Was a great app, no nonsense, just good guided stretches, but now for whatever reason whenever I open the app it asks me to consent to vendor data usage, which I always decline, then tries to get me to pay to upgrade the app, then is stuck in a cycle between the data usage and upgrade screens. Unusable for me now

Simple app that gives a wide variety of stretching exercises. Each one is actively illustrated. You can adjust the timing between stretches to your liking. You do get one custom routine, but I wish the presets were more random each day. Overall, though, this is what I was looking for.

There aren't enough substitutions. I recently had surgery and was given the go ahead to start stretching, so I tried this app, but they don't have any substitutions for bending over at the waist and it wouldn't cycle through the other exercises/stretches that I was able to do fine and eventually wouldn't let me skip those bending at the waist stretches. I had to end the workout and uninstall the app. This isn't a post surgery friendly app.

I'd be more inclined to buy premium if the app selected a full body stretch routine of different stretches everyday, that I could edit, skip or save if I wanted. So that at the end of every month, even if I completed a full body stretch for just five minutes every morning, the app would've presented me with every stretch. Additionally, I'd appreciate if the app said "begin" after it tells you to change sides. In the free version it says "begin" only at the start of the new stretch.

It's sufficient for what it is bit it has a few rather bothersome problems. The exercises can be repetitive, several of which I physically can't do, amd theres a limit to how many you can skip. Any one on its own would be fine but together these problems are pretty severe. The images/animations are too vague and the 10 second gap between each exer ise can add several minutes to the total work out. Over all it works well enough but it's got some issues that can be trying at best.

Absolutely the best stretching app there is. I use it every morning. I particularly like the randomization feature that keeps my routine from getting too boring. I like the longer stretch sessions for weight training warmups, or loosening up the day after a particularly strenuous workout. It's extra nice that it syncs with my Google Fit app.

It's a pretty good app. Basic but it does what I need it to do. It provides me with stretches for the areas I need. And they're randomized too, keeps it fresh. There's also a calender to track your training. I cant imagine what the paid version offers. This one has it all, you can create routines and target specific areas.

5 stars may be a bit generous for this app, but I also feel it's better than 4 stars. I purchased the premium version (only $1.99 great deal!) specifically so that I wouldn't have to keep going from sitting to standing every other exercise, because there is a lack of structure to the workouts. Other than that minor complaint I enjoy that app very much. The videos are among the best of any app I've seen, and the exercise selection is nice as well. My shoulders and neck are much healthier now.

Good, but I wish it had better. I wish I could change the time between positions. There are a lot of positions that you stand for, and the next one is sitting or kneeling, 10 seconds is not a lot of time to change into the next position. It would be better if they would group the like position together so I don't feel like I and get up and then down the whole time. Overall, it's good but very fast when I am using this app for a cool down.

Easy to use, exercises easy to duplicate, various time amounts fit into any schedule, new exercises added with increase minutes. I usually do 15 minutes- takes about 20 minutes because of the time given to move and get ready for the next exercise. Exercises completed either sitting, laying, or standing. The 5 - 20 minute sets don't require any equipment. Easy to pause and restart or to skip a particular exercise and get another one in its place.

Program apparently uses phone text to speech function, crashed another app that I need to use regularly. Uninstalled this and whatever hookes it installed seem to have stayed on phone. Will have to wipe phone and reinstall to get other app to work again. Not happy. Update - have not had an issue using this app with a new phone. Love the app, use it at least once a day.

I would give five stars, I really like the app, stretches are well illustrated, and I like the options for time allotted and areas to stretch. My only complaint is that the timer is inaccurate. I selected a five minute session and it was closer to 8, which is critical in the morning. I've learned, and will continue to use it, I just have to know that I can't count on it being the actual amount of time I'll be spending.

It gives me guidance. I can pause it to catch up. it does move more rapidly than me at 66. The only thing that could make it better is if I had a choice to set the speed slower (or faster) which is impossible without altering the sound & voice component. Overall, I love it. All I have to do is have the mindset to exercise & I have an immediate real time coach. Thank you.

So far so good. I'm a novice and would likely have given up by now without the daily reminders. Only hitch is that if you go back (rewind) too far you may delete the stretch and have to move to another. I like that the ease of transitioning from upper body to lower body to full body. I also like the ease in setting my goal each day (5 minutes to hour)....so if I'm short on time before working out I can easily adjust.

single dislike: when trying to go forward or back a stretch during a session (sometimes i need to see it again) it just starts showing completely different stretches instead of the ones on the shown list and i cant get back to where i was in my work out without completely starting over and waiting through each timed stretch. no skipping ahead.. absolutely drives me crazy. otherwise- great app i use it multiple times a day!

I generally use this app for pre-workout stretching, so I can't really speak on any other feature. You can set reminders to stretch and also adjust the total time of your workout. My only complaint is that the app sticks to a predictable (though it says random) list of exercises depending on the time set. I do wish it was truely random, though this may change in the premium version. Other than that, its a great app for my purposes!

I didn't have super high expectations, but this met all of mine. All I've used it for is guided stretching, and for that it is perfect. You pick how long you want to go for, and it shuffles through stretches, shows a person doing each one and tellz you how long to do it. As a post-lifting routine, this works great, especially for a free app.

Apps is nice with lots of exercises but it has two problems. First, if you do the same amount of time the app always shows the same exercises. To have variety you need to increase the minutes of the stretch session. The other problem is that the app suddenly ends the session when using it, this have been happening for some time. It may happen when I almost finish the session or in the middle of it. Overall good app for stretching and far better than many others out there.

Great app, but for the custom workouts it would be great if there was a way to duplicate them so that you can make more than one without having to reinput everything. Additionally in custom workouts, there is no way to delete exercises once they have been added. And there needs to be more flexibility in the length of each stretch (ie, 5s increments instead of just the ones available).

After only using this app twice on my own, I had my pre-teen daughters join me for a quick 10 minute stretch, and much to all of our surprise.. I was already significantly more flexible! 🤯🤯 I've tried a few of the different exercise apps and I end up not being able to stay interested in them (if I do, then I hit a paywall 😖). But, I really enjoy this one!! Simple to use, I really really REALLY LOVE the visual representation of each individual stretch! Easy to know if I'm doing it right!😁😁😁
