This application has a variety of items, but Here is the thing, different random suppliers with 0 accuarcy in size amd quality as paid, Products are cheap already, but once you recieve, its not even worth anything just plain randomness with very bad sizing and very very bad quality , Customer support and delivery time is just aweful and there is no way to return items so its basicly a whole scam. Please delete this app thank you.

very bad experience, they are cheaters I have ordered online couple of things and paid then they sent me a message saying that one item is out of stock and till that date am trying to contact them to get money back and they are not replying!!!! they simply took the money and didn't refund it !!! I don't recommend it to anyone to order from it , beey and customer service !!

Had I read some of the views written about this app, I wouldn't have downloaded it, let alone go into business therein. My order was cancelled due to 'stock out'. My money was never refunded. No way to contact anyone. It was just written: 'Refund has been issued. Bank transfer processing.' Almost a month now, no refund, no item... unfortunate. I finally believe that this app is not only useless, but also not trustworthy. Up till now, no refund, no item even with the email sent, nothing. Sham!

The searching feature in the app is very poor and you cannot find easily what you are looking for. You can't get proper details about some items related to quality and exact features and look. The return policy compared to other website is very poor. However, there is alot of diversity and prices sometime are very cheap.

Super Fraudulent. I downloaded the app as I found good shoes for a low price, just to discover that this price is not the real price. To make things look real, the app claims that this low price is within a range (e.g 97-150) and of course you will never get the 97, instead you will always get the 150. I have uninstalled the app immediately.

My experience good and bad. BAD: In the beggening the app was 2 much gud and the items were available at much reasonable price. I had added some items in my cart and suddenly they got vanished. When I clicked on em, error; INVALID ITEM. Next day same item was available with 4 times higher PRICE. I am so upset you ppl, though I know price increase as per demand, but still. U must decrease, free shipping above 350 GOOD: The items I bought, were same as shown, good quality and packaging.

Worst experience ever in shopping... Bad customer service... Not respect customer at all ... Cancel some item in my order after couple days of completing order (because suddenly they discovered its not available !? ) They should give the choice if I want to continue with the missing item or not... But they just shipped without care about me although the missing item is the main thing for me and without it I didn't want the others

I've used this application on several occasions, and without any complaint about the service provided. Unfortunately, for recent requests, I have witnessed a lack of accountability on this application plus their services providers as well. Requested a reschedule to transfer my order, but on the day of receiving no communication from the local provider on when will it be delivered. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone to utilise this application and remove my account from it.

Horrible experience. The items were ordered and after a week, they refunded the amount to your account which was wow! Great. BUT to use the amount, you then need to purchase another minimum amount to get the free shipping. When k wrote to customer care, all it says was, 'add' column to reach the minimum. In the first purchase, i have reached the minimum, when you do not have the items and expect a client to use the credit. Don't you think it is wise provide something like a free shipping?

If I can give 0 star I do, they always deliver wrong items, they always late delivery, costumer service is bad attitude 😒, the items is low quality. Always out of stocks, take note they shipped the items before they say is out of stocks. To be honest some items is good, but every time the deliver my parcel there is mistake always. I don't recommend this application.

BE AWARE! The dresses are way too expensive for the price they're selling. The pictures you see is just a reference as the product isn't 100% the same. The quality feels cheap for most dresses I've bought but not all. Few were ok but as I said not for the price I paid. I dont understand how this app got 4.2 when it has so many flaws. Customer service isn't the best. Returning is a HASSLE! never buying again.

It's a great app but you need to be careful. I had ordered some amazing phone cases, very cute wallets and long gowns from the app. I have had issues with few of the clothes I recieved and had to return them they only pay you back a partial payment since they have to send the money back and there are charges for that. Best advice is to look for reviews. The app needs to keep the reviews open for a longer period of time.

Hi, Sorry to say! This Fordeal app wrost team support. Since long they can't fix errors! I sent screen shots and mails several times but nothings happens. Just they are saying send screen shot. They don't want to fix error. I never see like this fordeal app login and verification code sending errors problem in my life. They not trying call us to fix the errors. Also there is no option to unsubscribe the app. Now I going to Uninstal the App.

It's a great site. But it is not reliable. I mean that if you order something wonderful in the picture shown on the site, you will receive something completely different...for example, I ordered random makeup. But it arrived to me smaller and of lower quality, worse than I expected........

I had the worst shopping experience ever!!! The materials are sooooo cheap. The sizes are all missed up. The photos on the app are nothing near the items I recieved. The reviews on the app are scam, i couldn ever review the items i received on the app. I want to return the items but they want me to pay for shipping them back! I was even charged more after receiving the items....!!! DONT BUY FROM IT!

I'm very disappointed with the clothes on Fordeal. The materials are cheap, sewing and finishing bad, no matter what size you choose it still comes to you small. The pictures doesn't represent the product one receives. It was a waste of money. The shoes in the picture I paid for I didn't even recognize when I opened up the pack. It was TOTALLY different and too cheap for what I paid for it. I mean I've bought things online without seeing them physically and they were on point but these......

i can't change my region. I've tried everything, but still, the region by default is USA, and it doesn't change. Galaxy s24
