Just want I wanted. A simple mobile tool with foss ethics and philosophy backed up with a nice UI. I like Google files but they probably spy on us.

Simple straightforward deGoogled file manager with sane default settingd. Fossify is a fork of the 'Simple' apps, which while claiming to be FOSS are all paywalled. Fossify is not paywalled.

Very nice FOSS file manager app :) There is one thing I want to recommend: If we had a setting to configure compressing options it would be better.

Fishy... It updated by itself, even though I have disabled automatic updates for it on Play Store, even though I never opened the app to accept any auto update. WTH.

Works great, does exactly what it says. Files are accessed quickly in large folders and thumbnail views are available.

I rarely review apps on play store, but this app is just phenomenal. It's so snappy, looks simple but modern, easy to use, currently had no ads, perfect. I wish I could donate you guys, great work!

This file app is more intuitive than the slick-and-spying popular ones I tried first. It also worked, whereas the "best" ones said the file was copied from my pc to the phone yet I could never actually see the apk file on my phone until I used this app. Thank you for making it!

Phenomenal app! Just what I need. Simple, beautiful, minimalistic and with just enough customization. Access to all my folders is now straightforward and easy. And, it's open source and ad-free. So cool!

The simple interface takes a couple more clicks than other apps do, but the easy access to hiding your files behind passcodes fixes that for me. I also enjoy the peace of mind from knowing my activity on my own device is not being tracked through this app.

The app is nice, clean with adfree and I also liked the simple UI. I'm dropping one star because the root section of file manager is doesn't work fluently like other file managers, it many times stuck on loading loop in openeing folders of root. That's only problem I faced.

Simple but almost nothing in the app. All basic cut copy move available in files already. Need lots off thing. Total commander do it till 80%. Cx manager do very well. Need to add more things like ftp, sharing option etc. Add location for root folder even zarchiver offer thats. Edit:ok to simple but if nothing in it nobody going to download. Simple with some features is more better. Your gallery app should definitely cross this app in downloads. No need any players atleast root/dual app storage

🤔So far...what's not to LOVE!!😍 All the CUSTOMIZING is UNBELIEVABLE!!!😲 I have vision issues, so being able to make adjustments(like number of columns) is just HUGE!!🧐 I never thought I'd be able to see THUMBNAILS so CLEARLY(due to size). I like to have files ORGANIZED(w/THIS app I'm ABLE to do that).🤗 Before, they'd sit in RANDOM folders(bc I'm just NOT up to looking at SMALL "thumbs" to clean it up). 😃Plus, w/it being OPEN Source, it's like...something from a WISHLIST🎁!!! MUCH THANKS
