Very user friendly and efficient. Great customer service if you need to call them. However, when I got a new phone and couldn't get back on the email that I had registered this app with, they told me there was NOTHING they could do about it. I either had access to that email or I couldn't use this app again. I had to go through hell to get back that Gmail account just in order to use THIS app again. So, overall... the app itself is great. I love it Just don't lose your email!!

I have had the app on my phone for two years and it never works. Have installed, deleted and reinstalled app several times. Followed instructions fron my care provider, and they do no good. I have many other apps on my phone that I installed that work fine, so I'm think I know what I'm doing. But until someone shows me the error of my ways, I rate this app as a total waste of my time. Great idea - awful execution.

The app is easy to use and navigate but needs some minor changes to make it more user friendly. The action center notifications need to be fixed to reflect actual needs and the patient needs to have the ability to delete these items if they don't apply/or are done. I don't like that all medical info is grouped by category and not doctor. All meds, conditions, allergies, ect. are all grouped as one. It should be under each doctor for easy access. This is why I keep seeing duplicates of all things.

Coming from MyChart system originally & then beginning to look at health records on The Follow My Health App.... was quite a transition for me! But i assume it was just a learning curve on my part. The app seems ok, but was crashing on me quite often, and that could be super irritating when trying to manage many serious, (& at times life threatening,) medical conditions for someone! Hopefully the recent update addressed this issue & things go more smoothly now.

Poorly designed app. Don't ever upload a profile picture. You won't be able to remove it, and attempts to change it lead to the error message "unable to upload." Also, the reply arrow is missing on a doctor's message to me where she asked a question. I can reply to an automated prescription renewal message, but not to my doctor. App is glitchy, frustrating and cumbersome.

Stops working... continues to spin. Per the instructions I've logged out and cleared my cache but I have to do it several times. Great for sending messages to the providers who are using the app or reading emails. One thing I HATE: My medication list isn't in sync with my providers' ! I can enter my info but it's not guaranteed that anyone can see it. The app shows Active/Discontinued meds and incorrect doses, etc. meds that were recently corrected while at my doctor appointments.

August 2022 Update: This update has completely made this app obsolete on my Galaxy. Now, no matter what I do, it crashes during login. I have sent an extensive amount of system data, reports, and feedback. At this point I will remove entirely if not corrected when I try to login next time. Initial Review: Convenient & love the integration of fingerprint login. Has opportunity for interface updating and minor functionality, but very useful app overall.

Okay it's a great app when it works. Results takes about three to four weeks to get results on this app. Appointment get sync immediately. I like the app but the wait for results from blood work it a long wait. I just wait one week and call for results. The positive you can go back and look at changes from the past to present, which is always good.

This is an excellent tool to keep track of ALL of your health needs AND to communicate to your medical providers directly. I was able to edit my allergies to meds, email my Dr directly about a med, see results from tests, and (in viewing my upcoming appointments) I even cancelled an appointment that seemed to be double booked for the same day! (Because mistakes can sometimes happen) Very user friendly and easily navigated through. All in all, I think this is a great app to have!

It's a good app easy to use. Still has some bugs to work out but overall I'm happy with the convenience. Edit: Still a good app. I'd like more features such as a place where I can upload documents. A mass delete messages feature, a place aside from the blog to write about the visits and aftercare summaries. Your renew RX isn't working. If there's some test that we need to tell our preferences it'd be nice to have a place to put tht.that. lastly, someone to update the patient input things

It works great. I get what I need out of it. The user interface could be a bit smoother, but overall it surpassed expectations for the type of app it is. Easy to see what needs to be seen, and I can keep track of my own health and etc. from each time I have an appt or each time my health records are updated. 👍 Includes useful links and makes it very easy to keep track of appts as well as doctors. It would be cool if doctor's in-office days could be listed for appointment requests.

You can't see your own messages, and the messaging interface needs work; the "send" button is tiny and unlabeled, and the "Back" button, which erases the message you were writing, is big and easy to press. So I'm sure a lot of folks *don't* manage to send a message successfully to their provider. But even once you do, it never shows up on the app until your provider responds, so there's no paper trail (which leads to duplicates). Needs UX improvements on this key feature. Solid otherwise.

I love the convenience this app offers. Just downloaded and enjoying the benefits of keeping up with my health. Still using the app and checking entries by my health providers and specialists. Awesome. User friendly, up-to-date information, can access it anywhere anytime. One downfall I see while using the app is it doesn't allow me to request prescription refills. I have to call it in every time. App displays the ability to allow such a request but doesn't work for me.

Updated 1/16/24- used to be great when it was functional. Now, when I try to log in, it immediately shuts the app down. I have to log in through their website now, which just brings me to the app. I'll update my stars when the bugs are fixed. I love being able to keep up with my appointments, lab results and everything else in my medical record at the click of a button. Emailing my provider and requesting refills has never been easier. I wish more providers used this program!

UPDATE: 03/24. App updates have improved some aspects of use such as navigation, ease of where to find what I need, upcoming appointments and refill requests. Notifications are a lifesaver. Requests don't always go through so a call is sometimes required. I think that's more of an office issue though. Overall, still satisfied with it's use since I'm still using it nearly 5 years later. 11/19 Does it's job. I'm able to get updates on labs, med refills, and appointments.

New to this app within the last few months and there's just about nothing good I can say about it. I can't respond to messages, interact with my doctor, renew prescriptions. All it is basically good for at this point is to see that I received test results and have appointments. And to top it off, support says that there's nothing they can do to fix it. So, why even still have an active app? 10/10 would definitely recommend a different app.

Simplifies DR/PT communication. I love this app. (No, it's not meant to be a back & forth email conversation tool like emailing your best friend.) It's meant for renewing RX requests, notifications from DR, scheduling, cx, & rescheduling appts, updating personal info, reading your chart notes, checking lab results. It truly allows you to be a part of your own health care experience.

This was a fantastic app. I absolutely loved being able to email my doctor and get a response directly from her, usually that day. Now I can't even use it. For months it hasn't worked. After opening it and attempting to sign in with biometrics, it just crashes, over and over again. I thought the recent update would fix it. No joy. It didn't do anything. What gives? I've already updated it prior to now. Nothing changed.

The app is very convenient. You have a record of all your tests without having to leave a massage and wait for a call back. However, the app is not good for making appointments. I canceled an appointment thru the app but only showed up on my end and not theirs and was charged for missing my appointment. Another time I scheduled a lab appointment but when I showed up person checking me in didn't see it. When I tried to show him on the app.so we can figure out what went wrong he wouldn't assist.

Efficient, Easy to Navigate, and Useful. Sometimes when I swipe away a notification like "your clinical information has been updated" and have already looked through the updates, the notification will pop back up when I refresh the app, even if there's nothing new or unread. Other than that, there are no glitches/bugs that I've noticed.
