I like that the app has many modes available and is easy to use. My only complain is the delay when switching from portrait mode to horizontal is very noticable. Please try to fix this and make it more seamless. Thank you. Re: If you can't eliminate the effect I would recommend as a workaround to give the option to completely disable rotation in the settings. The user will still be able to rotate the screen by clicking the manual two arrow button at the bottom corner.

I do have some suggestions for future updates. 1) I'd like to have an option to switch between the cameras. 2) You could also implement something like a "dialer" for controlling the speed of the slo mo video. Now the bugs. 1)Sometimes i have an issue when i'm switching mods a purple/black/green screen is displayed in the the view box. All in all it's a great app! Keep up the work! The phone is Samsung galaxy a51

It looks my issue issue was fixed. I'll be testing it because I had bought it with a one time pay in 2020 and then all of the sudden a lot of ads came out on thw screen and not letting change for higher resolution and to subscribe for a very, very expensive service. 3 stars for the bad experience and hopefully they were respect for One Time Purchase and not charge it after a year or so.

The app's experience has gotten worse over time, showing the signs of excessive commercialization and technical abandonment. While support is prompt to respond, the app still fails — on all the Android 13 devices I've tested it on — to save Exif metadata in photos (e.g date taken). Not at all a "bad app" but today, to me, it has no advantage over any default camera app. Might be an option for custom ROMs, but there I found modded GCams to be usually be more feature-complete and stable.

At first, apparently awesome... but then it went south very quickly and very badly. I installed in an Nexus 6P and an OP7. It lagged in both. And in one of them it began to show ads abruptly. And continuously ask for a subscription, more expensive than anything in this store and beyond. 5x the cost of Photoshop or 1TB in Office 365... per month. What???!!! Thanks but no thanks. The app is good but no that good. And I already found an as good alternative and one time pay/free. Bye bye!

Brushing aside all technical chains and stains, Footeg Camera Pro is the only camera app that works perfectly with my Phantom 9 phone! I am well aware of its simplicity and professionality in features and functions, but why are you still billing me after I purchased the app? For this, I am still holding up one star, dangling it before your discerning nose until you sniff out and correct thus bug! Great job, Footeg folks! Get rid of the pop-up message that requests for subscription. Thank you.

HDR weirdly blurry. I'm trialling the paid version, but when I take a photo in HDR, it starts off looking okay, then it says "processing", then it becomes horribly blurry almost as though you can see every frame it's tried to combine individually? I'm not sure. But I will be cancelling my subscription if this doesn't change. Any advice would be appreciated.

I never like leaving bad reviews. I understand that there are trials but if you give the option to use the limited version, after all permissions are granted, at least let us use the camera and take one photo to see if the app is worthy of using it. I tried taking a panorama and it didnt let me take the photo, instead it only left me with the 7 day trial. Thank you Fotej Camera Pro.

Paid for this app before it went subscription based. Now it asks to subscribe at $14.99/week. Really? No thanks! Will move on to another app and abandon the crook developer. Was hit and miss anyway often crashing. Good riddance! Follow-up: Did contact support with requested info multiple times. No response. They just post pre-fab responses in the reviews like they care. Don't be fooled!

Used to be the best 3rd party camera app. Now it crashes every time I want to take a picture on the Pixel 6 Pro. I have reported this a while ago. Several updates were released but it is still crashing. Update: Provided details for the constant crashes again. Still no fix. The app is completely useless.

It seems pretty good, but when I click on the little shopping cart, it tells me all the wonderful things that the premium version offers, but then it finishes up with "3 days free trial. You'll be charged %1$s automatically every 1 %2$s until you cancel." I'm not going to sign up for that!

Overly expensive. The features locked behind that expensive paywall are not non-essential. The features behind the paywall are not exciting; they're essential to getting the best out of the camera. It is definitely not worth the expensive weekly price to unlock Premium version. This application is severely crippled in the free version and the asking price is a ridiculous weekly subscription model. The pricing and business model here is far too expensive and predatory.

I really want to love this app. The burst mode is great! However, there are enormous drawbacks to this app that I can't get around. The worst is that it won't allow me to use more than 12 MP on my rear camera (no choice between cameras either), even though my main camera has a 48MP sensor. The front camera is limited to 4.7MP, when the sensor is 16MP. I could understand if it was a trial limitation, but I paid for the subscription to the full app! *Btw, my phone is a OnePlus 9 Pro.

Footej Camera 2 is a really good app. I really liked it as it was very easy to use and the pictures came out fairly good. This ended up being my favorite app out of 3 I tried. However, as good as this app is, it did have the same problem as every other "Manual Camera" app. There is no aperture setting, just an ISO control. But, it still runs really smoothly and is very simplistic so I like it regardless of the aperture missing.

Technical errors: 1. Cannot select the camera. Just front / back. My narrow-angle camera cannot be selected. 2. Exposure time is limited to 0.1 seconds. You *cannot* set to 15 seconds ... or even 10. 3. No way to do manual focus. Business errors: 1. Outrageous price: ANY subscription pricing model is unacceptable. 2. Pop-up ads break my application. Even in moderation. Going back to native Pro mode. That cures 4 of 5 of these egregious errors. Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

Had the app for maybe a year and I still use it but I've changed from 5 stars to 3. It has decent video controls, but the slow motion and high fps quality are reprehensible. Slow motion works well for about a second until it drops to around 2fps. Videos are limited to two minutes for free and resolutions are capped. Can't access wide angle lens or depth lens. The full version is $15 A WEEK!!! More than pro grade software from Adobe. The app is worth trying but I don't expect miracles anymore.

Oh my goodness. Worst app experience of any app I've ever used. I paid to buy premium features, recorded a 30 minute long video, and the app crashed and corrupted the video. I can't re-record it. That's... ridiculous. There are completely free apps that perform better. I'll change my rating if my video can be recovered but I don't think it can. I wasn't doing anything crazy when it crashed...

I'm not exactly sure what happened, but the app is very buggy now and it's almost useless for taking photos now. If i zoom in and take a photo, then check how the photo turned out, its not even zoomed in or in the same position that i snapped the photo. also, sometimes there is a glitch where the entire screen flashes multiple colors like greens and purples all over the camera screen, which could potentially be very harmful to those affected by flashing lights.

I was a fan of the app, great camera, useful features, no complaints. Then suddenly the "trial version" ads update outta nowhere. And $30 a month to remove ads? The entire Adobe Creative Cloud is ten dollars less. Time to move on. Edit: And no, I won't be contacting support to clarify this. It's all here. If you don't understand, that's part of the problem.

Trying to get you to pay, with no working HDR. Won't let you remove (the many) ads unless you pay, won't let you use image stabilization unless you pay, will automatically make the quality of your gifs worse unless you pay, and you can't burst photos faster than 2 fps unless you pay. Also, HDR doesn't work. No matter how many times I tried taking a picture using HDR, the app just waited 10 seconds then told me that the HDR did not work and I should try again. It did not ever work. 1 Star.
