I tried the three day free trial. I needed to add my credit card details. The money went from my account. There is no place in the app or Google Play Store to cancel the subscription. I have sent numerous emails, but no response from the developer. I have been robbed........I did send 2 emails to this same email address that you provided. You did not respond.

i already pay for a year want to use my subscription and it keeps asking for me to pay again. can you please stop this and let me use what I paid for. this is so annoying to have this kind of situation when all is paid up. fix now please

could not connect my old dji phantom 2, was still charged for yearly subscription and cant figure out how to get my money back... shame to spend so much on a device and its usless..now even worse being charged for an app that wont help me enjoy my dji product.

On start up you get an Add that takes up 98% of the screen. then the top 2% it says to go to App. After selecting your Drone you can Review the app. Then put in your Credit card info to pay $7 a week.

Just download the app and have not even connected it to the drone, and this dumb app wants a review. sucks so far is all I can say. have not even made it through the tutorial. Whenever an app pushes the review, so soon they get one start tops. and I don't go back and update it. They should at least let you try the thing first.

This is not an official DJI app. To use this app you need to enter credit card details before the first use. I did this and was told that I would not be charged and that it was only required for verification purposes. it's a good job that my banking app alerted me that I was about to be charged ยฃ59.99. The app takes you to a 3rd party website called "room8stream" good luck getting your money back if you try it.
