So i love the app, I love that we can earn credits to buy products to review etc.. However I'm pushing 40 and not as gorgeous and skinny like most of the girks doing the videos so its a bit intimidating for me. I just keep telling myself theres other women out there feeling the same way and i would like to be the one that represents them!! I haven't had any issues with the app at all other than a video freezing for a swcond or two. I suggest signing up and becoming a member!!

Terrible, misleading app. Part of the appeal as advertised through sponsorships and the description was that you could use credits to pay for clothing. However, after the new update, credits only cover 30% of the expensive clothing items. That's a measly discount you can find in any store. I've spent a long time swiping only to realize it is no longer 100% covered...don't get this app.

I really like the app but whenever I try to fill out the shipping information it won't let me click on the box labeled "State". Everything else on the page Is filled out easily but it just skips right over the "State" box and won't let me enter anything. I tried including my city and state in the street address line but It won't let me move ahead unless there's something in the State box. And it's currently impossible to enter a state in the box :/

Originally got this not expecting much but was surprised. Credits are obtained fast/easily. Clothes are cute imo; tho price-y. The stylists in chat are extremely helpful get back to fairly quick. I love the idea of not paying until you decide you actually want the item, though they did raise the initial $0.50 verification to a $20 deposit that gets added to your total. And apparently they changed the 100% off to 30% before I even got the chance to try ordering, kind of a turn off to me but 🤷‍♀️

Love this idea app and everything about it.. besides the fact that basically all the videos freeze and just won't play at all. It's such a bummer! From the point I open the app, it only allows me to watch one video, the first one in the feed. After that, all videos won't even begin to play! It is so frustrating because I absolutely love this app. PLEASE FIX THIS FOR US!

Very disappointed. I've been using this app for a few months now. I've promoted it to friends, family, etc. Just notoced changes today where your credits can't apply to the whole price of the items you keep where it used to. I've promoted this app enough to where I earned enough in credits to cover everythong I kept and that was a big draw in for those us us struggling right now! The new $20 charge is equally disappointing. I'll no longer be sharing this app with friends and family.

The new update allows you to use your credits to take 30% off the items while, orginally, it was 100% off the items. From other reviews, I am aware this was the beta version; however, it was misleading to all my friends who downloaded the app. I'm aware a profit is necessary for the app and stylists, so I do reluctantly understand it would be hard for credits to cover 100% of the clothes, but 30% is not enough the items' prices. Your audience would be more excited to share this app for 50-70%off

Its alright, nice clothes, and i have abt 50 bucks saved up now on there, but i cant do anything with it really. You cant ask for singular items, you can only buy a box full of clothing items, made by girls on there, and im not sure how you get them, but when you do, you have to send everything back, unless you like an item, then you have to pay for it, and they aren't cheap, each box ive looked at are around 350$ if you like all the items, havent found any problems, except the one explained.

FlipFit is super easy to use. I ordered a huge box and luckily got 2 different sizes of each so that I could find clothes that fit right. The clothes can be expensive, but I make sure to vote everyday so I get $ off. Once I was done trying everything, I packed everything up in the same box and sent it on its way back. Will definitely keep using it. It introduced me to some clothes I wouldnt've thought to try before.

I really liked this app and was super excited to try it. I ordered a box tried the clothes and decided to send them back. After putting in the the app that i was sending them back i can no longer open the app at all! I sent the box but cant check for updates to make sure it got there or order a new box. Everytime i try to open app crashes everytime.

Not for me at all. It feels super cluttered, has the wrong product information for items, closes out on its own, buffers through videos and is very unclear. Like what is a "flipbox"? I see no mention of it anywhere except when you go to checkout and even then it merely says add items to cart and kept items will appear here. Then is says you have a dollar amount that misleads you to think that amount would be deducted from your purchase well its not, just a percentage is. Terrible app all around.

I LOVE THIS APP! If your obsessed with beauty products and rely on reviews to help you choose which is best for you, then this is the perfect app for you! The more you vote, the more credits you build up and they are applied to your purchases automatically. They also supply alternatives to each product for variations in pricing or personal options. I've discovered new things to try and ordered many items and have loved every one because it's easy to research them before your buy!

Fun app, I am on it a lot. It does have some issues where it stops working mid video often, and I have to turn it off and on again. I also can not retrieve my reply comments on videos that I ask the person reviewing products a question.. It is a little complicated to find all of your previous purcase information sometimes but they do have a place to message customer service and the CSA respond within a pretty decent time period, so it all works out. Otherwise, I really like this app!.

It almost seems too good to be true value-wise but I can't confirm yet because the app is so glitchy it's unusable. (Galaxy note 20.) Comment button only works sometimes and when it does, the keyboard hides the text box, and then there's a bad lag btwn typing and the text being displayed on screen, and about half the time, the page won't scroll when it should.

More expensive, more annoying, and slower shipping version of Amazon. This app uses every trick in the book to be the most annoying app on your phone. The coupon they lure you in with? Sorry you can't use it without enabling notification. Want to track your shipment? The only way to do it is through the app, I can't even Google the shipping tracking code. Speaking of shipping, Flip someone found a tier even slower than UPS Ground - 1 week later I'm still waiting.

Flip has been amazing! I have found some new products that I absolutely love. Sometimes when using the app your unable to create a video and it just won't record or upload so your stuck trying to do this over and over. I can no longer pause a review and then pick it back up anymore unfortunately. I did like that feature. Most of all I have to constantly delete things from my phone to upload videos due to lack of storage. I think this is a me problem though. Otherwise great app, great people!!

I love this app overall. I noticed within every update, the app begins to get worse and worse. When I scroll, there is nothing and my screen kind of turns blank. Same as looking at other products or videos. But I totally recommend the app for foodie, beauty/skincare, home, etc people! but please fix this app. It's beginning to be buggy.
