It doesn't order the ticket, when I connected to wifi. The app doesn't work correctly. Very sad.

Actually they are very respectful but I got my technical support after hypertension in my brain but finally helped me in my situation. Use tutu, they will be very happy to help you. Love that from them. Thank you ❤️

Suggest :Excellent app... But need more information about properties... For example yesterday we booked a hostel (Qube) they told us hostel is only for Russian citizens or Residents holders only. After long planning the hostel booking was cancelled simply due to us not being russian citizens or russian resident ID holders.

Во время COVID19 у меня есть международный рейс, частично отмененный, частично через закрытые границы. Tutu отказалась вернуть мне деньги. Я звонил 5 раз, и они продолжают говорить, что кто-то перезвонит мне. Никто никогда не звонил. Последние 2 раза я разговаривал с Ксенией, а потом с Валерией - совершенно бесполезно. Вся ложь, что кто-то перезвонит. Никто не звонит и не будет. I have an international flight during COVID19 lock-down, partly cancelled, partly through closed borders. TutuREFUSED to refund me. I called 5 times and they keep saying that someone will call me back. No one ever called. Last 2 times I spoke to Ksenia and then Valeria - totally useless. All lies that someone will call back. Don't hold your breath. No one calling.

Безобразное приложение и сама компания. Мой личный аккаунт был взломан и кто-то левый купил билеты, а потом отменили мои!! поддержка НИЧЕГО НЕ СДЕЛАЛА. Денег не вернули! /Horrible safety breaks into personal account led me to loose my tickets just 2 hrs before departure. Not only that, someone bought a ticket from my account. Support did NOT HELP and DID NOTHING. I basically lost money and had to buy tickets all over again. NEVER USE THIS APP IF U CARE ABOUT SECURITY OF UR PERSONAL DATA./

I always use tutu to travel to anywhere in Russia. Their booking system is very simple. To me, tutu is the best. I will recommend it to anyone. Thanks for your good service.

good and easy to buy tickets in Russia, where almost no one understands English. however, i feel this app is bugged eirh full page ads which are really annoying!

Could not tell me train times for suburban trains in Moscow. I was in Kievsky station going to Aprelevka and tested the app as Yandex maps no longer offers train info. "No tickets available" ?? Tried today & tomorrow's date and nothing so bought my ticket from the machine. Waste of time, how this app has 4.8 stars is incomprehensible. Uninstalled after 10 minutes.

Does not provide price calendar. Design looks strange. If you clik on With luggage, you are routed to Settings rather than just providing prices with budget. Overal, looks amaterish.
