The App is very effective and realistic...I have learnt alot from the app for example I have been getting information on financial management and different types of investments and ways for me to reach financial freedom. I hardly go to the branch because I have everything I need from the App and it is very safe and constantly being upgraded and developed which I love.

Lots of glitches and state problems, tons of services and offers fail with arbitrary error messages, and live chat services are unhelpful. miserable user experience.

FNB, why is it that when a payment is pending.the balance updates (subtracts) the pending payment -- and again when that pending payment gets processed, the balance updates again? Then they ask me to email them, only for them to tell me to speak to their bankers

I can't get into my app as they didn't give me a new username or password so it's still stuck on my previous account that is long gone. I also don't have the number or email adress anymore so I can't get in. The fact is I have forgotten that number

Convenient and usually dependable, however secure chat has not been available on my app for some time now which is extremely frustrating! Phoming in to FNB and selecting and providing ID nr several and holding for someone to speak to is VERY time-consuming, and then the call drops an you have to start all over again. WHERE DID SECURE CHAT GO???

I have had the App for a few years now. At first it was working fine, but recently I have been experiencing problems on the App. Sometimes I struggle to buy electricity, it will just say system not available. I also noticed that it only works when I have data, if my data is off ... for instance load shedding, then I won't be able to use the App. Chatting on Secure-chat is also an issue, the "send" option will just freeze, and messages will take ages to go through, as a result your chat ends.

App is great and user friendly, however the chat service is horrendous. Messages are delayed, agents end up leaving the chat and you get passed on to multiple agents, spending hours trying to get a simple answer. You always get kicked out of the app often, and have to keep signing back in, again passed on to multiple agents. I've already done basic troubleshooting on the app, cleared cache, un-installed, reinstalled, etc. But to no avail

My experience is awful with this app. I have been trying to register a business account for the past 30 days. Response is that the system is not available (every time) when I try calling it's terms and policies till my airtime runs dry. The secure chat not working also. AWFUL

Overall the new design is minimalistic. The icons and UI have been simplified to provide quick actions with your banking. The problem here is the lack of innovative change for the modern banking era. This feels unoriginal and lacks the complexities needed to differentiate the banking experience from other banking apps. If the goal of this transition was to inspire "Change" then you failed, creating a system on simplicity rather than creativity.

Why is your services always down Fnb buys bot reviews. While in the app, you can't approve transactions because it dissappeas . You have to close the app completely, force stop the app, and then only you can approve your transaction. Notifications don't work. When an approval notification appears and I click it, it just goes away, and I have to redo transactions. And fnb, don't tell me to check my notifications settings. I'm more technologically adept than the majority of you twots

Very good app. It is functional most of the time. There are some instances where it goes offline, around midnight on weekends. There is also a bug when one navigates to a stokvel account transactions and try to use the back button. That causes the app to freeze. You have to close the app. It only works if you first go to the account options and use the back button from there. Also, on the stokvel account, I would like to request a feature to be able to make instant payments to other banks.

This has to be the worst bank. Went into the Chatsworth branch today, extremely slow staff. Sat over 90 minutes left eventually. Only 3 working staff for banking queries, while 1 sat on her phone making calls the entire time making plans for the weekend. Had people jumping the line and being helped even with a number system. The app is a total inconvenience to do anything. Can't change phone numbers it's a waste of time.

The selfie on the initial login just never works. Every time I change devices, it's the same issue. I nod my head for the selfie, and then the app makes a little cloud icon with a line through top right to indicate no connection. The problem is NOT with my connection or my device, I guarantee it.

- System unavailable so often. - The app is slow. - Setting limits on virtual cards has to be done more than once to actually save changes. - Navigation in the app is so challenging. It is a labyrinth of options that are often misleading. - Turning off marketing notifications when opening the app doesn't work. I still see them every time I open the the app. - There is a delay once virtual cards have been created and it actually showing up in the list, leading to duplicates being created.

The app is a nightmare to get into. Between the selfie verification process and the location issues that the app refuses to let me in. I've been trying to delete, re-download and see if it works, but to no avail. Please update the fact that not all phones can allow the app to have access to our location all the time. Also the selfie verification shouldn't be the main way to verify someone.

This banking app crashes constantly, and almost every action is slow or results in a crash. I've used other banking apps, and this one is by far the worst. Additionally, having an excessive number of icons or options doesn't make it easier for customers to understand; it actually makes it more confusing. Focus on providing concise and effective functionality. Please avoid suggesting basic support responses such as clearing the app cache or restarting the phone. The problem lies within the app😂

Was a good and easy app to use. Now my accounts are all piled in to one section. Clerk told me that my phone was not verified, we checked and it was verified. My accounts are all still bunched together. Also Stupid that you cant turn off the popups or whatever it is that comes up when you log in, would much more prefer to just get to my accounts when login in, instead off pressing "got it" first. Make it the user's choice

I don't like the flow of the app. Back button on phone exits the app instead of just returning to previous section. The customer service line connects but nobody is there so my airtime gets used but I don't get through to talk to anyone. It's also near impossible to get through to actually speak to someone and not get an automated response. I can't use this app unless it is to check my balance so it is useless to me.
