Worst store app I've ever tried to use. When it works, (signing in is hit or miss) it's nearly impossible to find anything. Want yo find your past purchase receipts? Good luck. Looking for a product? Maybe it's there, maybe it's not. Sometimes there are pictures, sometimes not. And a LOT of products added to your list wind up in the "don't know where it is" category. Last update kicked me off I had to log in again, it wanted me to reset password, but the link it sends to reset doesn't work!

Update: New app is worse. Forced me to change password. At each step it asks for my password again. Hard to go between shopping and ordering previous purchases. This app is so hard to use. When you place orders. You can't find your orders. Between coupons and shopping list and current offers, you don't know where to look for stuff. Shopping list and your order should interact somehow nicely and that doesn't. And it doesn't update very fast after you've made a purchase.

06/07/2023. There was a huge overhaul of the app and now it is generally brighter and easier to navigate. The clipped coupon section is a bit cumbersome but it does have filters to help navigate. It was easier to use while shopping with the previous iteration because items were grouped together on one page. Who wants to change filters while shopping?

I've been using your apps for years and have never had an issue until lately. I had an issue with opening my shopping list 3 weeks ago. It works fine now. However, now I have another issue with shop and earn rewards. I came home checked my receipt,along with my S&E rewards. I didn't get any credit for purchasing bakerybread items, canned goods; both of which I spent well over the amount needed. I should have 6.00 in rewards.

App has become better. Still some kinks to workout. When I receive a pop-up notification, tap it nothing happens. It doesn't open the app & show the notification. ----- Once again, you left a message with a number for me to call YOU. Obviously you haven't read or comprehend my reviews. I have called and customer service doesn't understand why I was asked to call. They take my information and document the problem. NOTHING changes.

Since the change or update to the app you can no longer clip coupons. It says "unable to clip. Try again in a few minutes." And after waiting a few minutes, it still doesn't clip. Gives you the same response. It would be great if this was fixed and would also up my rating of your app. Everything else is great.

For all the bad reviews, I thought I would install it to provide Food Lion with suggestions from an early adopter. But so far, everything is working! It may help that I already had a Food Lion account (use their website) and MVP card. But I can compile my list, load coupons, and even locate products in the store. The one thing missing, and I'm sure it's coming, is a link to mobile payments. I don't understand why MVP coupons aren't automatically applied, however.

This app is terrible. It is not easy to put in an order for pick up. It should be simple so you can add items as you think of them but no your ENTIRE cart disappears if you go outside the app. The app made me put in my location 3 times just so it could then take me to the website to put in a pick up order. This app has too many bugs and is a big reason I'm not shopping at food lion.

App closes when logging on. Had app for years & love it! No coupon clipping! Able to discounts & savings. Literally thousands between in-store, manufacturers, & MVP discounts. I encouraged many friends. Some changed from other grocery chains because this is consumer friendly w/ no guessing. Imagine my surprise when my app doesn't work anymore. I use this app as my MVP card as well. What's the purpose if not getting all my store discounts? Update: app is fixed! Back to being great! Thanks FL!

All the time when I "clip" a coupon, it would always fail and tell me to try again later. It's been like this ever since the layout changes. Revert to old system and layout, the coupon loading in this new one is BROKEN! The problem is not just with the app, this even extends to the website as well when I tried to load up(or *clip*) coupons to my MVP card!

Overall I think it's an awesome app! It saved me $50 on one trip last week. So far this year, (it's almost April), I've saved around $200 and I go once or twice a month, spending $100-$200 at a time. The coupons are great, it caters to what you buy, you can shop and earn money, it's pretty convenient, I use it every time. Only issue I've noticed: the coupon tab has been acting up recently. I apply filter(s), but after showing 4 coupons it says coupons can't be found. Please fix! Thanks

So, my first time using this app to shop, I kept adding items to my list. To my dismay, I discovered that this list can not be put into my cart, and I have to select all the items over again on the website? Why even have an app? What a waste of time. There is a button on the button of the list that says add list to cart. It is grayed out and unselectable. When the cart directs me to the website, there is no way to pull up the list I made. Completely frustrating experience.

greatly appreciate issues fixed over the last few months, but please allow us to see the new ad for the week. stores are closed by now and there's no reason to still have an old ad up, while keeping us from seeing what's on sale tomorrow. makes no sense to send out an email about new offers, because when I click sale items to put on my shopping list, the app still has the old ad up . . . 😵‍💫

Crashes regularly and doesn't automatically update earnings. I've had to call on several occasions to have someone manually enter earnings a week after purchases. Update to developer: I have repeatedly called that number, and they will correct things manually, but then that causes other issues. I have notified them of these issues, and they have said they'll "pass the info along." After continually having these issues since I downloaded the app at least 6-8 months ago I have seen no change.

Decent app to help find items in stores and setup grocery lists. Only problem I have with it is that when I disable all notifications, they are all turned back on when the app receives an update. This is the only app I've seen that does this. Notification settings should not be changed after an update. It's ridiculous that I have to disable them every few days. This is why you lose 2 stars.

Decent. Could be better. I primarily use it to clip coupons and put together my grocery list. List features need help. Firstly, when you organize it by aisle, it doesn't put the aisles in order. It will list items in aisle 10 before it items in aisle 2. Secondly, when I check off an item, it would be most helpful if the item would be moved to a different part of the list, like a completed section. Then, the items I still need will stay up top. Also, it randomly unchecks my items frequently.

Useless, errors out all the time. Tried to create an account and gave me error HTTP401. Tried to change my store and gave me an error stating it could not change it. It will randomly say "Oops, something went wrong" while using it. If this is not the worst app I have ever installed, it is definitely close.
