Worst experience.. Ordered rakhi in advance but they didn't delivered on rakhi day... but they are sending ads through messages stating that they deliver within 3 hours.. these guys are doing business with false promises cheating customers.. don't trust flowerauro.. I am going to de register and uninstall this app..please every one do the same.. otherwise these type of apps keep cheating innocent customers..

Worst service ever... I placed the order 10 days ago and my order is still in processing is this the way you guys offer your services ?? I am seriously upset.. my brother did not get his Rakhi yet what I will do now and no customer service is answering the call.. I will never use this app again.. and I will recommend others not to use your services..

Very disappointed from you guys. The Cake was completely scattered. All the fruits and other material had fallen to the bottom. Not expecting from you 😞 I gave 3 star rating just because of that add on Teddy ...It was of good quality Thank You

No commitment to the time slot!! Their sevice levels are horrible, they sent a message that the booked item will be delayed (beyond the promised time slot) as the stock was not available. Then why in first place they booked the bouquet and the time slot. They have a stone-casted process to initiate a refund but they can't check their stock before accepting an order. So beware, they will take your money and fail to deliver on time and spoil your occasions. Stay away from them.

worst experience ever even when i placed order 5 days ago they called me 1 day prior that things you ordered are not available and gave me stupid alternatives and when i didn't agreed they suggested that it will be couriered in 4 days with promise of more priced/sized prdct and when i reached them they decided that one they promised won't be given and afterwards i didn't get response for 8 days when reached again they said that won't be delivered and refunded. don't spoil your special day.

When it comes to delivering orders and addressing customer concerns,their capability falls short. They don't have a customer care number mentioned on the App callback requests are ignored on chat. I have placed an order,it failed to deliver on time and inspite of giving alternate number they are making lame excuses on their chat. We have gotten stuck and have no clue when it will get delivered .

Negative star is not available, i have not received the product or any communication for delivery and it is marked delivered. You order thinking that it wil surprise the receiver. It just surprises the sender with loss of money. There is no way to communicate or complaint. Edited review. After many calls and complaints. i recieved the order. The support service team was helpful. But it took days to get to talk to customer service.

Very disappointed. I ordered bouquet to deliver in evening but they reached out at might night and said that they attempted to deliver in the evening at 6 PM 🤣🤣. Customer care never accepted the calls. Thier customer service via WhatsApp is at another level. Can't describe in words. Please do not waste your time and money here. There are lots of apps out there to deliver such products.

This is the worst experience ever. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolates to be delivered for a birthday. The only time slot for delivery available when I booked at 10am was 2pm-7pm same day. It looked fine so I went ahead and booked, despite reading the negative reviews about the app. The order wasn't delivered even at 9pm. I called them 4 times, they kept saying it is enroute, or that it is being processed. Never trust this app. If you are reading this review, take it seriously.

This app is just a waste of time, money and energy! I shopped worth 1400Rs. The Customer Service facility is just useless! You will never be able to get through their contact number. Also the chatbot never responds back. You can never track your order as it says In transit foreverr!!!! No email, no text message , no response through any medium. I would rather recommend you guys to go to the gift shop and buy gifts for your loved ones rather than wasting money on this fraudulent application!

Gift not delivered on time. The only reply is 'we will deliver as soon as possible'. They say cancellation too is not possible. Tracking the order reveals that the product is still in transit. Very pathetic service. It was meant to be a surprise gift and special instructions were given regarding the same. But the billing details with senders name and phone number was shared with the receiver. Very disappointed with their service

Worst services, never serves order on time. Always have stupid excuses. Slot time is 3 hours, and still make excuses. I don't understand what they do 3 hours. At the last moment, they awake and call you things that are not available. And if you cancel the order, a refund will not come in your account. It will go to the bank and then you keep following the bank for the refund. NOT RECOMMENDED

Worst app I have ever seen. Every year I order rakhi from different App & it got delivered on time but this time I have used this App and my Rakhi neither delivered nor I am able to log proper complaint with it's support chat system. No customer care service is available. No update on my order, it just ruined my festival.

Do not use this even by mistake, their service is very bad, I made a booking of thousands of rupees for the festival but they were not able to deliver it, they could not deliver the order of 4th even on 9th after doing it day after day, even if they had gone to Turtles for delivery then also they could have reached, but their service is worse than that..

Every time I am trying to place a order I am not able to select the required address which is saved in my address book. I have to add the address again. this is frustrating and time consuming. I am your regular customer but I get lame response from your customer care team. they are not able to resolve my problem. unfortunately I am placing order with another vendor.

The team is not at all supportive to customers. The app has a major glitch when choosing location and in case something wrong is choosen because of this glitch then, floweraura just keeps the money and don't even deliver the product. just how low a company can go for money

Extremely Disappointing & Unacceptable Experience! I paid extra for express delivery promised by 3:00 PM, as today was my husband’s birthday and the gift was meant to be a surprise. Not only did the delivery arrive after 7:30 PM, but the product I received was also completely different from what I ordered. This ruined the entire purpose of the purchase and left me highly dissatisfied. Paying extra for a service that failed on both product and timing is unacceptable.

Delivery was not on time. I had selected the 9 am-12 pm slot but the cake and bouquet arrived only at 2:30 pm. The cake was good, flowers were okay, but the note was just plain printed text on an A4 sheet folded in half. It could have been more thoughtful. I kept checking the order status from 9 am but no updates; it stayed "not started" till 2 pm, then instantly showed "delivered." Overall an okay experience; this app won't be my first choice. Hope it improves.

Disgusting experience during this year's rakhi. Their courier did not deliver nor contact my family. FA team updated the status as delivered. I did not even receive any message. when I noticed status updated incorrectly, I tried raising multiple queries for more than a week and requested for a call back but no one from customer support ever contacted to redress my grievance. instead all my mail follow ups were replied in one line AI sentence just showing what I already see.No sorry at all.
