This is one of the easiest way to defraud people. This morning, 40,000 got withdrawn from my account and the narration in the debit alert is flutterwave, this isn't the first time this has happened to me, i complained on their email but my issue wasn't resolved. Now this has happened again. Please this money is to pay for something and im not the owner. Please help me, I'm just devastated right now. I even want to attach the debit alert but it's not possible

why sending verification code to WhatsApp, not everyone is using WhatsApp. and another problem or that the flutterwave app always hang when minimize on the phone 📱

I strongly advise others to avoid using Flutterwave Company. The persistent problems and poor customer service make this an unreliable and frustrating payment solution. Switching to a different provider has been a much-needed relief for my business.

I should have given it 5 star but i was unable to transfer the money on my Flutterwave balance and it keep telling me insufficient funds while i have enough to transfer out. Please resolve this please i need my money.

It may be a good app but registration is full stress. I just downloaded the app, tried to create an account but a pop emerged telling me I would be re-directed to the website with an option to click continue. I have clicked the continue option over a million times now but no response, it doesn't re-direct. Please check the app and correct this anomaly.

I regret using this useless thing. No good customer care service, always bad network, nothing is good about flutterwave POS. The money I wanted to transfer from the app was reversed twice. The third time I tried it, on the 27th June, 2024, 10.34pm, was immediately deducted from the app but was not sent to the beneficiary. I have been complaining since that day, but nothing was done to it. I will never recommend flutterwave to anybody. Anyone thinking of getting flutterwave POS should stop.😠

Total nonsense. Struggling for 6 weeks to verify account. Only to find out all countries not supported. Then cancel the account. Only to find out it worked for that countries. Now struggling for two weeks to re-activate the account. No reply at all. Absolute nonsense. I have send all documentation to the email you mentioned. Then after so many days and so many emails, you suddenly can only up Zambia. No other international transactions. Our CEO contact you direct. You cannot provide an answer.

I've suffered for so long before I remember this app, I almost downloaded every currency app but none of them satisfy me but I must say this is the best currency app I've ever seen. Everything about them is beautiful.

This App is so not user friendly. The application process is so daunting. The website is full of bugs. You force a customer to download the app for a better experience. But one cannot login to the app. Same username and password that works online does not work on the app. Activation process is so frustrating. Spent hours trying to activate the account only to get an error message at the end and no customer support contact. Very frustrating

You advertise your App with lots of good features, but how am I supposed to trust you with my funds when I can't simply creat an account, slow and constantly giving errors both on PC. and on phone. I have to try several browsers yet I was only able to in put name and email. Work on your system, is not stable, make it available to create an account and complete all necessary stuffs in-app. It is more secure and simple. Still haven't been able to complete an account creation for 2days.

Hi flutterwave, we in Malawi are not able to complete payment using mobile money again. This was the effective and convenient method for us to complete payment using your services, but we recently get error feedback when trying to make payments using mobile money option. Kindly rectify this issue

This app simply can't access cameras and file library, even after granting it the needed permission, it an awful experience with the app, If i can't upload or take a photo of my products, how can I make sales, I practically have an empty store on this app, courtesy of flutterwave app.

Quite a responsive application, I just think that the layout of product list should be structured in a -Grid- format, like an e-commerce standard. For easy access and description of products on Display Chuks thanks 😊

What is this? I have loved flutter wave but this your so called Mobile app not working at all, rejecting username email and password, on browser my login is fine but this your app is rejecting my login and yet it's correct details, lastly your security system not be fine at all, too much ottp code verification wasting time and data please improve your app to allow finger prints to save time

I truly really want to love this platform like the smooth interface BUT a Big BUT☝🏾😑; why is it every time that you want to get into the platform you ALWAYS have to use your OTP; it doesn't matter whether it's the website or the app you always have to insert your OTP EVERY SINGLE TIME! It's Exhausting to do it. WHY!? I get it security purposes but STILL. Why not make it accessible to go into the platform easily when you have already signed in? Pleassee fix it!😤

Finally, the app is back to normal. Now I don't have to log into my laptop and the UI is really cool too. I love the fact that I can view my dashboard in different currencies. I'll just love to have a payment link where my clients will be able to input the amount rather than having to select a fixed amount. We'll also be glad if our clinets in US can have a PayPal payment method 🙂 Above all, flutterwave has been a blessing, helping me to reach clients all across Africa.

App looks shoddy. It's so easy to fund your balance, but it won't allow you to transfer any money out of the flutterwave account. Web won't work, and the mobile app is trash. Wasting so much money on advert rather than spending money to develop your app. Now I have my money stuck on the trash app. Thank God I didn't put too much. Just wanted to test & they didn't disappoint in disappointing. I'll get my money back no matter what. Don't waste your time downloading
