Seems to be a pretty good little app, only just started using it. User friendly, BUT I am having a problem in which, when I go to upload photos it just closes out and goes back to the news feed or whatever else I was in before and I get a notification that an upload is in progress which will stay indefinitely until I force close the app. It will do this for select pictures with no reason as to why it won't let me publish etc.. Some I can upload others, no. So far this is my main problem.

Very confusing. Trying to enter a competition for a reward and followed the instructions to earn foap points, which took much longer than they said it would, I uploaded my pictures, or so I thought I did. I spent so much time describing each picture and adding tags. Then there is no confirmation that I was entered into the competition. Plus it seems that the pictures take quite a while to upload and that multiple pictures of the same upload. Sometimes I would get kicked out of the app..

Ok I had originally gave this app a 5 star rating. Unfortunately I had to change it to 2 stars. I loved this platform at first but not much now. I haven't sold the first photo and I've posted plenty. I've also entered the paid missions and it seems like the same people are always at the top. Not to mention everytime I exit the app and reopen it,I have to re enter my login info and it tells me it's wrong. Then when I finally get it to go in it tells me server issues. Nothing but trouble now.

The screen freezes and doesn't allow you to send your issues to customer service. The app keeps signing me out not allowing me to sign back in Saying invalid credentials! Just freaks me out a little bit when an app takes your photos and doesn't allow you to sign in To manage them 🤔 Not sure of user name? Still hoping for a resolution or a return on my email in request to help finding/signing back into my account. This app has a great platform just needs to work

my account was deleted for no reason, so I created another one. now my password is "incorrect" when I'm entering the right one! constantly having "server" problems or "connection issues" when in full signal range! in theory it's a great app, but only ones to ever sell their photos are the ones that pay US$ for coins! cant enter profile information AGAIN to upload more pics, so this app is pretty much a waste of time! DELETING!

I set my bday, save, and when I come back the app changed the date by one day. kept trying to fix it and it wouldnt stop. I tried to contact support but once you leave that screen there is no way to get back to the message you just sent. Then the app wouldnt not keep up with the amount of photos I uploaded. I would have 10 and its still saying 5 and so forth. refreshing and closing out didnt correct the info. didnt knkw what else to do at that point.

Love it. Easy to load photos, curate folders, like and comment on others photos and find like minded beginner to experienced phone photographers. There IS a learning curve if you're willing to read FAQs ask questions of others and check with customer service. Oh yeah, fiddle with it and remember the sequence that gets you where you want to go. It did take me about 3 days to figure the ins and outs. Don't get frustrated.

This app had some great potential, but this latest update seems to have borrowed a page from EA's playbook. Selling a picture can be difficult unless you participate in missions. Now - and this is the new part this annoys me - some missions now require you to pay a fee in order to submit images. I get that this might help to increase the total prize amount awarded for a mission, but this strikes me as flat out monetizing your user base.

I've been using Foap for a few years now and while I like the app interface, I don't understand why they still don't have an online interface for uploading. While it's easy to upload photos from your phone, it adds an unnecessary step to upload anything from a real camera. I like to think my photos are decent, but I've never sold anything and I've seen tons of exceptional photos that were also never sold. My main complaint is the large number of bot users since 99% of my "followers" seem to have names that contain "18sexy.eu" or the like.

Had the app for a week with no issues, uploaded some photos and figuring out how the whole thing works. All the sudden it wants me to change my email address, once I try it says "null is not a valid answer " and will not leave that page. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it now states my email and password are not valid. Dave Ramsey suggested this app as a way to have extra income, I felt comfortable using this app due to their recommendations. Hoping this is just a weird glitch.

Not working well anymore, had to uninstall. It glitches when I try to upload a photo and won't let me add tags or any info but also won't let me publish without adding that info. It just blinks real quick and reads Retry, over and over and over. Plus there's large ads placed just so so that it seems you need to click to continue, but that's the ad it takes you to, you actually have to find the proper link to advance with Foap. Not a friendly app.

I want to like this app, it seems like a cool concept, however, the app crashes almost every time I try to upload a photo. Obviously this is a problem, since the entire point of the app is to upload photos. Reinstalling doesn't help. I've tried to upload probably around 30-40 pictures. Of these, only 3 individual photos managed to be uploaded. Will change rating when/if this is fixed and is actually stable enough to use

I like this app to a degree. It's fun to play with but you can definitely tell it's for "Bob" who likes to take random shots and get likes for blurry photos. Not for actual photographer professionals or those pursuing more. It's a "hey I took a random picture and sold it, cool" kinda app. Continuing, I understand rules a requirements and after making sure those are met, still nothing.<----years later still agree....

I just started using Foap this summer, and overall it's been great. It was tough to navigate through at first, but I got it. And there are some things on there that I'm still not sure of it's function or purpose, like "lightbox." I was urged by support to reinstall the app because it was glitching. Super cool that they actually help, but super annoyed by the glitches. Although I'm not annoyed enough to quit using the app.

I find this app very promising.... But it would be nice if you could upload pictures all the time instead of constantly waiting for the picture to NOT be uploaded. Every time I try to join a mission, I try to add a picture but instead of just constantly uploads and just doesn't add it. And then when I go to my profile to add a picture there, I get a list of photos that I want to upload and once I tap it, it doesn't upload at all!! Please fix this issue otherwise I'm deleting my account and app.

Was fun at first but gets increasingly frustrating. Makes me think they make it to be addictive to trick the user into staying on the platform longer and longer times. Given that the potential for incentives are the 🥕 carrot dangling in front of the user... I tried to upload to Missions 1 and 2 on multiple occasions. I even watched ads to get foap coins, but it keeps saying something to the effect that the server is down. But I'm able to upload to other random missions. It's a hit or miss.

Interesting concept, but buggy, spammy, and scammy. Mainly geared towards generating revenue from the user base through watching ads on every page, videos after uploading each picture, ads while rating other's pictures, or get a premium subscription. I "sold" one random picture fot the "first mission" for $3, but can't take it out until I have at least $50, which is already unlikely except for the top users who have uploaded hundreds of photos; don't waste your time.
