Love this app! Works perfectly on my old S8, which I now use exclusively for timelapses. Mostly I've done a few several week long plant grow from seed videos on a new aquarium setup. With the right settings, ive had it run around 2 mnths straight.. Pro tip: 🤣 I use it with the "Blackr" app, so my screen blanks, saves loads of power n keeps the phone from heating up. I belive overheating to be the main cause, (the only one ive experienced,) in making the app freeze up/terminate a recording.

I like how truly detailed the setting is, i can choose frame interval, video duration for final result, and also recording time, so it stops automatically based on how long the recording time we want it to be. One thing tho, i wish the timer during recording could show the actual seconds or actual time too, instead of just the supposed result time. Thank you for creating the app!

I used it on my Samsung galaxy note 4 - and the app is one of the best I found: it effortlessly produces stunning FHD clips from the start, but also has quite a few deep adjustment settings: starting from one of the most flexible adjustments for speed and duration all the way to white balance and focus control... so far so good. However... 😂 on my newer Galaxy 8 it keeps crashing, which is really bad news for me: now I have to start the search for a time-lapse app all over again .

Unfortunately the app didn't save 5 hours of test footage. Only worked with short clips. Both longer video attempts had a video duration of 1 minute set. After the blue bar at the bottom reached the end, the counter kept going. When pressing the red button to stop the recording an error message is shown and no video is saved. Solutions seem to be "change the resolution" which isn't an option as 1080p is a requirement. When choosing 4k the app says not supported, but 1080p wasn't an issue.

Below is my previous review a few years ago. But now a days the app doesnt save the video after hours of shooting, it is simply disappointing. I tried reinstall but it's the same thing again. Uninstalling. Previous review: I love its instant rendering feature. Simplest and intuitive user interface. I liked it much better than the number one rated LapseIt app. Only drawback is the phone display stays on throughout shooting time, draining battery.

It's such a useful app, it also has options for the speed and result duration. Your can take video of length from 1 minute to more than 6 hours

The video does not save. I finished 30 min recording and nothing. Won't recommend the app. Edit: response to developers request. Yes I did search for it could not find them. I recommend you do something about this. If the video won't get saved, whats the reason of the app. Uninstalled it for me. Hope you can analyse and find the problem soon. All the best!

In my opinion, if you also provide better features, such as stopping and controlling speed features at the same time, such as making videos and modifying them with the same program.

Photogrammetry or Videogrammetry. Your response to my last review was ( We give you FREE videos). We can't give you everything or we couldn't make any money ( with a SMILEY FACE). I said we can only view videos but not PHOTOS. You could limit how many times we could test the photos and not allow any more. Instead, I get a (SMILEY FACE). We are your customers, we pay you. I thought your app was for Photogrammetry . If I like a app I PAY for It - But not with a SMILEY - Not how you get Customers

When it works, it's great. Trying to timelapse the very short "night" here in northern Finland. Three failed attempts in a row, one success (when the weather refused to cooperate). Tried again last night, identical settings, woke up to no video. Looked like it was recording, even woke up in the night to check and it was fine, but nope. No idea what, if anything, I'm doing wrong. Charger attached and screen on throughout, enough storage, settings that worked... frustrating.

The best timelapse app out there, especially with the sleep support. My one request would be for them to add additional exposure settings. If I am taking 2.5 minute delays between photos why not be able to get the maximum exposure out of it ! Basically it could work better for night time shots, and provide really impressive results !

Everything is great except for one thing. I like it way better than the timelapse feature that comes with my phone (Samsung Galaxy note 9) because it gives you more filming options. The thing is that it stops recording after it reaches 10:44 minutes in the timelapse (around 32 minutes of recording). I have the duration set to infinite so I don't know why this is happening. Really disappointed because the first time this happened it cut off right before the most important part that I was filming

I don't know what happened, but there's no sleep mode/screen lock option available for me anymore. I used to have an option to tap a lock icon which would both black out the screen and keep the device awake for long time lapses. Even though I purchased the premium options, I can't lock the screen anymore effectively making the app useless for time lapses longer than 5 seconds

Unfortunately regardless of the settings used in app, I keep receiving 'Recording stopped too early' and a crash to the home screen. I've tried messing with the frame intervals, video duration, using the wizard, etc. The blue progress bar along the bottom of the screen fills up but the recording does not end. Clicking on the red button to end the recording gives an error message; 'Recording stopped too early' and a crash to the home screen. Shame.

My experience up until this point had been great, i could record for long periods of time without worry. I triple checked to make sure I had enough storage on my phone for a 2 minute video (2.5 frame). This would be about a 2 hour long recording session. I checked it continuously as I filmed to make extra sure it was still rolling, and literally minutes before I was done, the app closed by itself. The app had done this three times before, but they were all during shorter stints. Please fix this.

I just used this app on an old phone to record a snowstorm that blew through my area last week. Condensed 7 days down into 3 minutes of video. Pretty cool stuff. I've seen confusion as to whether it's recording. It the button is red, it is recording. If it is white, that means it is not. Good idea to check in on your device every so often to make sure it's recording. As far as I could tell, it was saving output files to /DCIM/Framelapse. It was easy enough to find. One thing I would really have liked to do was timestamps with each frame. I couldn't find any options in the app for timestamps. Is this an option with the Premium version? While editing my video, I found myself getting lost with the days (I figured it out, though), and it would have been pretty cool if the app could have marked the time at which each individual frame was taken. Minor complaint that I'll drop a star for, but other than that, I've had a splendid time using this app. I will probably end up using this app for my next road trip. Solid.

I liked some of the features, but the WB lock and exposure lock didn't actually seem to lock it. I also wish there were manual settings for everything, including focus. When I recorded and sent the footage to my pc, the end of the video had frozen (though I'm uncertain if it was the app that caused that issue or something in transit, it's worth noting). Overall, it gets the job done if you need something simple and functional, but isn't smooth enough for something of consistently good quality.

After MANY hours of debugging - with EXCELLENT support from Neximo, I was able to get through the issue with storing images on the SD Card. The issue was that my phones are older than the app had fully considered. All is good now, and I'm happy to report that the app is very stable now. The only awkward part is that the folder is very deep in the structure, but I can live with that. Feature requests: Set and retrieve different Saved Settings; Specify Session Duration vs Video Length.

Sorry to report, but Framelapse was a total failure in recording a timelapse landscape video of today's total solar eclipse. It was set up for 45x (1.5 sec interval, 12 MP image, 20 sec playback and resulting 15 minute record time). I may have had a hand in it, having read it would record in Sleep mode, to save battery. But it didn't. Looks like it took just one shot after hitting the big red record button -- and that was it. Glad I didn't opt for premium. Has a good interface, tho'.

This app is so neat! A little longer than a year ago, I started taking time lapse photos, mostly of the clouds, with my digital, non-SLR camera. Usually I use as short as a 6-minute interval or as long as a 30-minute interval. Sometimes I forget to take a photo or need to talk with a friend. Now this app is my servant. It can use a much shorter interval while I do other things, it doesn't forget, & it makes a video of the images, too! I have used it a lot since I discovered it yesterday morning!
