The first time i sent the money, it was just 65k rupiah for fee! And now it is 78k only for fee😂i thought this app was the cheapest one

Hai Flip Please fix the issue When the transaction is sucess there is notification on push notification said that is sucess but notification on the app shown that the transaction still on progress. It's like doesn't synchronize. I notice it in the past few weeks. Thanks

At first I was happy that this application was fast & made it easier for me to make transactions with one transfer, but recently I was disappointed because I couldn't use it to transfer to several countries due to long interruptions, having to check notifications periodically, which really disturbed my activities...

I've been using it for a few months for now (mainly for e-wallet top up and credit card payment). it has been a great experience so far. the UI is also nice, simple, and easy to use. I have not yet tried their customer support though, but hopefully I don't have to since it has been working great for me.

Have saved millions . However along the time I noticed their policies is somehow no longer benefiting. Like the flip coins that can no longer be transferred to customer's bank account, they force customers to use it for CERTAIN PRODUCTS. The other case is rather silly. I am a loyal subscriber for flip freedom. Once I ran out of quota while still on subscription period, they DO NOT HAVE any mechanism to enable customers to renew their subscription ASAP. They refuse customers money. How weird.

Suka banget. Sangat bermanfaat karena bisa menghemat biaya untuk transfer antarbank. Edit: honestly these days I'm getting pretty annoyed by the promotional PNs. Sure, cashback. But by how much? If that info isn't in the PN (I have to click the PN first), my brain will automatically assume that the promo musn't be that interesting. Worse is I cant disable these promotional PN (need to do it through my phone system, which will also disable PN related to transactions)

Used to like it, but now my current issue is that when I asked for a refund due to a mistake from e-wallet top-up, I emailed the support team, they told me to e-mail the e-wallet's support team instead. I thought flip's CS team was suppose to help me, now it's as if they aren't even competent enough to solve their own issue. It just makes me feel like I'm doing extra unnecessary work.

good, can transfer money, top up wallet, and pay without admin fee. please when saving things as favorites let me give them name, and not using names given by systems. Some names like from Shopee are censored.

QRIS issue Does anybody here experienced problem when using QRIS ? When starting the QRIS apps in Flip, the camera active, however it showed nothing, totally dark. Tried to reinstall Flip , still have the same result. Pls advise. The other menu apps in Flip are working fine.

Very bad app. There's bug in failed transaction refund flow from the transaction page. Cannot view progress of failed transaction refund request. Slow customer support on refund process either via email or via chat. Uninstalled this app, the cheaper admin fee not worth the time spend waiting transaction being hold plus the long refund process
