The app is decent, it works well enough, but the monetization is extremely aggressive, it actually ruins the experience, you can't do anything without a fullscreen unskippable ad popping up, often several times in a row. I use the app only to check unfollows and usually between opening the app and checking that one thing I will have to see at least 3 ads. You can't buy the app either, only subscribe and it's quite expensive. I refuse to pay and reward their overly aggressive monetization.

The free version is basic but does what it says. I upgraded but bites been nothing but BS since. It's been 2 days since and it still runs as the free version. It says I paid but that the developer has still not acknowledged my purchase. I've tried contacted by email the developers and I had no response in 2 days after 3 emails with screenshots. At this point I canceled my subscription and I'm waiting for a refund. Worst purchase so far.

It was a nice app with it's basic functions. Then I wanted to try out their premium subscription but it was a total rip-off. I payed for it, yet the premium features are still locked and when I click restore purchases it only shows an error message. I tried contacting the developer via their support email, but nothing. Don't waste your money. Truly a disappointment. Edit: Now the app won't load at all.

[now working, edited rating] Absolute rubbish. It was great at first. I bought the premium version shortly afterwards and it was even better. There were so many features. Now, whenever I try to refresh the statistics, it returns an error message. I logged out of my account on the app and tried to log in again, but the client wouldn't load. It returned another error message. I would like a refund and a fix!

I would have rated atleast 4 stars as when I installed the app, it was pretty good. But after a certain time, whenever I open the app it gets log out automatically and we have to again log in. But even then it doesn't show the data and analytics of your account, it keeps loading and says there's an error and try again!! Please fix this issue!

This app does what it says and provides useful information and analytics. I paid for the premium subscription for a month. I used it for less than a week, and out of nowhere my Instagram account logged me out and I was not able to get back in. I have never been hacked or had an issue like this before. I provided my phone number with this app, and my phone number clearly was compromised, because I was unable to use that to log back in to my Instagram account.

Upgraded to PRO. Complete waste of money. It does not scan faster and all the other things you should be able to see don't work. I've been trying to see my ghosts for over a week now and it keeps saying I've hit my refresh limit and to try again in 30 mins...which never works. Don't waste your money. They keep saying they are fixing things, but nothing ever gets fixed.

Well, the app does what it is supposed to do so I would give it a 5 on functionality. However, there is one huge and incredibly annoying characteristics. It is the stupid bell noise you get every time you open the app. It cannot be turned off aside from just silencing the phone and it is legitimately making me not want to use the app. In fact, that noise is the only reason I will not pay for the extra features... I want them... Just won't pay for something so obnoxiously annoying. Turn off the stupid bell and I will pay for the app, but until then I will look for another option.

Update 3/25/23 downgraded to a 1 star. App hadn't functioned for several months. Receive an "unexpected error" message. I've reset, reinstalled, logged out and back in all for the same error. This app does not provide any useful information at all anymore. I originally gave it a three-star when I purchased it and as a result of not working for several months, downgraded.The app has not worked on my iPad for 3 months. I cannot get any current data and customer support has been non-existent.

I used to love this app and found it to be incredibly useful. I'm not sure what recently happened but it's no longer functioning. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. When it was functioning properly before, it would take about 30 seconds or so to populate my results. Now, it takes about 1 second but doesn't work and nothing changes, even though I can see on my Instagram profile that my numbers are significantly different.

Downloaded this app and used the free version for a while. Wanted to upgrade in order to be able to manage all my IG accounts with ease. Started paying monthly for "PLUS" and features worked for a month or two. Then, paid features quite working, advertising resumed. Ive been billed for 3 months with no paid features available and no return correspondence from the developer. Ive sent two emails. Canceling my subscription and finding another app

Scam. Upgraded to pro, there was no difference in speed and most importantly none of the pro functions works. NOTHING. I contacted the app developer and they said they were fixing bugs and a new update was coming out soon. I waited for 3 weeks and still nothing. I contacted them again for refund, and they said they don't provide refund and for me to contact Google play. But Google doesn't refund after 2 days. Everything was a waste of money and time. So don't bother buying the Pro stick with the free version, there's no difference. I would rate the free version 5 stars though.

Logs me out every second. I can't do literally ANYTHING. My password was suddenly not working and I couldn't get back into my account. I legit had to hurry up and change the password before my account information was changed. I have been reluctant to pay for premium but the second I do, I can't use it because the exact same problems persist. This app is a hacking scam. I'm certain of it.

This was a neat app when I first downloaded it, but a big gripe I had was that the majority of features were locked behind a paywall. Everything else is stuff you already see. However, I really like the unfollowers feature. HOWEVER, this doesn't matter at all when the app doesn't work. When I try to refresh it, it gives me an error; it's stuck on my data from weeks ago.

Edit: now it won't even reload my account, indicating an unexpected error occurred. Good concept, garbage followthrough. I log in and it loads with all my stats but anytime I try to do something interactive (follow or unfollow someone) it tells me I have to log in again. No matter how many times I do it, it never let's me do it. It's a nifty tool for stats but otherwise doesn't work.

It definitely gets the job done, have been using it for nearly 2 years. Unfortunately I can't afford the premium features so I don't know how they work/most of it is locked which is a bummer as it doesn't leave much to do but the basic set is nice. Love the layout, it could use some adjustments but otherwise great app if you want to check your followers and stats.

Too many and annoying. ads I was happy to pay for the premium version and tried it for a month and I was willing to pay but when I try to buy the 6-month or the 12-month transcription that is much cheaper, it gets stuck on 'connecting to server'. I emailed them about it, they just asked for a screen shot and never heard back. I now believe they're deliberately blocking the discounted subscriptions so you pay the monthly, more expensive one. Very unethical

This was the best app! But then I changed my password and now I cannot get back in to it :( I didn't even have an issue with the ads or anything. (2020) Update: whatever I was complaining about got fixed. But now whenever I refresh it says an "unexpected error occured" and I'm not sure if it works anymore. Moral so far: app SEEMS safe but bugs make it maybe unusable. It's worked for many years though

I understand that ads are necessary in order for us to use free apps. I support this. I do not, however, support the use of obnoxiously loud commercials. The commercials are loud, long, and cause me to not only use the app less, but it also causes me to not want anything to do with what is being advertised. They come up every time I open the app! If I'm not consciously thinking about the noise level, it can be problematic. Now, the developer has replied to me that they will look into the ads loading too often. That isn't even the issue! The whole obnoxious, video advertising system is the issue, and the feedback on here demonstrates that. Purchasing an app that is so disappointing is not an option. I would never purchase a product that I've tested that didn't offer decent quality in the first place.

I like the features available in the free version. However, I paid for the upgraded version and the data doesn't load for the paid features, just the free ones, so it was a waste of money. After adding the free version, my Instagram was compromised and locked as well, so I had to reset it. I would not recommend the paid version, but would recommend the free features. Edit: Beaker apps did reach out about this problem but never remedied it or offered a refund. Thoroughly disappointed.
