Great game, love the graphics, sound and challenging levels. But I found two bugs. While listing the tanks in garage, it sometimes don't show all unlocked tanks, it somewhat skips some out and you have to scroll back and forth to find the "lost" one. And second, I bought the game, but I still see the cutscene of finishing the free game after each level and then it takes me to the shop... After fix I'll give 5 stars.

the game is good and has potential but the immediate issue is that the movement needs to be accelerated by x3 so that you can easily move over to the right hand side of the screen when you need to. More complex movement is difficult to implement however. great graphics, smooth gameplay and animations and music.

Always enjoy a hexage game. Great production value, really good graphics, fun game play. However levels get very long at later levels, and the death mechanic of losing power ups is way too punishing (takes multiple level clears to get the funds to upgrade a tank, you then lose several of those upgrades if you die, pretty annoying). Wish it was a bit more forgiving and it'd be 5 stars for sure.

This is the first time I've paid money for a game for my phone. I played the demo (with an MSI controller) and really enjoyed everything about it. Well, almost everything. I do think that when a new weapon, special or mod, is unlocked, it should be added to what you already have rather than swapping out something you've not bought yet. It's not so bad if you're not wanting to buy one of the mods. Like the speed buff when you're ship's already fast(can't remember the name of the passive buffs).

Edit: There is a need to explain further how various things work, including controls and weapons. Many item descriptions are too vague. It is always possible to add some sections within with more detailed explanations. As a whole, the game is interesting, but maybe turn off some people due to rather punishing penalties if your tank is destroyed.

Just finished 1st mission. Art style is beautiful, almost like a surreal oil painting. You get the 1st few missions for free, and afterwards you need to pay something like USD $5 - $10 to keep playing a total of 24 missions. Didn't enjoy the control scheme, forcing you to use your left hand to move the ship around.

Like others have said, the visuals are really nice... Unfortunately, the gameplay was really awkward for me; trying to engage enemies that I couldn't see because my hands were blocking most of the screen... Gave up after "disintegrating" during the very first mission after the tutorial; you can't fight what you can't see ...

Oh wow, Hexage made a new game?! You guys are my favorite mobile devs! Radiant Defense is still my favorite tower defense game. I keep it on every phone I get. (Please make a RD2) Reaper is great too. Wow your art skills have gone up significantly with this game. It looks amazing! And the animation is so smooth. I dunno, I just love the style and groovy/spacey music in your games, and they're always straight up, no bs, complete games. I can just tell you guys put a lot of love into it. Heck yes

Another Hexage classic! If you're a fan of those classics side scroller space invaders types of games with some modern twists and graphics, then this is definitely your game. I've only recently started playing Flying Tank, and already it's one of my immediate go-to's when I want to play something on my phone. Love the game, love the upgrade system, love the playstyle, just love it.

First, this game is fun and the story is great. I liked it so much, I spent the $10 to get the premium version, and I don't regret it. But it's hard and when you die, you lose stuff, which forces you to farm previous missions to get the money to buy it again... and often the same modules aren't available. The biggest problem I see is that not all modules are available to all ships, and for no good reason. Minor issue, though. Otherwise, great game and I play it a lot.

Awesome gamplay! The story is also top tier. I got the full game and its super fun. And no ads! Great job. Also there are so many people complaining that you lose equipment when you die. There is an easy mode where you dont. Im practicing on easy mode so that I can beat the game on normal mode as intended.

The game is amazing! The different types of ships and weapons from enemies to bosses are great, you lose equipment if you die, but its easy to grind them back, you can mix up your equipment to fit your play style, although I'm not playing the full game the free game is still a blast, so give it a try and see for yourself. 💯🔥💯

It's cool I really love the graphics one of the best most enjoyable games visually but a little on the dark side I didn't adjust my display much but it did seem to need to be brightened slightly if I had to complain about something but overall that was fun and again visually stimulating after the bs ive been playing on here so nice job!!! I would even consider paying to play which I see u all do have quite obviously which I wouldn't mind if the price is actually not more than a game system u buy

If you're a bullet hell fan then this game is for you. As always, Hexage blends amazing visual style with groovy music and engaging gameplay and in the case of Flying Tank, the gameplay is very hard - it starts off easy enough but once you play a few levels in you'll find yourself fighting just to survive a wave of enemies which will become the norm for the rest of the game and you are expected to buy and upgrade your gear to keep up in later levels. Fantastic mobile game.

Great game! However I have a few gripes: there needs to be an explanation of the equipment loss mechanic in the tutorial. I had to find out that it existed by reading a description of the upgrade that makes it less common. Speaking of upgrades, I like how the potential upgrades you can make are randomized each time because it encourages critical thinking. Do you want to save up in case something better shows up next time? Or would you rather shell out now. But the randomness should be explained.

-1 star for rubber-band mid-screen contol action and player effects, like Force Shield, keeping me from moving to the top of the screen. -1 star for using a tremendous amount of the screen for piloting + 4 weapon selects while throwing enemies at you from all quarters. -1 for no countdown timers of any kind for power-ups OR indicators for the cheap rear-emerging enemies. Otherwise, the game looks great, and controls are nice and fluid.

As always, another great hexage game. I have a complaint though. This is something that isn't explained at any point in the game. All of the locked, or un-purchased guns/items in the garage will rotate between missions, but once you buy up 6 guns or secondaries etc, you will never get the chance to buy those other ones that rotated out again. This happens on easy mode when all your unlocks are permanent and you lose nothing when dying, please fix this so we can try all of the combinations
