ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! Don't let their pretty little images of how this app looks, they're fake! It's an absolute nightmare trying to navigate this app, based on the fact that it doesn't even work! If you can get it to open, I would suggest taking a screenshot of your FLX Member Card, so you can use it in store, because it might not ever come up again. I tried clear cache, force closure, sign out/sign in and I even reinstalled it! Absolutely 0 progress! Save yourself the headache, avoid this app!

This app is terrible! I don't remember it being this bad in the past. It won't allow me to log in to my account. It does this weird glitchy thing and I get a blank screen. Tried reinstalling and it still didn't work. I was able to log in as a guest but who wants to make a purchase as a guest especially if you had a footlocker account for almost a decade? The interface sucks now too. You can only view 1 product at a time unlike most other apps which allows you to view many. Such an inconvenience!

When the app actually works, it is still super slow and glitchy. I have Uninstalled and re-downloaded too many times to count. It's horrible. Sometimes when it is working (barely and rarely) it will cheat me out of releases by glitching or not responding in time when trying to place an order. Sometimes it will show that I have nothing at all in my cart when it finally stops glitching. I have missed more releases than I have purchased trying to use this app. I gave it a 1-star but 0-stars it is

I had to update my review after my latest issues with the app. Tried using the app for a reservation of a pair of shoes. I used the chat feature in the app to talk to customer service about my issues to which the response was that they were known issues. Very frustrating as I was trying to purchase a Christmas gift. You have to know someone to get an in demand item as purchasing online is virtually impossible with all the bots that resellers use.

I need to uninstall and reinstall this app weekly. It's ridiculous. I get one good session and then I get a bunch of error codes thrown at me. Closing the app, force stopping the app, restarting your phone, all do nothing. The crash requires full uninstall and reinstall. This is constant regardless of app updates and has been occurring for over a year. Which totally sucks because foot locker has the most fair release program... In my opinion. UPDATE 6 months later and about 50 reinstalls!

Things have changed a lot in the last year. All the foot apps have gone to absolute trash. Every new drop the apps crash, every reservation reveal the apps crash. I haven't won a raffle from the app since it changed regardless of how much I continue to use the app. Very disappointing considering I used to actually win a raffle occasionally with the old system.

It has happen multiple times that if I did actually win a sneaker drop I never got a notification and when I went on the app it says I didnt confirm in time they are offering the sneaker to someone else. Oh and how hard it was to put in the entry for the sneaker in the first place. The app keeps giving a error message closes. You have to keep reopening it. So annoying. Get it together. Especially since the App is the only was to reserve. The website directs you to the app which sucks. 😒😒

This app almost never works properly. Everything from release pages not working, requiring reinstalls constantly, FLX points disappearing and not updating. Update: it's only gotten worse. Plagued by random errors and constantly having to reinstall the app makes it almost unusable. Unfortunately, this review means almost nothing because it's the only way to get in on most of the sneaker drops from Footlocker, so we're stuck with whatever lackluster attempt at code they decide to give us.

Probably one of the worst running apps out there. Constantly will kick you out, forcing you to sign back in. It has a bad habit of showing out of stock items as in stock. It has a hard time loading its new releases and launches section, and will get extremely laggy if you scroll too much while browsing. It's a very clunky, laggy and overall frustrating experience. I wish this company hired more than one developer and they actually knew what they were doing.

Terrible app. Navigating is a nuisance. It's slow and finicky. It also keeps logging me out and removing my payment options on my account. In the 'upcoming releases' section, it never gives you any info other than date/time and an option to locate store. The whole point is for people to be able to purchase directly from the app (online), not to go to the nearest store using your location data. Overall, just a very poorly made app. Use a desktop browser instead to make your purchases.

Probably the worst app I've ever used, or rather tried to use. It constantly crashes, logs you out, and freezes up. I tried to reserve a shoe and by the time the app started functioning properly, it said I missed the window. As soon as it turned 9 and the shoe dropped I tried to order it. Guess what?! The app kept doing the same thing and I wasn't able to get a pair. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

I've had difficulty getting the notification and being able confirmation my entries for new drops. The app is a nightmare. Happened twice in the last few weeks. App will just not work correctly when the time it says it's supposed to. Footlocker needs to do better. It's beyond frustrating, especially when we, the customers, are left with no choice but to do these things online in this day in age.

The app has had so many glitches, it freezes daily. When I am trying to register for my raffles I continuously have to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have reached out to the helpdesk through the app multiple times to no avail. Then when it does allow me to register for a raffle, when its time for the countdown, the entire app freezes, and glitches out. Again I have to uninstall and reinstall to find out that I "missed my chance to reserve!" extremely unsatisfied!

total garbage. app constantly gets error messages and doesn't let you log in particularly during shoe drops. cant wait to see what's going to happen when I need to get in and verify I want to purchase a particular drop if selected. I've never seen an app the performed more poorly than this one. go back to the good old days when I could put in for the shoe at a retail location if you cant build and app that can support the traffic.

Great app....when working. Has worked fantastically for me in the past. Now all the sudden it won't work and I'm getting the same error code over and over no matter how many times I remove the app and redownload. Tried contacting support and got a bounce back that the email cannot be found. Very frustrating considering when working the app is great. Gotta do something to fix this

Poorly put together. The app used to be simple enough to navigate and gave a pretty decent shopping experience. For some reason, their latest makeover oversimplified it. To the point where they cut out menus such as the option to look at my own profile, order history, etc. Now i can only edit my mailing addresses and credit card info. My military discount doesn't work for me anymore either. I've signed up to be VIP about 6 times now, including in-store, yet i lose it every time I open the app.

This app is garbage! Straight trash! When I receive a notification of a new drop, I can never open the app and view the drop. Each time I open the app there's an error code. I just tried to browse your merchandise, and guess what? There is an error code. All the tabs at the bottom of the page on the app has an error code when you select them. Your app is garbage. Whoever is in charge of the app needs to be immediately fired because they are trash, just like your app. Seriously, fix this trash.

The app is not working properly. While in the app, it keeps telling me I need to upgrade to a newer version to keep using the app. However, when I click on the update, there isn't an upgrade option. Please fix this! Also, the email address for support comes back undeliverable, indicating the address can not be found. There is a new update 6.20.0 that is not available on the play store. Please update.

Horrible experience. This crashes way too often. App doesn't save information 99 percent of the time. Have to always sign in, even though it says it "will remember you". The app currently is frozen, not communicating with servers. I missed a couple of drops because of it. Seriously thinking of deleting this app all together, going with Nik

The Footlocker app has been consistently frustrating for the past two years. Every time I try to reserve a shoe, it asks for an authorized user. I have to clear data and sign back in for it to work. This issue persists and needs attention. It's disappointing that Footlocker hasn't resolved it yet. This constant inconvenience makes the app almost unusable. I hope they address this problem soon. Can't recommend the app due to its unreliable performance.
