Okay so after the error issues have magically resolved themselves I have to say the process to book tickets through we app was super simple. I opted to pay over a shorter amount of time to save money on interest but my overall opinion of this app has done a complete 180 and I am very happy to say my trip is booked to Hawaii and I am excited.

Brilliant app helped me the only thing they need to change is the ability to use the virtual card multiple times untill you've hit your limit. Sometimes I like to book things on different websites hotels and flights separate would be nice to be able to do this through fly now pay later.

I went on to make enquiry on this app and had looked at credit score which was good with Equifax and Experian, but it came back not suitable! I judt hope they only did a soft search because another error is no where on its site does it say they going do a credit check until ypu register and it does it automatically as it came to a shock for me when after registration is came back with not suitable for this option.

I've had no problems using this app to book flights/ hotels so far. The app can be a little buggy. The major problem I always run into is when trying to make payments. I can't make payments manually, but they have no problem taking the payments A DAY earlier by themselves. 😒

App is very glitchy when registering. Had to take several laps trying to put my city in the blank space. Just wasn't reading, so I just left one of the words off and that seem to be working but then it had a problem deciphering my telephone number. So I just uninstalled it and I'll never use it again.

Used the app a few years ago for a trip from the UK to New Zealand. Reinstalled recently and constantly having issues. First it said I could loan £2000 but then wouldn't let me use it. Now the app won't even open. Constant blue screen then eventually oops something went wrong. Disappointing

Alright luckily I read the reviews before going through with an actual purchase and decided to not risk it. I went to their customer support tab and asked them to delete my account and received no response at all which just proves the point even more not to risk this app if there is no proper communication especially for something involving money and credit. I didn't add my card into the app yet so I'm just uninstalling at this point. DONT RISK IT, there are better installment apps you can use.

J want it to be good but I csnt change my location for my residence in the very first part creating an account and it won't load anything when I put my email in and try and set up an account will update if I can get past this and actually use the app looking forward to using it

Before update: I cannot sign in, even after using the pin, after validating, it does not load or show my account at all! Nothing happens after clicking validate, just the screen with the 4 pin and the validate button cannot be clicked anymore. After update: The app does not work anymore at all!! It just keep showing a blank page with notification below saying error loading page, please click refresh below, but when I click refresh, it is the same thing, nothing happens all.

How is it that the last time I used this app (back in 2019) I was eligible, even though I had a worse credit score and more debts at that point. But now, even though my credit score is higher (or WAS, since they ran a HARD credit check and dropped my score by FORTY EIGHT POINTS) and I have fewer outstanding debts, that I wasn't eligible?!

What a waste of time. Something is definitely not right with this app or company. I have quite good credit, yet it declined me when I installed the app and ran the credit check. I then applied with 2 other companies that provide the exact same service for installments for travel and got immediately accepted and approved and given £1500 GBP credit limit to spend right away. I'm someone who travels very often, so this would have benefited both me and Fly Now Pay Later. They're not getting my money

This is atrocious!! This app runs a Hard Search on the credit history during set up without any warning or approval. Not Acceptable!! I have seen other reviews about declines so I guess that is a chronic issue. Can the team please reverse the hard search as I am not interested in using your services. Plus, the call center number is nonsense - it just tells you to use the app and the chat bot is very basic. Basically, you are stuck in a loop!!

This app is horrible I have been trying to pay my balance off since April 1 and I keep getting the same autobot message saying that's it's my bank account to reach out to them. I'm trying to see how it's my bank but they took the deposit out with no problems. I even tried to use a different bank card and it still don't work. They won't even let you delete your card information but let you add a new card. This app is so damn junky. I even found the 800 number and called it and it goes a recording

This app is junk!! I've tried to book from 3 airports in Missouri. Says they have no flights to where I'm wanting to fly. Funny, I can go to the actual airline or through another site and book flights all day long. Not sure who is giving the high feedback, but the app needs to be scrapped. Buyer beware.

I can't even look up flights properly on this app. I've tried typing in plenty of different locations and it's continuously giving me very few options to choose from (mostly different countries outside of the US) My original reasoning for getting the app was to find a flight for August 4th but once I was approved and clicked a random flight just to see if anything actually worked at all.. the only dates I could select were in late September and after, I clicked a date and it says oops no flights

Signed up and was told I'm not a good fit, come back later, but doesn't say why. I really hope they didn't do any damage to my good credit a few points to do a credit check in the 4 seconds it took them to deny me. You must have to have stellar credit and/or be loaded, in which case you wouldn't need an app like this. You can't even do anything without applying. Wth?! 😔

Had a decent limit and used the app with success. Went to update the app and they re ran my credit without approval, denied me a credit line and no way to delete my account with my personal information attached. What a nightmare 😑 please delete my account if you won't extend credit to me. You shouldn't have any of my personal information stored.

I have been having a total nightmare with this app. My spending limit is no longer available and I have not seen the chat window to speak with a representative in the app as directed. I have emailed and messaged...no response. Please help!!! EDIT- Well, after a few attempts, Customer Service did reach out to explain that the app was being upgraded and the chat box was disabled until then. I was also informed of what was happening with my account. I do hope that they retify the chat feature soon.

I am having issues with this app. I am very frustrated. I don't understand the booking info, it looks backwards and I recieved an email stating there have been changes made by airline. I am supper confused and frustrated. If I had access after logging in, bookings that aren't confusing, and emails saying changes were made I would be very happy with this app and service. Hopefully someone will contact me and help fix these issues.

When I first registered with the app, all was well. I paid off my trip without any problems. Shortly after, the app kicked me off and wouldn't let me use it again. I haven't even been able to log back on. Good app, but it is not consistent in service and use. I am giving 2 stars only cause it worked once.
