The app is very easy to use and the payouts are pretty decent! The app will have "ghost jobs" pop up sometimes which really don't exist anymore when you try to accept them which is the only drawback I can say about Frayt. Other than that, pickups are pretty easy and dropoffs are pretty easy too.

Paid the $35 fee for a background check, waited over 2 weeks and still haven't gotten approved yet. DO NOT download this app and waste whatever money you may have left. Save it for something else but don't give these scammers your hard earned money. I'll be trying to get mine back hopefully soon.

You ever had an app that never works? This is it. I gets notification alerts all day, but never once is there a load when you open the app. NEVER ONCE! Then I reach out to customer service and never get an answer. They were saying that th new app was improved, but I find it to even worse than the 1st app. From time to time a customer service rep will reach out to ask if I am interested in an order that I never even see on the app.

Scam app makes you pay for background check and never lets you work it's been 2 weeks and there still saying onboarding process is still pending don't waist your time on app will take your money and then never send you work

Paid $35 background but no offers. This is a complete scam. Then it required me to put additional personal background information it should already have from the background check.

They took my money for a supposed background. Check. And having heard nothing from them in almost 3 weeks can't use the app can't do nothing. They just took my money.

This is my second time applying with this company and they only want to take fees. They claimed my address was false but showed no proof, asked for proof and I gave it, then I was told I had to apply in my market, yet they would've let me work out of my market when I was going to apply with a box truck, the first time around. You can see the pictures and the dialogue between us on the Google review I am going to post and you will also see my account was deleted without me requesting it.

The app doesn't tell you immediately when the order is placed, they tell you about the order a hour after it's placed then the merchant cancels because FRAYT took a hour to give someone a order regardles of how many times you refresh your screen 🙄😕 Frayt can kiss it and I need my $35 back

Unprofessional customer service. After I signed up to drive, gave all my info for the back ground check and my vehicle and they charged me for back ground check fees , I got an email in the same day that my suv car 2024 is not qualified because it's not a van and I got rejected because of that. Contact the customer service to get a refund for the back ground check fees because it's not my fault and when , the customer service agent Name ((Caylee)) was unprofessional . This app is a scam

To anyone who will apply to This App take in consideration this. Before you get Verified in all Documents they will required including your SSN. They Will Asked for a $35 Fee. And your Card # etc Now you think That your info By obvious reasons Should be reviewed & Verified before they jump to Charge you $35. Some app that Offers this type of Gig charged $fee always as last step. This one is backwards. Do Not trust them Ratings are fake there's more than 2 of 1 ⭐ The rate is manipulated check 1⭐

I paid $40 for background checks, and they denied my application, Their alleged support email doesn't work, and i can't use the app. SCAM. Please don't give them your money

Really time for some mature workings from this app. Very disrespectful at the dropoff! Everytime I arrive at the dropoff of any delivery it's always always an issue!. I just want to have a business mind app that is about just that. Business!

Edit: They went to this trash app exclusively, Old app was better, wish we could still use the old app. Download this today and the way its organized is terrible. The gig map is hidden behind a menu selection, it is one of the most important pieces of information when examining a gig. The map should be easy to see and interface with. The old app was much better than this.

I have been with Frayt for about a year now. I love the company. They really take care of the drivers. And every now and then, I get excellent loads from it. The old versions of the App had a problem updating locations but all I had to do is close and open the App. It was not a big problem. Overall Frayt comes on top compared to all the other Apps. It is by far #1 in my list.

Giving a 1 star, the agent "Juan" had nothing to help me with. I have had the app open and waited for "loads" to appear for acceptance. The only thing that happened while the app was open was that I pulled down on the screen to refresh the page and got a notification on the top screen not the app that thier is a "matching load" and not to my surprise the load was never refreshed on the app as I clicked the refresh button and pulled the screen down multiple times. Nothing after "12 Matches"
