Time consuming, awful mess. GPS doesn't work forcing you to manually enter your location. Parking history doesn't work. Ever. Unless I write down the parking space I'm in, I can't extend the time because the app doesn't show you! What? I had to go 17 floors down, just to see what my parking space was today because I forgot to write it down. City of Minneapolis, please go back to the mpls parking app because this one is terrible.

Unable to Stop Parking Session using the app. Today I used the app to park. I took a much longer time than needed because you can Stop the parking session when getting back to the car. When attempting to Stop the parking session an error message appeared that my credit card hadn't been charged yet. I logged into my bank and saw the credit card had in fact been charged. Clearly there is a problem with the app that ended up costing me extra money!

Their app malfunctioned, charging me several times on transactions it said failed for the same parking time. I contacted the company and they said they fixed the glitch that caused the issue - but refused to refund the purchases, instead suggesting that I could contact the city if I wanted a refund. Do yourself a favor and use one of the other apps.

It works, but good luck ending a parking session. You'll also have to sign in each and every time you use the app. It's an annoying the timewaster. There's no obvious way to end a parking session, you'll be forced to pick a time and then stuck paying maximum price for it. I was only given the option to park for 12 hours. The app will help you find your way back to your car but you can't end the session if you only use a portion of the time. I'm deleting this app ASAP and will never use it again.

Won't save credit card information. Tech support suggested using the web browser, but it removes my card the next time I use the app. Won't accept google pay. Also is inconsistent as to how it will accept my card - do I hit finish or go? You won't know until you've tried six times, and next time will be different. It also gives me all the meters for the city, with a dot showing my location, instead of opening to where I actually am. Ridiculous that you can't enter your card during set up.

Absolutely the worst parking app ever developed! Not user friendly at all! Customer support is worthless! You have to be in a parking spot to enter payment info. Imagine, at the beach, 99 degrees, 100% humidity, sun glare on the screen, kids screaming to get in the ocean and having to enter credit card info. Why not let users enter ALL of their information while at home. I would almost rather get a parking ticket than use this frustrating app!

This app has cost me 3 parking tickets already. It does not allow you to extend your parking meter. It gives you the option but every single time I clock on the extend button I get an error message saying the app is experience issues right now and to try again later. This is outrageous. Now today it won't even let me get o to the app. I keep getting error message saying login wrong. Who do I contact about these tickets!!! 😠 Update: received a roboemail telling me to contact cust. service , 😠

More like trashbird. Tried to use the physical meter but of course it was broken. So I had to waste time downloading an app and signing up for an account. Why they couldn't use a simple web page to pay by plate is beyond me. App requires an account and you need to add your mobile number for no real reason. App itself is overly complicated and unnecessary. It should be a few taps but they somehow made the app bloated, slow, and cumbersome.

After using this app, I can only surmise that Flowbird has no UX designers working there...or the ones that do work there have never parked their car using a mobile app before. It's really a horrible experience. All I'm trying to do is: 1. Pick a parking spot 2. Easily enter that parking spot into the app 3. Pay for that spot 4. Tell me when my time is about to expire so I can take appropriate action. My suggestion would be, as I'm doing, let your city know how bad the experience is.

for municipal parking app this thing is terrible, it requires you to log in every time, location services almost never work accurately, sometimes when I open the app it thinks I'm in Europe. when location does work it requires me to zoom in it only shows the entire municipality. it should start at the block that I'm standing on. same behavior on my wife's iPhone. This thing should be very very very simple and it is not at all

Made me waste $0.85. That's worth a one-star review. I added a car, made it my primary car, went to pay for parking and it automatically, without warning, used a previously listed car instead of the car that I just added and made my primary car. It was not intuitive how to select my primary car even after I noticed there was a problem. Waste of time. Waste of money. Waste of resources.

In 2022, the app failed 99.9% of the time. In 2023, it fails 100%. It always says the bank won't accept my card. I have tried several credit cards, and they all fail. While parking, I have called my bank, and they say there is not an issue with my card. I have contacted Flowbird, but their "solutions" don't help. In my area, Flowbird controls the meters, but I can't use them. I always have to go park in a private lot for $10. The app is costly/useless. I gave it one star. Should be zero.

Concept is solid; however customer service is bad AT BEST. I have been emailing them about the same problem and they have been slow to respond and then the response is the same every time. There's something unique about my situation; my credit card information hasn't saved, and they continue to tell me to do the original save card information thing. It hasn't worked for me, and I'm no longer going to be using credit cards to park and will just pay the meter because that's more convenient.

Needs work. It's convenient as in easy to understand and I don't have to keep change on hand, which may end up getting my car broken into. Relatively inefficient as we have to log in each time we open the app, we are not able to extend time (aka "feed the meter"), and having to look up the same parking spot from the beginning to add more time.

User interface has some problems. Editing car details feels like pulling teeth. The worst problem is the notification on the top of my screen when I have a parking session. That notification doesn't go away, even after my parking session is done, until I RESTART MY PHONE. Fix this! I shouldn't have to restart my phone every time I use your broken app. I'm so tired of companies taking advantage of being my only option. Maybe hire a singular quality tester?

The card payment screen is truly terrible. You cannot paste your card into into the text field. You have to type it out, and if you mess anything up at all, the error bar hides the "Finish" button do you have to start over again. To top it all off, you can only add a card while making a purchase. I went on the website and you can't add a card to your account unless you were in the process of purchasing parking. This app is a truly pathetic masterpiece of outsourced coding.ChatGPT could do better

Our local airport requires this app for long term parking, so when leaving for our 19-day trip I installed and worked my way through, adding vehicle and credit card, and it seemed to go through. Returning 19 days later, I found 3 tickets claiming unauthorized parking. Checking the app, it showed no history. Didn't charge my card. Good news was the tickets were a lot cheaper than the parking would have been. So watch out for this app, don't rely on it, outcome could be a towed car or worse.

App needs work. I used it for street parking and the meter doesn't show updated time remaining unless I manually refresh the parking session. Also, the app defaults to max time and doesn't allow me to select less time, so I was forced to pay for max time. They should also add an option to extend meter time instead of having to let it expire and set up another session.

This app is terrible. When you try to zoom in to find your zone, it zooms back out on its own. Also, when I'm next to something marked as Zone 1, the map only shows 4 digit zones. All over NY they managed to sell this terrible app. Lake Placid - sucked. Poughkeepsie, sucks. If your town or city uses this app, the leadership must be corrupt.

Awful company! After a simple "typo" where I selected the wrong car for parking, they repeatedly refused to issue a refund even after I proved with GPS/location timestamped photos that that car wasn't even at that location, much less even in the same state! All they'd do is keep repeating "Once a transaction has been completed, we are unable to edit, cancel, or refund that transaction." How can a company be allowed to refuse any & all refund requests? That must be against the law...
