Decent, and it works.. but if you're using SSO you are forced to use (install or enable) the Chrome browser, Edge won't work when it's set as the default browser.

This Android app seems to work well at connecting me to my office's VPN, once configured. Their same product on Apple's app store doesn't even appear to have a complete set of configuration settings and so I am unable to use it on my Apple device. Using Android? Great, you're probably fine. Also using Apple mobile devices? You may not have as seamless an experience with them.

Super unreliable, authentication drops out half way through getting 2fa codes, slow performance of connection.

Every time I am connecting it with IIT Kanpur VPN, either connection is getting lost or after just 20-30 seconds of VPN connection, the internet stops working.

Underrated, works great with AAD SSO too. INFINITELY better than EMS Cloud. INFINITELY. All these downvotes just because people didn't configure their firewalls correctly, pathetic. It's both fast and reliable when setup correctly.

The older (legacy) Forticlient app had an integration with Fortitoken so that it could take a token code directly (after supplying the PIN). The new Forticlient has no such feature. It is very frustrating to have to switch between apps for such action, especially when the same ecosystem (forti) is used... Can this feature be added? And, if so, can it support biometric lock as well?

Doesn't seem to have the auto-connect feature the legacy client does, the ability to get directly to the Android WiFi and app settings menu's in-app causes security problems for kiosk devices that are locked to operating only a few apps. Less important but still irritatingly the app can only be exited by pressing the home button rather than tapping back repeatedly. Very disappointed in this version. You should never remove functionality without good reason and security holes in an app that is primarily used for business and corporate users is a huge issue.

It works, but I would never use it if I didn't need it for work (and I'm mystified as to why they chose this solution). The VPN takes ages to connect and is slow; it doesn't seem to persist when my phone's IP changes. The App is OK but won't let you disconnect from a notification - also why on earth do you need to turn off battery saver? I wish work would use wireguard or openvpn, instead of paying for something with a worse user experience.

Every time I have to check the connection as it will disconnect in any time and the problem is it's not reconnected automatically again so I have to do it manually every time.. Hopefully they will release update enable auto connect automatically

No longer connects. Used to work great for connecting to our SMB share, but can't get it to connect anymore on Android 14. Showing error 4, disconnects right after connection, or shows connected but then isn't represented in the web interface. Trying to connect to a fortigate 60e SSL. No joy. Used to work perfectly.

Used to work however I went to use it today and all I got was a message that said upgrade to access additional features. So as it stands the only think I can do with this app now is open it. Not able to add, edit, delete, or connect to any VPNs period. It is worth noting that this did infact work after the lastest update for 3 days then just stopped working. Fix this ASAP.

FortiNet VPN using FortiToken on a FortiGate firewall. I connect very quickly. Then, 2-4 minutes later, I get disco'd. Had a system problem while out on the town in NYC. I had to reconnect 40-50 times in order to get things operational. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 w/the latest, released OS. All updates are installed. Now, I am back home in Dallas, and the problem continues. Let me know what you need from me to help get this fixed.

I like it and it's useful. It could be greatly improved if it gave a notification upon disconnect and an option to reconnect. I get disconnections all the time and I don't even realize it for a while.additionally the ability to save username and password would be useful. I think it used to save username in a previous version but not anymore.
