Seems to work but, without the option to use fingerprints to log in, the app is redundant and utterly pointless. It doesn't do anything you can't already do on the website.

Not super useful, really wish you could do external transfers and see some of the account details more easily, like interest rate for one. I like that you can deposit checks electronically now though.

Edit to add: I'm aware you're only an online bank... 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ For as long as I can remember you guys ALWAYS had a link on the bottom of the login page that would produce a map of FREE ATMs to use... It's completely non existent now. I shouldn't have to go to other pages to find an ATM to use ..

Will not save biometrics. There are other people with the same problem. FNBO will respond with sorry. Don't be sorry, FIX IT! Update 01/22/2021: Still doesn't work. Removed app and reinstall and still don't work. Why does FNNI want someone to call to fix the app. MESSAGE TO FNNI: DON'T RESPOND TO MY REVIEW, FIX THE APP. YOUR RESPONSE MEANS NOTHING IF THE APP IS STILL BROKEN.

I switch to fnbo from milli cause milli is closing, but I was expecting FNBO direct to be as easy and transparent as the milli app since they both come from the same main bank, but Half the features don't work, if you apply for different accounts and only one shows up call them to put the other on there. I can't add my primary bank account to add more money to it or if I want to take my money out I can't do that either. It keeps saying we are working on these features

Lite on options, but has ALL you really need for a banking app. Uncluttered from galore of useless options and offers. It's straight forward and takes you right to the point of doing your banking biz. Very Useful n Perfect for me.

So much easier! Ihave had an FNBO Direct savings account for a couple years now. I have periodically looked for a moble app for the online only accounts for FNBO, unsuccessfully...until now. I really appreciate being able to look in on my account and not have to wait for my mobile data to load a web page. I look forward to working with developers with any issues that may arise (none so far!) Great job, guys! keep up the hard work!

Still can't do external transfers within the app. I use this account for my emergency fund and really ONLY use external transfers. I have to go to the website for this, which really defeats the point of even having an app.

Not pleased with the app, Every other day the app kicks me off resetting my biometric data, forcing me to use a pin code, after using the pin code app doesn't login, plus there is no enter botton after entering pin, have to exit / close the app, open the app, hit back to close the pin code request, just to get back to the original password prompt. App needs fixing asap.

This app is almost worthless. I currently have a standard First National Bank of Omaha checking account and was told I couldn't use the app to transfer money to and from that checking account to my FNBO Direct Savings account. I could only do it from the online website. Now I see they've updated the app and gave it a whole new look but didn't address that issue. Other than checking my balance I have no other use for it.

Used to work fine but now it says the app won't work because my phone is rooted, even though it is not. Says to click button to go to the mobile site in a browser but that too doesn't even work. So basically at this time the app is useless. Update: Go to the mobile site and it says it is retired and that I should use the app or the desktop site...seriously....get it together.

+ Stable login But functionality is very limited and app very clunky. Moving funds slow and must be done from website.

This used to be a fairly good app but it seems to be that they changed something and now I can no longer log in with my finger prints. So I tried to log in with my login and cant even do that now, so I went to log in on my computer and cant even log in on it. Im writing this as I wait on hold to get this log in straightened out. Seem like the less interest that they pay the worse that their systems work. Looks like it might be time to find a new online bank if they cant get their stuff together.

transfers from fnbo direct to your checking take a few days, which isn't ideal and almost cost them a star. at one time it was instant.

It's a shame that it doesn't have the same functionality as the main banking app. For example easy and quick transfers

So.Annoying. Made me update. Made me sign up for 2-Step authentication. When I enter the correct code, it asks if I didn't receive and should they resend? No new code arrives. Fingerprint login on phone no longer works. Sometimes I can get into account. Sometimes I can't and it tells me to go to website. When I can get into the app, it says fingerprint logon is turned on, but it doesn't work anymore and the on/off slider is grayed our.
