Almost all features are convenient, promt & very usefull. The only thing i noticed is the vouchers & promos are hard to redeem cause of certain rules. I guess thats how you promote your upgrade to free delivery for a membership fee though it would be nice if you'll hv an option of availing this by frequent use of the app as a sugestion. Hope i get a feedback from you all soon. 😎🤔👍🤘

It started our well but with time, it became so bad. The delivery prices are through the roof. Vouchers are just scams. Time for delivery takes extremely long and there is no way of reaching an agent. When you do provide feedback AFTER the food is delivered, the only thing they tell you is "Your feedback is taken serious and we will strive to do better next time". But the same issue happens over and over again. I don't use this app unless I really have no other choice.

The app is perfect for ordering anything around the area etc. However, sometimes it doesn't quite work properly, as in some shops show as closed on the app when they are open and I can't order from them. On the other hand the supposed closed shop is open on my friends app and we managed to order from it. This is not the first time it happened and I hope it can be rectified.

They are just doing as close ended methodology. If have any query, you will never find any number or person to talk regarding placed orders. It is just like 1 way communication. Once you placed order, you can not do anything and only wait for order. Can not make change in payment mode, menu change, cancel the order. They not care for customers, only care for foodpanda.

This app is terrible and scam. I requested a refund for an order that was automatically cancelled and they said they cannot push through since it was cancelled. I mean what is the use of CS if they cannot resolve this. It is much cheaper on other apps but the risk is high since they are involve on this kind of transactions - Cancelling but not issuing a refund (modus).

There is no option to cancel when I have been waiting for 3 hours already. The arrival time keeps on changing and taking waaaaayyy longer than expected. I paid using credit card and this is really unfair on the customer's end. Please resolve this issue at once. There is also no option to talk to a live agent. Really bad customer service! I am a food panda pro user and this very bad experience makes me want to cancel my subscription.

Terrible waste. the tracker isn't reliable. Ive need to restart the app as it won't load the list of items I've added to my basket. I got the yearly pro subscription but its questionable, ie vouchers disappear and I noticed shortly before the renewal, suddenly there are way more benefits available but for most of the subscription those options weren't available. Additionally, my panda pay credit has occasionally disappeared. Lastly, there's no accountability/quality check on products at all.

There was such a great feature in it a few months ago, where you would search for a food item and it would show all restaurants containing that item and it's price in small box below the restaurant, you didn't needed to open every single one of them to check whether they have what you want or don't. I don't know why they removed it!!

Your customer support is extremely disappointing. My order was placed twice without my knowledge via the app. When I discovered this, I contacted the rider, who said I could cancel through the app. Instead, I waited for both orders. Later, a representative called, confirming I could cancel and get a refund if the second order was a mistake. However, customer support refused a refund after wasting 30-40 minutes. This experience was extremely disappointing, leading me to remove my card from ur app

Their new policy where their drivers have to double book order is horrible! I kept recieveing my orders melted to the point of it being inedible. Been a loyal customer for more than 4 years and was enjoying food panda. Unfortunately, I will have to opt out and uninstall this as I am no longer satisfied with the service they provide as well as the expensive menu.

I have downloaded this app just to give it a 1 star review. The Foodpanda's ads are so annoying! The ad of this app shows up on my other apps. But the thing that bothers me is the X button of the ad doesn't work properly. This doesn't happen with other ads, but happens only with Foodpanda ads. The ads also take more than 5 secs because of the X button issue, which takes only 5 secs for any other ads. Not only that, I have to click X 3 times per ad! I will never use this app! You deserve 1 star!!

App is functional, and easy to navigate. But thats not its biggest upsell, its biggest upsell are its vouchers and discounts it gives to users, and that has earned them my 5 star respect. Perhaps the only con ive noticed so far is the limited number of restaurants to choose from, it doesnt have all the restaurants in the area i think, but you have the popular and or famous ones for sure.

Please fix your ongoing orders screen, I had an issue regarding a double order. Since my cart was not empty and was still showing the checkout, I thought that I had not yet ordered. However, my first order arrived, so I prompted to cancel the 2nd one this then lead to me being charged twice, not matter the support cannot refund me due to policy. Fix your app

Bad experience from rider and customer support. Cancelled because they couldn't find and in which I have placed a specific instructions even on call and then when I reached out for customer support. They couldn't process my refund referring that it should be within 24 hours but it was clearly stated on the app that it was already being processed. The agent just ended the chat abruptly.

Good experience .. They provide excellent service! The waiting times are often off, but it's such a minor thing, I'll still give 5 stars. Their customer service is also amazing, helpful, and very quick to assist with any issue. I also love the price reduction of ordering here rather than going into the store/shop yourself. SO convenient! And they provide most things in English, which is great for foreigners. Sit back and shop all you want and need❤

This app never works during lunch and dinner times. Most of the time it shows busy hours, I mean if they only show busy hours all day why should we use it if we can't reach our expected restaurants! It can be delayed if there are busy hours but it doesn’t even provide services if it is busy. Suffered straight 3 days and didn't get my food from the expected restaurants.

No cancel option and Very disappointing customer service. I had an order placed without my knowledge and I couldn't cancel it. I tried to reach out to food panda through twitter asking if there was a way to return the order, which was untouched, back to the seller and possibly get the money back but they just kept saying that they "can't accomodate my request because they are committed to treating all customers fairly" (good job, all customers are all met with disappoitment👍).

The app works fine but now they have removed payment by card option for pandamart orders for the last 2 months .whats the point of getting groceries delivered at home if u have to arrange cash for it you might aswell go out and buy from the store .also no restocking the inventory lesser and lesser variety of items available since they started pandamart

just go to grab lol. i accidentally ordered twice bc the first order said that the payment hasn't been made and needed a re-order. so i re-ordered...only to find out the order has already been made and PAYMENT did go through. So $70 had been deducted and i can't refund my meals because of 'food waste' even though the restaurant is already preparing. seriously save ur money for grab. another user, @joshua coralde also had the same problem.
