Really intuitive and loaded with options, yet user friendly. Very much enjoy the option to block usage of other apps, and the ability to select which app you wish to remain usable. Very beneficial app this is if you're having issues focusing on your work/studies. Also, in my opinion, it's well worth purchasing the lifetime premium version to have all the functions, including the app control which l mentioned. Well made and much appreciated Focus To-Do; we need more useful processes in this world

If you're purchasing this app to sync across different devices: DON'T. It doesn't sync well & creates weird duplicates. Also repeated everyday tasks sometimes disappear. Otherwise I love this app! helps/motivates me to focus/plan/organize projects/study. Love it so much gifted the app to my sister & family. Highly recommend! For those complaining about the timer: it's meant to have the set amt of time based on the Pomodoro method!

This is my favorite app for timing my pomodorros. Unfortunately, not all the features shown here are in the Android or PC versions of the App. Also, with their last update, they altered it so that the full screen timer now TICKS. There is no way to turn it off. All you can do is mute your phone, but then you can hear the chime when your timer is done. My will power isn't strong enough to use the app without full screen mode. I hope they fix this.

Pretty great. Has tons of great features like the pom timer, white listed feature (which is missing on iOS), and white noise which is great. Not sure what the tree thing is but apparently ppl like it. Plz explain it better in the app. Can see future task on iOS but not Android, which is lame. It's been very helpful for studying in grad school. Calendar support with Google would be cool but not necessary. Also make your widget with an option to make it smaller, it's way too big. W/ changes 5⭐

Would rate this higher but the app doesn't reset the pomodoro count after hitting the long break. Every break after that is a long break rather than reseting to short breaks. A nice additional feature would be a reminder if the next step isn't started. I can't always stop what I'm doing as soon as the alarm sounds so miss breaks or forget to start the timer again. Extending the time with an alarm after a couple of minutes would be really nice. I've only found one app that does this

I don't know why but it's been hard for me to find a timer app. The one on my phone can be hard to notice if I'm distracted. And I haven't found a good free one. The subscription for this one is really cheap. I also think the timer screen is pretty lol. I wish the reminders were somehow more noticeable- like for example when the timer rings and you see a bright notification on your lock screen. But that's just me. I have a tendency to tune those out because I've set so many. Again great app.

Amazing app. Great interface, intuitive, smooth & colorful, and easy to use. I enjoy everything about it. Could benefit from a "remove all completed tasks" function under the "show completed tasks" area. I am grateful that you can remove them at all, but at the moment, you can only delete them one by one. And, it'd be awesome to have functionality about moving and re-arranging tasks. Overall: still the absolute best to-do app that I know!

The pomodoro alone is worth the app. Growing the tree is fun. The developer is responsive. I'm probably not far from premium at this rate, lol. Update: I gave in and upgraded to premium because I like it so much that I wanted to contribute. I took a star because I am a little disappointed after paying that syncing across all devices doesn't show the current timer on all devices. I thought I would be able to check my watch to see how much time was left when I started it on my phone.

Free version is great. It does exactly what advertised, works in all browsers. I used it a lot. Paid version, unfortunately, has few important drawbacks, comparing with competitors: 1. I can't manually edit/add pomodoros for the time reports to keep all reporting in the same place 2. There is no sync of state across the devices (started pomodoro in application, I can't continue it in browser, for example) 3. There is no integration with external task sources 4. There is no export of reports

I like the ticking timer, and it's not distracting. I bought the lifetime pro version. The app allows for calendar synchronization between other devices and you can customize work time and break times (it has two break settings, a short break and a long break, the longer break will apply after you've set a certain amount of tasks to be completed within your scheduled time frame). I hope more updates will be added to the app, but for now, the ability to keep me on track is wonderful.

Hello I have ADHD and this app is very important to me, I use it on my galaxy watch, but there's a problem with the watch version, when i exit the app mid-countdown to go set a timer or something and then come back to the app, it doesn't act like it's running in the foreground anymore, after a few seconds when the display turns off the countdown stops and it's not displayed on a blackscreen like it usually is, the only way is to close the app and start the countdown all over again, Please fix it

Cannot change the duration of the pomodoro. I set it to 28 minutes in the settings but it keeps reverting to 25. I can reset the rest time but not the focus time. I uninstalled and reinstalled and closed and opened and all that. Still cannot change the duration. Reached out to support, no response. 2 stars only because it works well on my galaxy watch. Otherwise just one star. I'm using galaxy ultra.

This app is working well for me. I'm using the Mac version and the Android version. I don't regret my decision to pay for the lifetime subscription. Syncing works well. As some reviewers point out, starting the timer on one device does not show the timer in progress on another device. Not a problem: I can do a pomodoro on the mac and then take the break on the phone so I can walk away and still know when break is over. Easy to get started. Great! productivity tool!

Works well as a timer. That's about it. Update: they've added the obnoxious ticking feature for some reason (great idea to force people trying to focus to immediately open the app back up). Also, even if White Noise is set to none, there's still a subtle white noise sound that becomes an unbearable static at lower volumes for some headphones. How hard is it to just NOT play sound when I tell it to not play sound? Honestly, just use your phone timer.

Its really really nice, I love timing my tasks, I love the pomodoro timer, I love that the time gets visually represented in a daily chart. However, I wish we had the option to either set a normal timer on tasks or pomodor timer. Wish projects and tasks auto went to the top of the list rather than the bottom, scrolling to the bottom every time to see current things is not intuitive. When Im using a timer on a task, Id like for the timer to just stop completely when I check the task as done.

*I wish there was a way to duplicate a task that will copy everything like the reminder time and pomodoro selection and it would ask what day to copy task to. *I tried using the reoccurring option but it doesn't show up to give an accurate amount of time for the future. Seems useless to be honest. *I also don't like that the reminder doesn't automatically go to the due day. I wish I could choose a set pomodoro number and time for all tasks. I hate that it's always set at zero.

I've used the paid version for almost two years. But it has stopped working properly. It won't sync. It won't upgrade to the latest version. The Forest feature hasn't worked for months. It keeps telling me to uninstall/reinstall the app, but because it won't sync, I am afraid I will lose two years of carefully built repeat routines. Customer support was useless, emailing vague, unhelpful questions every two to three days, then ghosting me. I am so frustrated. Don't trust this app!

The timer itself and the task list feature work well. I would give it more stars except for 2 annoying things. 1) every time I start a work block, it switches to a full screen and starts clicking the seconds, REALLY loudly. Every time I have to reach over and click it back to the first screen. I've checked all my settings and can't get it to stop doing that. 2) when I'm done, the only way to get it out of my notification banner is to force pause the app or force stop it.

Love the planning features especially in this app! They seem to match the way my brain works very well. I wish when you set a priority on a reoccurring item, the day you check it off it temporarily went to "No priority" until it's due again, when it would then default back to originally set priority such as medium or high. I also wouldn't mind a small button on the timer screen for designating that after starting a task, I finished it ahead of time, and I want to stop the timer early.

Worth paying for it for me I've used it for years and never had any real problems. Some of the settings are a little confusing to get to, I got confused about something even after years of using it, but if you click around enough everything is adjustable. The annoying ticking after the timer starts is fixable, just click the little bolt shape in upper right hand corner when it starts and select that you don't want the ticking/full screen to start automatically, and it never will again!
