Its a really cute and entertaining game, but I really wish it was caught up to Flutter: Starlight. The progression is slower, everything is more expensive, fireflies are more rare, you can't have friends... It's just more of a grind and less satisfying as a result It is still alot of fun and really beautiful. I highly recommend it. Ads are not necessary nor forced, which I appreciate

Having played both this one and the Starlight version, I have to say that this is the weaker of the two. More costly, which leads to slower play, and just an overall different feel which is slight but noticeable. Not bad per se, but takes too long to really get going. Worth a try, but I'd definitely recommend Flutter Starlight Sanctuary instead.

III love this beautiful game. It's relaxing and the graphics are incredible. I'm even learning about butterflies and moths! The thing that keeps it from being a five star game is...money. It's hard to enjoy the game fully without spending cash. More than I have to spend. It can make things unattainable and disappointing. Ads are for rewards only, which is really nice. I'm absolutely going to continue to see what happens! I do recommend playing!

My mom loved this game before she died, so I play it now to remember her. It's a lot of fun to collect all the butterflies, I just wish the game wasn't so frustrating. It crashes 100% of the time if I swipe back and forth between butterflies in the book. The windows (storage, flowers, etc.) close themselves at random when I'm trying to click on other things. And I really wish I could just click a box in the settings to make all of the ads and shop disappear forever. That snail's text box popping up all the time and the little red mark on the shop to remind me to talk to the snail are super annoying. My daughter sometimes accidentally clicks on ads while playing and there's no way to cancel them before they're up, so I have to force-quit and start the game again rather than sit there for 30 seconds watching an ad I didn't want.

I've been playing Starlight (the moth version of this game) for about 4 months now and I LOVE it so much that I decided to try Flutter. It's great! Very pretty and relaxing. I love games where you collect things and make sets, so this is perfect. You only watch ads if you want to shave 30 minutes off of a time (egg to hatch, garden to grow, etc) or if you want a prize from the snail. No random ads in this game or starlight. I love learning about the different species of butterflies, too!

It was a great game, really. I had finished all the missions, had all my butterflys completed, had my forest completely expanded. Stayed with the game when they made the switch. It was a great game. Then they did a huge update. Messed everything up, everything changed, and not for the better. I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. It felt like it was more about making money then making a fun game. Shame, I really loved this game.

I love this game, it's relaxing, beautiful, simple, and fun. Though theres a few things I dislike. One is with the special events which requires more time than I want to give it to complete. I wish you could get all the rewards from the events in half or less the time. I also dislike how it's a bit too expensive, mainly to expand the land (which we should get more of). I also have an issue with it crashing often when I watch adds for rewards. This is the same with Starlight.

Really need to stop making this game become like starlight version. The whole point is that its a different game!! Should be enough space in the forest for every single butterfly that they have come out with who wants to just have all of them in storage where you can't look at them fly about. You just say there's no more plans for space but you could make it like fish tank style and different forests to load like going into a different room. And your customer service help used to be good now it takes you longer to get back to me than it does for me to figure out how to fix it on my own. HORRIBLE!!!!

I had this game on an old phone and loved it. Now that I've had to start over, it constantly tells me I'm using an unsaved account and need to sign in with Facebook. I select yes, and nothing happens. I also remember the Wisp Mother events when you could collect whole sets. There are even butterflies with the ability, but she's been replaced by a bee that only gives you two, and I'd have to play constantly or pay to keep up before the event finishes. I wish it was like it used to be.

I've only been playing a few hours and I love it so far. Everything is so pretty and I love all the different butterflies and missions and mechanics. What bothers me is that the cost to clear away leaves gets higher and higher and it starts to get so tedious to keep saving up those honeydews....just to open a singular area after hours of grinding. This should be relaxing and time-killing, not intensive and tedious. Please fix the rates for expansion cost increase.

It can be fun to play, the issue is that it continuously tries to reconnect to your facebook page, I don't want that. I deleted my Facebook many years ago and I'm content with keeping it that way. The fact that it keeps trying to connect to a dead Facebook page annoys me. It shows you multiple times that if you want bonuses that you need to connect to Facebook, also has an issue with saving progress. Lost a lot of event butterflies

I am having a problem with a couple bugs. Not only have some of my butterflies been disappearing from random sets, the app is also not keeping butterflies fused or upgraded. This has been going on for several months and I thought I was crazy at first but now I know I'm not. I would've given this app 5 stars total because I enjoy the experience but it is aggravating that I am unable to perfect any of the event sets, especially the ones with wisps. So a total of 3.

its a decent game, if you're into collecting and discovering new species then this is for you. The waiting time for different things in this game either takes a few minutes or a lot of hours and its mostly hours so its not really fun that way since there isnt much to do in the game anyways except for waiting and collecting coins and expanding your space in the game for more butterflies that require more waiting, but i think the animations and graphics are well done.

Flutter is such an adorable and addicting game! Although, I'm not sure whether this is from my phone or if it's a known problem, but very often when I'm navigating through the menus, it doesn't register when I tap and it exits the menu. It's gotten quite annoying, especially when I'm trying to fuse my flowers and check on what butterflies I've collected. So far, this is my only complaint, everything is beautiful.

One of my first games to download and still on my phone such a long time after. The butterflies are all really pretty and cool, collecting can be a bit slow after a certain point though. With events and missions, there's usually some side quests to play that add to the main games and the rewards can make some tasks much quicker to complete.

Beautiful game to unwind and play Music is soothing. Excited to collect all the butterflies simply to look at them. The little calendar of events is absolutely adorable and makes keeping track of things happening within the game very easy. You don't have to spend any real money in this game but I choose to here and there just to support the artists making this game what it is!

This is a game with awesome potential for collecting fun that is diminished by Runaway Play's excessive stinginess in the pursuit of profit. Not that they are exceptional in that regard.... Fortunately, there is now a solution for we "poors": they have developed a ftp version on Netflix that is much more satisfying. Check it out. P.S. It would solve some issues if this game could be linked to one's Google account instead of only to Farcebook.

This game has the potential to be one of my favorites. It's cute, calming, and just overall enjoyable for the most part. Unfortunately I can't enjoy it as much as I'd like to, because despite signing onto Facebook and Google play (which supposedly both serve to back up data) every so often I open the app and my progress has been set back by hours. There's various other UI bugs and whatnot, things that you become accustomed to with indie apps, but the setbacks? The make it kinda unplayable...

I really don't want to take away more stars than I already have, but the saving issues are ongoing. This is especially annoying during events when the system's failure to save can result in missing out on the final prizes without spending money, given the event time constraints. I'm sure that's great for the company's bottom line, but while I have no issues spending money (and have spent quite a bit on this one bc I like it), I won't be spending any more until this is fixed.

This game is relaxing and has a wonderful music backtrack and a lovely selection of butterflies. However I noticed that there is no indicator to show how far you've progressed in butterfly point. Epic and legendary flowers take ages too unlock for use. You CAN brute force progress if you have an extra $50 or more to spend on the game. Fun occasionally but has quite a few drawbacks.
