, or to scan item, etc. All slow! This has been on-going problem (years) so don't make promises. Still love the stores FM/Kroger don't sell to expensive Albertson's. 🙃

I do most of my grocery shopping using store pickup and apps. Fred Meyer has the least friendly and slowest app of all stores in my area. It is slow to open. Slow to flip between tabs. If I touch a product to add to my cart it does not take me to that product or coupon, it goes to a list of all deals. I don't want to scroll through 50 items I dont want to find the one that I need. Overall its a frustrating app. I have to really need an item or be a great sale to order from them.

used to work well now I have a lot of issues with coupon scanning and even clipping. I no longer can scan, it does nothing. So then I have to sign in to the app to look up items, that can sometimes produce varying results and even clipped items can disappear. It makes me super frustrated in store when I already dislike grocery shopping. Change for the sake of change isn't always good ...

I hate this app. It is not intuitive. It is not easy to navigate. I spent at least an hour trying to change "my store." No, apparently you can't do that. I live where there are at least 4 FMs. They ALL suck, but some suck worse than others, & products vary by location. Unlike the Walmart App, where I can easily search to see if another area store has a particular item, you would have to change FM stores entirely to see if an item is out of stock. BUT YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR LOCATION!
